Property was in a state of disrepair. The elevator did not work and the stair going to the second floor were bad. Motel itself is behind the convention center and the directions were very poor. When calling the hotel to get directions, the person who answered only said they could give out the address. Arrived to be greeted by a kiosk and not a real person. Kiosk was in bad shape. Beds were comfortable, but TV signal was bad on all channels. WIFI did not work and the shower did not produce anything but a trickle.

Check in is at a kiosk with video of a person not located on the property. My GPS could not find the address, so Ic called to get help. The person could not help but never told me he was not at the property or offered to connect me with someone at the site. I drove for an extra hour trying to find the place. The property has holes etc in parking lot area where I twisted my ankle. Shower door would not stay open which made it hard to get in shower. Hallway smoke detector beeped all night.

This place is under “renovation.” They don’t tell you that before you book. It’s full of construction materials, the elevator is barely working and stops four inches above the floor, there is no check in desk, just a kiosk with a bad speaker. The security doors hang open all night and the lines are old and stained. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

When Google took me to Super 8 the other side of the expressway should have seen the warning. Motel 6 check-in is through a video kiosk with someone at remote location, so loud I can hear it 150 ft away from my room, all night, room smelt like indoor pool area but dirty long black hair on floor and in toilet, at first looked cracked. Floor sticky, no toiletries, bed has plastic mattress protector under sheets noisy and uncomfortable, does not stay fitted, no in room coffee, oney in lobby at 6am in 4oz cup. Plenty of parking and many dining options nearby. Other staffed hotel options worth looking at too, This location 👎

There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. When my daughter went to ask the girl in the box (qiosk), she was told to go next door and to a different hotel and ask for some. We never found the remote so we weren’t able to watch tv. There was no phone in the room so you couldn’t call the front desk for help - maybe that was because there’s no one a the front desk. Cleanliness was pretty good. The shower could have been cleaner, but the floors and everything else in the room looked good. The bed was not very comfortable. I think the mattress was fine, but there were plastic covers on them that were not only super noisy, they also wouldn’t stay on at the corners. I was thankful that we were only staying one night.

They’re literally is a computer screen to check you in none of the doors exterior doors to the hotel lock it reeks of cigarettes in there there are people actually live in their clothes hanging off the front. The entire pictures for this are not accurate. The elevator looks like it hasn’t worked in years. The most unsafe I have ever felt. I went ahead and checked in anyway took me eight minutes to get into the room because the key card wasn’t working then when I got into the room there’s plastic on the bed..We just left didn’t even stay

I didn’t like anything because you could smell marijuana in the hallways. Nothing was being done elevator not working the way they fix it is they reset it and it works for a little bit and then they have to reset it again and reset it again they don’t wanna call a technician, you check in and check out virtually no customer service. It’s always nice to see a person in front of you.

First our attendant was on video and in India. With all the scams out there it felt wrong but I was exhausted and had little choice. The first thing I see outside my door was an actual roach. Inside the room the shower looked like it had fecal stains on the floor and it didn't even have a tub just a shower stall that would have leaked out onto the floor. We checked for bed bugs but thank God didn't see any. The curtain over our window wouldn't pull down and being on the first floor anyone could see in. My son was able to semi force the curtain down. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. I am never one to complain but this dive was one of the worst places I ever stayed in. I travel a lot and warm you all to stay away.

It was not a good stay. I had to talk to a guy on a kiosk machine and we couldn’t understand each other. Once I got to the room it wasn’t cleaned, so I had to go back down four flights. I get this room and leave. I come back to a few dogs barking and wake up to a roach crawling on the floor.

Did not like this place at all. It was noisy all night, no person greeted me only a machine. It felt dangerous, the door wouldn’t lock properly. Heard screaming. There was no internet service nor a remote for the tv. Got no sleep because the air unit also was super loud. I have never done a review before but I do not , would not recommend this place. Please do not go here.

The kiosk & counter were not immediately staffed, but under ten minutes it was (it was midnight, though.) Hard to find entrance first time, but this was a second time visit. We exclusively do motel 6 due to the dogs free policy. This was average motel 6 room, we've had better and way worse. No bugs, no sketchy people, nothing fancy, everything worked, felt safe. Walls are thin, though.

Large spacious room. However, room service only came into my room one time and I had to search them down to get towels for my five day stay. It’s in a very sketchy area. Expect to get the very minimal basic room with no extras like a wardrobe closet. The hanging rod was literally 2 1/2 feet long and hung over the microwave. Very strange odor in the hallway.

Check in done by a computer screen (who Knows Where?) The woman was very difficult to understand. I was checked in to a room that was either occupied or had not been cleaned. No security personnel were visible and no hotel staff available, Seems very unsafe for senior citizens, I wondered if someone would be given a key for the room I was in. Overall not a good situation.

My stay was horrible no blankets on veds just a thin cover. No on there at all. When I checked out i was told that the only wsy i would get s receipt was to wsit for someone to come in and the lady on the screen didn't know when that would be. I asked her if she could email me a receipt she said yes i punched in my email as she said. Abd it was a waste of time never received a receipt and now UOUR organization has put me in a difficult tax situation. I have and will continue to advise everyone i know as well as my company and all the companies I do business with not to do anymore business with uour organization.

when I arrived there was no one at the desk, but there was a check in kiosk. it was extremely slow, and 2 people who came in behind me were checked in by the desk clerk long before I finished at the kiosk. The room keys all seemed to expire after one use, so we constantly needed new keys. The room was clean, and the new mattresses very comfortable. However, the oversized plastic mattress cover was very noisy, and the undersized sheets would not stay on the bed. We needed an additional set of towels, and one night after several requests we still did not get the towels, and had to find someone the next night to get them for us. Overall the hotel was pretty quiet. The desk clerks were friendly and polite, but perhaps the desk was understaffed.

We needed an additional set of towels, and one night after several requests we still did not get the towels, and had to find someone the next night to get them for us. There was no one there to check us in; just a terminal. The person on the computer could not understand us at all and it took 30 minutes to finally confirm our reservation. He would not tell us the price of our stay. Also there was a strong chemical smell in the room, Raman noodles were behind the furniture, bugs, the fridge was rusty and needed defrosting, the mattress was very old and dirty, and the air conditioning was very loud and did not work. Also the TV did not work. There was no one to complain to since there was no one at the front desk.

I liked that it was close to the Casey Jones Museum, and to restaurants. Easy to get to from the highway. However, patrons were very noisy at night, and dogs were barking. I got the feeling it is a welfare motel. I would not stay here again.

For a motel 6 the facility is decent, but the area around this hotel feels shady. Groups of young adults hanging out in adjoining parking lots in the early am clearly drinking and using other substances. If this same hotel was in a nicer area it would be worth the stay. But the surrounding area makes this hard to recommend

Well, just like the last motel 6 it had cockroaches. The heater didn't heat up the room so I froze. I could've said something but I was just so tired. The water didn't heat up for about 10 minutes so showering was cold. The place was tucked away in the back, so a little hard to find at night. You do get what you pay for but also grateful there is still an affordable hotel out there that takes pets for free, so ill suck it up and deal with no heat

Just ok overall. Cleanliness was so so. The hotel is set way in the back around other hotels that are also budget oriented. Check in was with a robot/video kiosk streaming to India (I think). Efficient enough, but was odd to me. I did not see a live staff member for two days.

Video check in, no desk person. System doesn't work well. Smoked filled hall way on second floor. Smoke and smell evident in rooms. NO chair for desk, and could not find staff to assist at 2200 hours.. Security at this facility is questionable. I suspect there may have been vehicle break ins there.I caught people by my truck and moved it directly in front of office entrance. No coffee in rooms. NO breakfast as advertised. Room was clean and newly painted. Loud noises/people in the hallway until after midnight. Noises began again at 0530 this morning. Renovation is underway. Noise is excessive.

When Google took me to Super 8 the other side of the expressway should have seen the warning. Motel 6 check-in is through a video kiosk with someone at remote location, so loud I can hear it 150 ft away from my room, all night, room smelt like indoor pool area but dirty long black hair on floor and in toilet, at first looked cracked. Floor sticky, no toiletries, bed has plastic mattress protector under sheets noisy and uncomfortable, does not stay fitted, no in room coffee, oney in lobby at 6am in 4oz cup. Plenty of parking and many dining options nearby. Other staffed hotel options worth looking at too, This location 👎

Initial thoughts were ok but the longer I stayed the worse it got, stains on almost all the bedding, a unrine smell coming from between the beds, roaches in the bathroom and then eventually roaches in the bed, left not even 12 hours after getting there because I knew it would just continue to get worse, didn’t even stay the full night I had paid for.

The non-smoking room when we came in had a lighter laying on the bed hair in the shower phone unhooked nowhere to be found no TV no remote and could not hook up to Wi-Fi one of the worst stays I have ever had!
