The hotel was lovely, rooms clean and modern. The location was convenient enough to basically walk to everywhere we needed to. Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. As well, the rooftop terrace had the most beautiful view.

In 17-30 minute walking distance (less for the Pantheon) to the main highlights (Colosseum, Vatican City, etc.). Clean and spacious room with high quality toiletries. Strong AC. Nice small hotel, good buffet breakfast, cool lobby. Room service and dinner not so great, but lots of other restaurants around. Service in general is great, staff is very acomodating and polite. Location can not be better. Standard room/bath were very small but clean and ok for the prize. If you can upgrade to a larger one, you would be more comfortable.

Comfortable beds with multiple pillow options for those that are a little more picky with their head rests. NOTE: if you arrive with a family of 5, and you’ve only booked a room with a capacity of 4, you MUST purchase a second room. Apparently, Rome is very strict about room occupancy, and you will be denied the room if you show up with more people in your party than what the room capacity can hold. I’d heard this before from others, but I always book a room with a capacity for 4 whenever we travel because it’s darn near impossible to find a room with a capacity of 5. Rome is the only city where they were extremely strict about the room capacity rules. Travelers be warned! Otherwise, great little hotel in excellent location. I’d recommend.

This was a beautiful hotel, in a central location. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the concierge was especially helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and we already miss our evening drinks on the rooftop. If we are in Rome again, another stay here will be included!

The property is dated but very clean. The bar staff and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff is not so much. We were checking out and they saw my wife and I with 3 big luggages and backpacks and instead of asking us if we needed help loading our bags or carrying them outside, they asked for the hotel card keys. Never asked if we needed assistance. The rooftop was closed half the time we were there and the times that it was open varied. There’s no bar or food service up there even though the pictures make you believe there is. The location is descent. Overall I don’t think this property is worth the price. Having been in a different hotel in Rome earlier on our trip and comparing it to the excellent service we received there, Palazo Navona unfortunately disappointed.

This is my 3rd time staying at Palazzo Navona, I’ve always had a great experience wish is the reason why I keep returning. However, this time around it was not a good experience, I had a terrible experience with Andreaa at the front desk, she was very rude and kept on insisting I needed to pay for breakfast, even when I was showing her my confirmation from Expedia that clearly stated free breakfast. She knew I had a flight to take and after almost 15 min of disrespect she said fine and said I’ll take it with the manager. This was hornos and embarrassing, reason why I won’t be going back.

The location of this hotel is incredible, Piazza Navona and all of its activity is truly only steps away but the hotel itself is quiet, the best of both worlds. Staff was kind and helpful, going so far as to make a reservation for us on the night we arrived , small bar on site had good cocktails, a welcome change from wine. We walked nearly every where by choice, even the Colloseum which was 25 min walking but exploring the labyrinth of streets was a part of the fun. Would absolutely stay here again

A great area of rome, everything is fairly walkable and you have a great array of dining options. The breakfast selection is amazing. Rooms a fair size, althought not massive. Only slight hiccup was my room not being ready for check in, but there was only a slight delay.

Väldigt trevligt mindre hotell 50m från Palaza Navona och Pantheon. Nära till allt: turistattraktioner, restauranger, små snabbköpsaffärer och shoppinggränder. Trevlig restaurang o bar på terassen. Fantastisk frukostbuffé och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var ljudisolerat och hade skön säng och tv med både dubbade och odubbade kanaler. Saknade dock dörr till badrum men för mig som reste själv gör det inget. Överlag högsta betyg till detta boende som ligger mitt i Rom. Rekommenderas!

Magnifico hotel, su ubicación no puede ser mejor entre Piazza Navona y el Paternon. Y en general cerca de todo lo que quieres y puedes ver en tres días en Roma. El servicio de camareras muy atento, con cambio de toallas diario y todo muy limpio. La zona de restauración para el breakfast restringido por el tema COVID pero aún así el personal muy pendiente de todo, buen desayuno buffet. En general, nos fuimos muy contentos de la estancia en el hotel Palazzo Navona.

Albergo molto bello, arrdato bene e in posizione super centrale. Stanza pulita e comfortevole. Avendo un passeggino abbiamo avuto difficoltà in quanto non ci sono scivoli all'interno della struttura (ci sono gradini per accedere all ascensore e per avcedere in sala colazione). La colazione non è all'altezza, offerta scarsa e non particolarmente fresca!
