Nous avions réservé une chambre avec grand lit. Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre avec 2 lits, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Nous avons eu une chambre dans sur une autopista !!! du bruit toute la nuit. Le Spa était fermé alors que nous avions choisi cet hotel pour ca eavec la terrasse à l'étage qui etait aussi fermé.

This hotel is beautiful and our corner room had high ceilings and was large and comfortable. Be aware that the pool on the rooftop is only available in the summertime. It was closed when we were there in May.

We booked this hotel cause of the available on-site parking as well as the rooftop. Parking was as expected. The rooftop was a disappointment as it didn’t had any view plus the hot tub was not in service in addition to it being very small. Checkin was quick and reception staff were helpful in giving is transportation recommendations into the old town area.

I have stayed here before. Excellent room facilities and secure parking if you are travelling by car - easy access direct to your room floor from the car park. Friendly and helpful staff make this a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Just know that despite photos appearing to have a pool, there is no pool. There is a hot tub, but it's not in operation. Seems like this photo should not be used to advertise the hotel.

It was impossible to get coffee packets to make in the room. They said that they were out of stock. They did not replace the water, coffee cups, or coffee when they cleaned the room. The rooftop terrace had limited hours.

Estaba todo bastante limpio pero las paredes tenía algunas manchitas por ahí pero en general todo bien, destacaría el baño, hoy en día encontrar un baño que no tenga paredes de vidrio/cristal es un milagro y aquí es un baño de toda la vida con un plato de ducha grande y con un agua que sale con mucha presión lo cual viene perfecto tras un día cansado, por otro lado la habitación que nos tocó era muy silenciosa y eso se agradece.

Very good, spacious and clean hotel, very good shower. A bit too warm and busy in the breakfast area. Good choice of bread, fruit, juices and muesli for breakfast. Hardly any hooks to hang the towels to dry. No coffee or instant coffee to make yourself in the room. A bit far from the citycentre.

Clean and well maintained property. The stuff was very helpful. Breakfast has a good amount of options. The bed was ok and they had huge pillows that in my opinion were a kind of uncomfortable, but not a dealbreaker.

Spacious room, nice bathroom, good bed although we had twin beds despite requesting double. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. The surrounding area didn't make us feel safe though. And the value for money wasn't great compared to many of our other stays in Spain.

This hotel was really cool. We loved how it was so sustainable and thought out. We enjoyed the common area to sit in after a long day of walking and a late dinner. The rooftop breakfast was such a nice setting and great food options. We are vegan and were able to eat lots of fruit, toast, juice, tea, and some cereal with chia seeds and walnuts. There were a few milk options too. I loved everything about the rooftop and the decor around the hotel. Rooms were small but just right for a quick stay. Look for the “free exercise equipment”! It cracked me up! Great, cute hotel! We would stay here again! And it was so close to the botanical gardens and museums.

Very bad area and lots of party noise from near by buildings when we complained about the noise going on to early morning the staff where not interested and suggest me emailed a compliant. This happened for two out of the three nights of our stay. We also asked for a late check out we where told to ask the following morning however that then stated the hotel was full so it was not possible - we checked on line and rooms where available so felt we had been lied to .

This hotel was a great choice. It has a modern and fresh feel, with very a polite and helpful reception team. The hotel was incredibly clean....which is a wonderful feeling as a guest. The only downside is the location, but it was an easy bus ride to the old town.

Modern, clean, great service. Breakfast was convenient with many options. There is some construction in the area but the rooms are quiet. The walk to old town takes about 15 minutes

Beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast but further from the city center than what we would have liked. We ended up using the bus most times which was convenient but being in the center is where we would normally like to be. The garage was scary…really long drive to the hotel’s spaces but then the elevator brings you up to your floor. We really did love our room and the service was top notch!

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet hôtel et bien que celui-ci soit un peu excentré par rapport aux points touristiques classiques (baie de la Concha, vieille ville,...), il reste très pratique car, à 5-10 mns à pieds de l'euskotren. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable (literie parfaite pour moi). Un super PLUS pour le petit déjeuner (buffet) extrêmement varié et de très bonne qualité.
