Great location and staff was very good at everything. Parking was amazing

The photos were deceiving..’pool is quite small and seats around it need to be paid for. Everything needed extra payment.. including towels. There was a lounge in 10th floor for special rooms and that you couldn’t pay extra for!

Wonderful hotel. We had the Suite Kids Ocean and it was a dream for our 2 children. Lounge access was included until 9 p.m. Beautiful infinity pool available at the top floor with sea view. Highly recommended.

깨끗하고 전반적으로 만족합니다. 좋았어요. 수영장 이용이 주 목적이었는데, 체크인 하는날은 수영장 물을 채우고 있는 중이었고 물을 따뜩하게 데우는데 오래걸린다며 이용을 못하게 하더라구요. 그 전날까지는 휴장이었으나 제가 체크인 한 날은 이용 가능한 날이었음에도, 준비가 지연되어 이용하지 못한점, 너무 아쉬웠습니다.

The water in GRAVEL hotel's swimming pool was very dirty. The color of the water was very murky. The pool was small, the size of a room. Still, it doesn't seem to change the water in the pool at all. There were black molds on the wall of the pool. The tiles and sand on the bottom of the pool were ripped off, and my feet hurt. The water in the pool was promoted as hot water, but it was very cold. Many guests were disappointed. It is very rare for a hotel in Korea to be so dirty. Come all the way, and I hope you don't have such a bad experience. I felt sorry for foreigners who came to this hotel. I found a cockroach on my blanket. It was a very dirty and unpleasant accommodation experience.

The hotel is very nice from the entrance already. All coridors are climate controlled so you don’t start sweating as you exit your room. The rooms are spacious, ours was sea view around 25 sq.m. with a king sized bed. The TV isn’t smart, but has 2 HDMIs. The bathroom/wc was also nice and the toilet has a bidet seat installed so that was very good. We had a rental and there is plenty of space to park left from the hotel (for free). The rooftop pool is smaller than it looks on the photos. Also if you haven’t booked breakfast you cannot order coffee until 11 a.m. from the restaurant, but you have two nescafe like coffee bags in your room that get restocked every day along with the 2 water bottles(one per person). There is also a safe in the room that is for free!

The swimming pool that has been advertised is not open before 11 am , check out is at 11 am so we never saw the swimming pool . The hotel does not allow customers that arrive late to use swimming pool in the morning so it was ridiculous and i do not recommend this hotel .

基本的にはきれいなホテルで、スタッフの方もフレンドリーです。屋上のプールは素敵な雰囲気ですが、プールの水がちょっと汚れていたのが気になりました。トイレットペーパーは流せないので、日本人は気になるかもしれません。

객실 청결 했고 소음도 없었어요. 직원분들도 친절하셨고요. 다만, 주차공간이 협소하고 여러 공사자재들이 있어서 불편하긴 했어요. 조식도 괜찮았는데 조금 더 따뜻하게 유지되었으면 좋았을 것 같았었습니다. 잘 있다 갑니다.

Smells like smoke, full of fungi, slimy bathroom floor. Carpets all stained. Worst hotel experience.

깨끗한 객실이 너무 맘에 들었습니다.

객실이 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗한 편으로 이용하기 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 건너편 바다 산책길도 아침에 걷기 좋았습니다. 머무는 내내 날씨까지 좋아서 잘 쉬고 즐기다 갑니다. 매일 청소해주셔서 매일매일이 첫날같은 기분이었습니다. 웰컴푸드 우도땅콩쿠키도 감사했스버다.^^ 제주에 온다면 다시 들르겠습니다.

Our family of 4 people had spent 16 nights on Jeju Island. Our last stop was at Grabel Hotel and this was the worst hotel! We had arrived just before 12pm. We knew normal check in time is 3pm. I waited until 1.30pm to ask receptionists if there was a room available as we had 2 elderly people in their 80s in our group. Answer was earlier check in charge was KRW20K. I said previous 3 hotels had all allowed us to check in earlier due to elderly people being weaker needing to have more rest. They said: "We are not other hotels." Indeed, they are NOT as sympathetic as other hotels for sure! At 2pm, I ask them again - What is your check out time please? They said: 11am. I said it is 3 hours by now. You must have at least 1 room available by now for our 2 elderly people to get in to their room earlier to have a rest first please? They then agreed for me to show them 4 passports and fill in their form first. After that, they said they could let us in at 2.30pm. All our previous hotels had a check out time of 12pm but they had all kindly allowed our elderly people to get in to their room at around 1pm. Eventually at 2.33pm, they had given me our room keys. I had never ever seen any hotel receptionists being so rude, cruel, unreasonable and unsympathetic as that man and that woman receptionists being on duty on that day on 26th July 2024!!! This so called 4 star hotel does NOT have a gym! HOW COULD THEY BE 4 STAR WITHOUT A GYM? MOULD SPOTS ON SHOWER CORNERS!!!

배정된 룸에 머리카락이 있어서 불쾌했지만, 친절하게 바로 룸배치를 다시해주셨어요, 친철하고 좋았습니다.

금액도 저렴 직원들도 친절해요 다만 방안 커튼이 조금 더러웠어요

Love the family room and child friendly set up in the room for young children. However, we were quite disappointed by the service - left a jacket in the hotel and they won’t help us courier it to our next destination. As a result, we will have to make changes to our trip and detour back to collect the item.

곰팡이 냄새가 났음 소파가 얼룩지고 더러웠다 체크인할때 난방에 대한 설명이 없어 첫날 한동안 추웠음 벽에 난방조절기가 있어 온도를 맞췄는데 알고보니 작동하지 않았고 천장 온풍기를 틀어야하는 것이었다 많이 건조함

God frokost på hotellet. Personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Flott oppvarmet basseng på toppen av hotellet.Gode senger. Dårlig standard på bad og dusjrom, samt slitte fellesområder. Veldig lytt på rommene.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff in a great location. We had an issue with our hire car and the assistant manager came out to find and help us, i cant thank him enough for his help. Our room was large, very comfortable with a fantastic shower. If i go back to Jeju, i will definitely be staying here again.

秋夕に伺いましたが、風が強く肌寒かったが、プールが温水で良かったです。朝食も美味しく家族部屋にテントがあり子供が興奮でした。

방에 인버터 에어컨이 있는데 난방 쪽은 전혀 작동 안 돼서 잘 때 추웠어요. 아무리 5월이지만 날씨가 쌀쌀하고 기온이 낮으면 난방되게 했으면 합니다.

Great view and comfortable stay

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. It was child friendly hence we could enjoy the complimentary facilities like shared microwave in the floor hallway to prepare baby food. In the room itself, there’s baby toys and the beds are on the floor. So baby won’t fall off the bed. However, we hope the hotel consider to install brighter lights in the toilet and have a night lamp for parents to make milk or change diaper at night. There were many light switches but only one controls in switching on and off all lights. Hope that can be changed to accommodate parents during midnight feeds or changing.

다 좋왔어요. 청결 .서비스 ,직원들도 좋고 그런데 히터소리가 커서 시끄럽긴 했어요. 자다가 자주 깼어요.ㅠ

客室は年代の割には綺麗でした。バスルームの水圧が弱かったので スタッフにお願いしたところ 素早い対応でよかったです

Got free upgraded by the hotel with ocean view, facilities are new and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful.

Disapoint with the service where room service entered the room and touch the room eventhough I hung the " do not disturb" tag out side the door handle.

The view from our room was incredible. The bus stop near the hotel made traveling super convenient for the trip. The rooftop bar and pool was a great perk!

Struttura in buona posizione, vicino ad aeroporto e ristoranti (anche se la zona non è particolarmente bella). Parcheggio facile, buona posizione per visitate l'isola in auto. Sotto la struttura è presente fermata autobus, ma consigliamo vivamente di noleggiare auto.

교통도 괜찮고 호텔내부 시설이나 컨디션도 좋아요 특히 외도 근처라 인근 먹을만한곳도 많아서 좋습니다

제주 서쪽에 숙소를 두고 여행하실 분들께 적극 추천합니다. 호텔 근처 식당 만복집 , 외도가마솥밥 추천합니다.

루프탑 수영장 따뜻했고 다만 설연휴에 가서 그런지 사람이 많았어요 호텔 뒤에 돌다메라고 제주도 택시기사 추천맛집있으니 참고하세요 공항에서 쫌 거리가 있어서 그건 별로였지만 객실 넓고, 깔끔하고, 좋았어요^^

공항과도 가깝고 깨끗하고 친절해서 매년 1박에서 3박까지 하는 호텔입니다. 다만 샤워기 해바라기 수전설명을 못읽고 찬물세례를 받아 깜짝놀랐네요~ 보통 그렇게 나오진 않는데..조절이 좀 필요한듯요~~

직원들도 친절하시고 호텔도 곳곳에 신경많이 쓰는같아서 좋았구요 룸서비스도 되고 호텔음식도 맛있고 좋아요 근데 주차장 입고가 좁아서 승용차만 진입되서 밖에 주차장에 주차했는데 비올때 비 맞고 로비로 들어섰어요 클럽라운지더블룸 뷰도좋고 다좋은데 침구에 여지 머리카락이 긴것이 있어서 그거참 찝찝했어요

조식이 훌륭하고 루프탑 수영장이 너무 작은거 빼고는 가성비 아주 좋습니다

아주만족스럽고 루프탑 수영장이 매우 좋아습니다. 객실컨디션또한 매우 만족스럽고 아침 조식까지 매우 훌륭한 상태입니다

그라벨 숙소 내부 청결상태, 시설커디션 모두 양호합니다. 비데설치되어 있구 침대도 좋구요. 바다도 도로 건너서 200미터 정도 떨어져 있으나 바다가 보입니다. 다만 저층은 앞에 상가들이 보임 6층 이상은 되어야 좋을듯.. 주변에 호텔이 이호텔 하나만 있고 주변상권이 관광지가 아닌 그냥 제주도 도민들 사는 동네 느낌~서귀포나 함덕등은 호텔도 많고 시설도 많은데 이곳은 어촌 마을 느낌~ 그래도 주변에 맥도날드, 스벅등 편의 시설은 있음 수영장이 있어서 아이들 있는 가족은 좋을듯~조용한곳 원하는분들은 좋을거 같음, 단체 어르신들 손님이 많았음. 여행지 분위기는 아니어서 ~ 가장 추천할점은 조식은 제주에서 최고 였음, 2만원 아깝지 않은 조식메뉴임, 지하 주차장 내려가는 길이 너무 좁음, 주변 주차장이용이 좋을듯
