The room was big and well organized. I would prefer a laundry room to the styler machine. They advertise transport to the airport but when I asked it was not available anymore. There are a lot of restaurants around to the location is very good if you want to go out every night.

Hotel Leo is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because of the rooftop unfortunately it was closed for renovations during our stay. There was no announcement or sign around the hotel that it’s closed. We only learned it when we asked the front desk agent.

空港から迎えに来てもらい、とても助かりました。部屋も快適で、過ごしやすかったです。洗面所に若干古さを感じましたが、あまり気にはならないと思います。 サムギョプサルのお店に行くのにタクシーを頼んだのですが、ピークタイムで予約が出来ないということで、フロントの方が道に出て拾ってくれてとても親切でした。

Staff were amazing and extremely helpful!!! They helped me make a local phone call and gave me ideas of where to go. I enjoyed breakfast. I was sad the rooftop was under construction. I enjoyed my room, it was spacious for myself. Location is great if signing up for day tours as the pick up and drop off location very close to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We loved it all, the room, great service, close to transport, the amazing rooftop cafe and extensive and delicious breakfast and very close to the airport. Thank you Hotel Leo for a fantastic week. If we are in Jeju again we will definitely stay at your hotel.

Really like that there are many places to explore near the hotel! Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Valet was super helpful especially if you’re planning on renting a car!

Besides the bathroom having black mold, it was in a great location. The website says there’s an airport shuttle, but there is not one. However, the front desk did call us a taxi at 0545 in the morning.

Hotel Leo was a little old, but well maintained and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable. We especially loved the “styler” a kind of cleaning/ionizing cupboard that was thoughtfully provided in the room. Service staff could speak reasonably good English. Valet parking was available. Overall no complaints.

The only thing that came up was there was a musky smell from the carpet near the door of the bathroom. We informed the Hotel and they suppose to do something about it. Obviously it was short notice but next day after we left the Hotel they must have done something and there was hardly any smell. Coffee and tea bags are available if you require more just ask at the desk. The hotel staff were all very friendly pleasant and helpful. Air conditioner is well powerful can get room pretty cold. I would advise people not to set it too low as one could wake up with a cold or flu. All in all this Hotel we would definitely rank as one of the best we have stayed in and it was very reasonable priced.

I enjoyed my stay here. I had a very large & comfortable bed within a spacious room. The bathroom had a great shower & Japanese style toilet. I really liked having the LG Styler in the room to refresh my clothes. This is not something I’ve come across before. The hotel was in a great location, near various shops, cafes and restaurants and near a pick up point for day tours. I had a lovely massage next door to the hotel. Upon checking out I asked for a taxi to be called to take me to the airport. Unfortunately the person at the front desk was distracted & forgot to call, but this was quickly rectified when I asked again. It would be great if black teabags were available as well as green tea & coffee.

Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.

The traditional “ondol” room had modern amenities minus a refrigerator. There was noise coming from construction outside in the late morning. There was good selection at the buffet with OK flavor. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable with helpful English-speaking staff. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I was only in Jeju for 2 full days and so wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

酒店位置方便，旁邊就有巴士站，對不是自駕遊的旅客來說，出行十分方便。 酒店旁邊有7-11,附近不遠便是保建路，食肆、手信店、OliveYoung.... 房間尚算寬敞，有地熱設施，寒冷天氣之下，不怕睡覺時不夠暖，反而調整溫度掌控不到，冷氣機又會自動關掉。 服務人員整體表現不錯，只有一位個子較細小的女柜台接待員處理手法甚有問題，我因為到達酒店時間為上午，先寄存行李，後來距離規定入住時間還有約40分鐘回到酒店，此位接待員要求我們再等侯一下，稍後才可入住，本來這個處理很合理。問題是跟著有兩組客人進來，此位接待員卻立即讓他們上房。面對如此不公正的處理，本人十分不滿！ 酒店其他柜台人員十分友善，本人退房時正值清晨5點，男接待員為我用手機召喚計程車，詳細告訴我們計程車何時到達和車牌號碼，服務周到，讚！
酒店位置方便，旁邊就有巴士站，對不是自駕遊的旅客來說，出行十分方便。 酒店旁邊有7-11,附近不遠便是保建路，食肆、手信店、OliveYoung.... 房間尚算寬敞，有地熱設施，寒冷天氣之下，不怕睡覺時不夠暖，反而調整溫度掌控不到，冷氣機又會自動關掉。 服務人員整體表現不錯，只有一位個子較細小的女柜台接待員處理手法甚有問題，我因為到達酒店時間為上午，先寄存行李，後來距離規定入住時間還有約40分鐘回到酒店，此位接待員要求我們再等侯一下，稍後才可入住，本來這個處理很合理。問題是跟著有兩組客人進來，此位接待員卻立即讓他們上房。面對如此不公正的處理，本人十分不滿！ 酒店其他柜台人員十分友善，本人退房時正值清晨5點，男接待員為我用手機召喚計程車，詳細告訴我們計程車何時到達和車牌號碼，服務周到，讚！

Had a wonderful 5 nights stay at Hotel Leo which has excellent staff members at front desk (met 4 different staff) especially Ms Helen who is so cheerful, helpful and wonderful in rendering multiple services e.g. helping with my smooth and efficient check-in, recommended of great food outlets and places to visit within the city areas, plus helping to write in Korean languages on the few places I wanted to go so that I can show to the bus or taxi drivers for clear directions. Helen is a GEM, thank you very much for your great hospitality.

Most of the hotel staff can speak English and are very professional & helpful; able to answer and help with our queries. We like it that there is LG Styler in the room and we can use it free of charge to clean our coats before we head home. There are many dining options just behind the hotel and across the road and two convenient stores. We could easily get a taxi to airport with help of reception staff within minutes in the early morning and the airport was just 5 mins drive away. Some areas for considerations for improvement: It would be good that customers be informed that the temperature of air-con in the room cannot be controlled using the TV remote. It was quite stuffy for us on the first night. When we called the reception, he turned on something on the aircon but did not mention that we can adjust the temperature using the tv remote to our comfort level. The electronic panel on the wall only indicates the room temperature but temp cannot be adjusted using it. Also the lightings in the room are controlled by the electronic panel, we were not sure how to leave a light on for the night. So we left the toilet light on, but it will eventually be turned off; kind of dark to make way to toilet. The room layout could be improved as after putting the table and chair in between the bed and long table, there is little room to walk and could be hazard to walk round in the dark at night.

The hotel front desk staff, Jay and Helen, deserved my special mention for their outstanding care and attention to all guests. They were accommodating and patient in guiding me about good food and tour attractions nearby the hotel. They took pain to explain our choice of destinations to taxi drivers and pay attention to other detailed arrangements. We booked a room for a family of three and were greeted with three super size and comfortable beds in a good size room. Very impressed with the Italian restaurant on the rooftop, serving creative Italian food with local flavour. We couldn't have asked for more for our first-time trip to Jeju city and will recommend Hotel Leo to others.

The only thing that came up was there was a musky smell from the carpet near the door of the bathroom. We informed the Hotel and they suppose to do something about it. Obviously it was short notice but next day after we left the Hotel they must have done something and there was hardly any smell. Coffee and tea bags are available if you require more just ask at the desk. The hotel staff were all very friendly pleasant and helpful. Air conditioner is well powerful can get room pretty cold. I would advise people not to set it too low as one could wake up with a cold or flu. All in all this Hotel we would definitely rank as one of the best we have stayed in and it was very reasonable priced.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Leo. I was only in Jeju for 2 full days and so wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a night stay as we have an early flight to catch the next morning. The hotel is just a 5 minutes drive to the airport. The hotel is pleasant and clean. They have a restaurant on the top floor which serves Italian food. We were given 1 complimentary welcome drink at the restaurant. Check in was very smooth. Staff by the name of Helen was exceptionally helpful. When we arrived she help us to unload our luggages and also brought them into the hotel Lobby. Great little hotel near to jeju airport. It’s a very short walk to pickup points for all tours around the island and is located in a central area with a lot of shopping and dining options. The room is generously sized with a good bathroom. It even has a laundry/steaming closet in the room.

Excellent location with good restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, and always ready to help upon request. We stayed here on the last night of our stay in Jeju, as we needed to be near the airport after returning of rental car. They have valet service for cars; the hotel room is spacious and clean plenty of dining options nearby (hotel staff recommended us but we decided to take the car for a drive to black pork street before returning). There is a weighing scale at lobby - great for us trying to figure if we are overweight. When the central AC was a bit warm - we just called frontdesk and they turned on the AC blower unit so that was perfect. Just to say - this hotel is a 20 mins bus ride from Jeju Airport (the taxi queue was CRAZY) and so we just hopped onto bus for 1150 won /pax - bus stops right across from Hotel Leo. Next morning, hotel booked me a taxi and it was 5500 won / 10 mins ride to airport. Please do consider staying here if you need a convenient spot in Jeju City! I can't wait to be back - Thank you Hotel Leo!

The traditional “ondol” room had modern amenities minus a refrigerator. There was noise coming from construction outside in the late morning. There was good selection at the buffet with OK flavor. Overall, the facilities were clean and comfortable with helpful English-speaking staff. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-days stay at this hotel. It has everything on our checklist: great breakfast at reasonable price, well laid out room, easy walks to everything (shoppings, restaurants, night market, subway, bus, Lotte department), super helpful staffs (ask for Becky who speaks perfect English). The hotel was really convenient, taxis are fairly cheap from the airport and there are also a number of buses that go very close to the hotel (and it’s only a few stops away from the airport + T money card works here). The hotel was also close to my day tour pick up point (literally a couple of minutes away). I was here during Chuseok so quite a few places were closed but in normal times, there are lots of food options nearby. On the hotel itself, the elevator was quick and efficient. My room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Shower was great + electric toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. There was a kettle in the room, a fridge, a hairdryer and a big tv (with Netflix). An LG steamer also in the room which was exciting but when I actually tried it, I found it took too long and results weren’t great. Still a cool contraption to try. Water bottles provided every day and fresh towels. All the above made this a great stay but what added the cherry to the cake was Helen (the assistant manager) who was a dream and just amazing at her job. She made me feel welcome the second I arrived and I felt like I had a friend who gave me great recommendations every evening. She really is a star! To note, I tried the buffet breakfast once, it was ok but not amazing. I wouldn’t get it daily.

Room and bathroom were spacious. There was not shower curtain so water got onto floor making it slippery. Valet parking was useful and staff were helpful and polite. Service was prompt when we asked for assistance. Location was near to shopping and food.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was really well located, close to most tour pick up points, clean, close to transport, walkable to shopping area but most of all this hotel has Helen. What a lovely welcome from her when we arrived. This lady is a wonderful asset to have. She welcomed us like we had been stying there for weeks. Her warm welcome, perfect English and happy attitude is really something. Thank you Helen for making our stay memorable with chook. 😁
