The room was clean but has not toiletries and I asked for it and the lady at the front desk told me that they have problems eitht he provider and there is no soap available nor shower gel. The property's maintenance is not adequate and the tv channels are in English language what is not correct because we are in Mexico and I asked to correct it and the technician told me that is noy possible, so I had no soap, no tv and no good property maintenance.

A complete nightmare. On the first night, when I opened the bed, the sheets had a lot of hair, makeup stains, and other marks. I asked for them to be changed. It was cold, and the air conditioning/heating system didn’t work. I had to ask for a blanket since the bed only had a sheet and a thin cover. The blanket they gave me was small and not enough. I spent two nights feeling cold. On top of that, the hair dryer doesn’t work, and the noise from the adjacent rooms is extremely loud. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Old rooms not matched with the pictures posted on internet. The Parking is a mess some metalic structures used to park the cars which complicates a simple task. Missing steps to conect to wifi in the guideline given. The parking lot in the back side not what I expected to park my car. ( dusty place)

Cold nights and no heater. The suite was poor and very noisy. The windows do not lower the street noise.
