The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are a good size. It's in an excellent location, but also noisy. The breakfast was fine, although liquid milk for the coffee would be nice instead of powdered creamer. There is a patio to sit outside away from the street which is a good. The WiFi is excellent.

We are so thankful because we were allowed to check in early. I guess they have available rooms so we were really lucky for that. The location its amazing the zocalo its like 5 minutes walk and the 20 the noviembre two blocks away. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nice , the bed was a bit small but comfortable. However the AC AND FAN make up for it Overall we will definitely go back!
