So I arrive. And the male employee at the counter is being torn apart verbally by a female colleague. I have to use the luggage room because im early. I get back at 3pm. The (insert swearing words) male worker decides to loudly shout out what room number i have. then i find out ive been placed the furthest from the elevator possible. none of this is allowed when taking care of a female travelling alone. that is common practise all over the world not to put female travellers at risk. very very very bad !

We had a wonderful stay at Bayer 89 Vi Vadi Hotel. The check-in staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home right away.
