We experienced bites from bed bugs and had bed bugs on our clothes when we got Home. The Bathroom had black mold in the corners of the shower. The people that worked there were very nice and helpful, but the rooms were not up to the standard we thought.

The stay was mostly plesant until the day of the check-out. The room was clean and breakfast was good. Though having only single elevator for a hotel of this size was not enough. Also the safe in the room was broken. The biggest problems started on the morning when I was about to check-out. First the housekeeping kept trying to drive me out hours before the check-out time. When I finally checked out, there was no-one at the check out desk. I waited for service quite while until I finally decided to just drop the keycard to the express check-out box and leave. I am most annoyed that the hotel advertises having luggege storage service, even when they do not seem to have that. I would not have booked this hotel if I had knewn that I will be required carry my luggege around all day before my flight (in addition to the hotel not providing that service all the lockers at the train station were in use. Of course that is not the hotels fault, but if the hotel had provided the advertised service I had had no reason to even check them)

Love this hotel. Clean room and amazing location. It’s 5 mins walk to main station. It’s walkable to go to old town. It took around 20mins but lots of things to see so didn’t feel that long. Staffs were nice and grocery stores/drug stores are located less than 10 mins walk. I’ll def stay again when I come back to Munich.
