Sehr zentral gelegen, nahe Des Kaufhaus des Westens (KdW)! Aber auch die Currywurst gibt es in der Nähe! Die Zimmer sind einfach aber praktisch und das Auto findet Platz in der Hotel eigenen Garage.

Really nice basic hotel on perfect location near Zoo and KaDeWe (if shopping is your thing). Nice breakfast and very helpfull staff when needed. No luxury or extra pillows but everything is clean and in good condition. Parking is available at 20 Euro a night.

Centraal gelegen hotel met parkeergarage. Parkeerplekken in de garage zijn wel krap. Vier EV laadpunten aanwezig in garage. Vanwege drukte waren deze aanvankelijk bezet door (fossiele) auto's maar op een gegeven moment was het toch mogelijk om te laden. Het zou helpen als het hotel aan zou geven dat deze plaatsen alleen voor EV's bedoeld zijn.

Although it was advertised ad being refurbished, in fact the refurbishment is ongoing. Unluckily my room was right above the current work and so impossible to be there between 10am and 6pm on weekdays. When I tried to chat with a guy at reception about it he was very offhand and rude. A very disappointing stay.

Ottimo hotel con parcheggio interno a pagamento. Ottima zona: in una via laterale all'inizio della via dei negozi che porta al centro di Berlino, il che unisce comodità a tranquillità. Vicinissimo all'hotel ci sono bar, ristoranti ed un supermercato. Stanza ottima, unica pecca (come tutti gli Ibis) manca un armadio, c'è solo un attaccapanni multifunzione aperto.

The property was undergoing some refurbishment but the signage is poor (on A4 paper with small writing and general statements). We were regularly woken up in the mornings by construction noises. Staff could have been more proactive and state specific times of when works would be done e.g. “we will start works at 08:30 and finish at 17:00 and unfortunately it will be noisy including drilling and hammering” or “There will be heavy drilling around 09:00 to 11:00”. Slipping notices under the door would also have been welcome as well. Otherwise, the stay was fair and the location excellent with close links to public transport. Breakfast was good but I did miss baked beans which would have been good with the eggs. Staff were great - particularly the night shift which is really welcomed.

Way too many long black hairs appeared in our room. Mostly in the bathroom, but one in the bed. Seems questionable for a blonde lady and a bald man. But overall, nice and fresh hotel. We already plan a return. Location is everything, and location is as good as it gets: well-sorted convenience store across the street, bakery and café across the street. Loads of restaurants and different eateries within 400 meters. Famous KaDeWe less than a five minute walk from hotel. Surrounding streets and square kinda sketchy at night, but not noticeable inside hotel. And none of the drunken loudmouths even acknowledged or spoke to me, walking alone across the square at 11:45 at night. Great hotel for a few days stay!

Great hotel, centrally located, the staff at reception were extremely welcoming and allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. They also offered travel tips and advice. My room was spotlessly clean, warm, cosy and the bed was very comfortable.

Bei der Buchung wurde die Alternative zwischen Einzelbetten oder Queensize explizit angeboten. Im Zommer waren es dann trotz Buchung von "Queensize" zwei Einzelbetten - zudem "druchgelegen". Bei Nutzung des Handtuchs fand sich leider ein langes Haar - nicht schön! Frühstücksbuffet war ok - Preis-Leistung insgesamt nach meinem Dafürhalten nicht ausgewogen.

The modern, clean and perfectly sized rooms were just right for two of us. We also had no issues with the bed, despite what other reviews suggested. The hotel’s great location means you can easily get to the tube, and there are lots of local shops, restaurants, bars nearby and a supermarket just across the road, which is open late, although not on a Sunday, so stock up. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing, which wasn’t as good as we thought. While you don’t hear other guests in your room, the slamming of doors, especially in the early morning, is quite noticeable. I think this is because of the chains on the room doors. But other than that, it’s a good hotel choice with really friendly staff, and we’ll definitely be back.

51€ für 3x Frühstück ist bei dem schwachen Angebot deutlich zu hoch - Saft war wässrig, Wurst und Käse eher günstig - Speck war in Teilen noch roh - alleine der Kaffee war lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber im Bad gab es viele und deutlich zu sehende Kalkränder - wo deutlich sichtbar Kalk ist, kommt auch schnell Schimmel. Auf den Handtücher waren mehrfach schwarze Haare - ich bin 1-3mm Träger in Blond….

The property does not turn on the AC unless it’s 25 degrees Celsius or more, the windows barely open so if you try to reduce the heat and stuffiness by opening the windows you’ll only succeed at letting all the street noises in—drunks screaming, garbage truck at 6am. I didn’t sleep a wink. Luckily they let me check out after one night. I did ask about the issue at checkin and the front desk guy told me the AC was just slow and it would cool down on 20 min. After 20 min I was switched rooms. It wasn’t until the next morning that they disclosed they simply didn’t turn on the AC until it was boiling hot. In June, this was a solid no. I would have appreciated honesty from the front desk staff and o could have avoided one sleepless night entirely.

The location of this hotel is what sells it. Less than 100m to the U Bahn with a grocery store and bakery across the street. You are essentially diagonal from the KaDeWe department store which shows you that you are at the center of it all. Countless shopping and dining options within easy walking distance. One area of improvement for this hotel - the bedding. One thin pillow per guest is inadequate. Also, the thin mattress topper on top of a box caused a nonstop battle throughout the night to keep the topper and sheets from sliding off into the floor. As bad as the bedding situation was, I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

This place is perfect for a solo traveler on a budget. This is my favorite area in Berlin, and it’s close to everything you need. Restaurants, shopping, the subway, and the best store in the world, Kadewe!!! I’ve been coming to this area for years and I’m glad that I found this hotel within my budget in the area. It was clean, and perfect for 1 person. The rooms are small, but cozy and very clean. It was quiet at night and off the street so there was no noise. The staff is very friendly, spoke English, and always was helpful and kind. The breakfast was ok, I’ve had bigger (and more expensive), there’s a bit of everything so the variety was nice. I will say though that the guests at breakfast were very rude, so if you’re not ready for it best be prepared. I got a lot of dirty looks, people cutting in front of me, and also a guest thought I worked there and very rudely whistled at me to clean up his table. I laughed and flipped him off, what a rude jerk. Anyway, the hotel is perfect for solo travelers and I would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks for making my long stay there a great one Ibis!!!!

Zimmer sind klein, aber reicht vollkommen aus. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage läuft im ganzen hotel einheitlich, da gibt es nicht viele Optionen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der Straßenseite, nachts ist es natürlich was lauter da hier viel los ist, Cafes, Restaurants etc. Frühstück vollkomen ok, wenn man was anderes frühstücken möchte gibt es vor dem Hotel Bäckereien und Restaurants. Zu Fuß ist das Zoo, Aquarium, Shoppingcenter, Kudamm, und viel mehr locker erreichbar.

Perfect location with lots of shops & restaurants around, a supermarket opened late next door and U-Bahn station right across the street. The staff are all very nice, lifts are fast; the room is very basic but functional, there's a desk (no fridge, no kettle). The only downside for me is the bed: mattress is thin and uncomfortable, pillows both poor quality shapeless

I really liked the location of the hotel. The area is safe and close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The train was also very close. There were just a couple of things that I found to be inconvenient. There was no space in the bathroom to put clothes and barely enough space for towels. I also wish there were drawers in the nightstand or something instead of a rolling closet with shelves.

This is a good hotel overall for the price range. Pretty well located. with quite a lot of shopping facilities around. My only complaint would be the mattresses are un little bit hard. And people banged their doors noisily so I got waken up early in the morning by those noise.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nur äußerst zweckmäßig und billig eingerichtet. Nur ein offener Kleiderständer, kein Schrank oder ähnliches. Die Milchglastür zum Bad schloss nicht richtig. Überhaupt alles sehr hellhörig. Positiv war die Lage des Hotels am Wittenbergplatz mit Restaurants und unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und zum Kurfürstendamm.

The property does not turn on the AC unless it’s 25 degrees Celsius or more, the windows barely open so if you try to reduce the heat and stuffiness by opening the windows you’ll only succeed at letting all the street noises in—drunks screaming, garbage truck at 6am. I didn’t sleep a wink. Luckily they let me check out after one night. I did ask about the issue at checkin and the front desk guy told me the AC was just slow and it would cool down on 20 min. After 20 min I was switched rooms. It wasn’t until the next morning that they disclosed they simply didn’t turn on the AC until it was boiling hot. In June, this was a solid no. I would have appreciated honesty from the front desk staff and o could have avoided one sleepless night entirely.

Great hotel, centrally located, the staff at reception were extremely welcoming and allowed me to check in early as my room was ready. They also offered travel tips and advice. My room was spotlessly clean, warm, cosy and the bed was very comfortable.

Check in quick and smooth. Lovely spacious room and comfy bed. Very good breakfast. Just a couple of minutes walk from train station so very convenient for getting around Berlin. Would definitely stay again.

Es war alles wunderbar. Das Personal war super freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Ich war auch sehr begeistert, dass der Checkout erst um 12 Uhr sein sollte und selbst den konnte ich aufgrund eines Termins noch um eine halbe Stunde nach hinten raus verschieben ohne Mehrkosten. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

The hotel was conveniently placed by an underground station and lots of shops and places to eat. The hotel was manned late so even though we arrived late after a flight delay, we were able to check in and get to speak to a human being. The rooms were sufficient. Clean, enough space for everything we needed (and I am an unpacker) and the bathroom was immaculate. We slept well and didn't hear anybody else or get woken up. The room was very dark when the curtains were drawn. I would stay at this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is what sells it. Less than 100m to the U Bahn with a grocery store and bakery across the street. You are essentially diagonal from the KaDeWe department store which shows you that you are at the center of it all. Countless shopping and dining options within easy walking distance. One area of improvement for this hotel - the bedding. One thin pillow per guest is inadequate. Also, the thin mattress topper on top of a box caused a nonstop battle throughout the night to keep the topper and sheets from sliding off into the floor. As bad as the bedding situation was, I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Dieses Hotel ist am Wittenbergplatz in Schöneberg gelegen und hat somit eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Mein Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor der Tür, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe oder fußläufig erreichbar.

The hotel’s location is excellent and is a 2 minute walk to the U-bahn. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are all nearby. Although the area is bustling, it is safe and overall quiet. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is big. Staff is friendly, efficient, and competent. The only minor drawbacks are that the bed doesn’t not have a bedsheet to get under, and there is no refrigerator. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!!

Bei Anreise wurden wir freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer war sauber. Für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel ideal, vor allem die Lage ist Super! Bei dem Frühstück haben wir uns leider etwas mehr erhofft. Dort gab es leider jeden Morgen dasselbe (Bis auf beim Brot). Dennoch war es lecker und hat Satt gemacht. Im Großen und Ganzen für den Preis ein gutes Hotel mit kleinen Punkten, die man noch verbessern könnte.

Das Hotel an sich war vollkommen in Ordnung und die Anbindung zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut. Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel ist die Umgebung eher schmutzig und nachts kann es durch eine Bar etwas lauter sein. Mit geschlossenem Fenster bekommt man davon aber nichts mit. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt und würden auch definitiv wieder dorthin gehen.

Auf den Handtücher waren mehrfach schwarze Haare - ich bin 1-3mm Träger in Blond….

Very good value for a Berlin hotel. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Considering this is a budget hotel the continental style breakfasts had a nice variety including the ability to make your own fresh waffles in 2 minutes. Staff were very friendly and although no bar there is a self service area with beers, wines etc, plus snacks.

Breakfast was very good. Everything is ok about this property. The only thing i was confused- the A/C control was without degrees , limited control, hard to say what it does, because I did not hear a fan sound neither cold or hod air came from it.
