Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Wir waren von dem Service des Hotels beeindruckt. Uns wurden die Koffer zum Zimmer hochgetragen und wir haben einen kleinen Willkommens-Kuchen erhalten. Die Zimmer waren auch schön und die Betten sehr angenehm. Auch die Pools auf der Dachterrasse waren schön, wenn auch etwas klein. In die Altstadt benötigt man mit dem Bus direkt vor der Tür etwa 30 Minuten. Drei Kritikpunkte gibt es für uns allerdings: 1) Es gab viel zu wenig Liegen am Pool. Oft wollten wir nach einem Ausflug am späteren Nachmittag den Tag am Pool noch ausklingen lassen (keine Chance auf eine Liege). 2) Die Aufzüge waren extrem langsam. Ja, das mag etwas spießig klingen, aber das hat uns irgendwann echt in den Wahnsinn getrieben :D. 3) Das Buffet vom Abendessen ist zwar jeden Tag verschieden und äußerst lecker gewesen, war aber wirklich nicht groß. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein super schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und guter Anbindung. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

great hotel and location with indoor and outdoor pool. but the indoor pool costs extra. also great gym. the rooms could be a little nicer for the price, but thats ok. overall great staff and service and the train stop is right there on the same block.

First time I’ve ever posted a review other than excellent on the Jupiter and I stay here all the time. TV didn’t work in first room , guy came to fix, but continued to not work and eventually had to change rooms. The windows in the room to which I was moved were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them and neither on making reservation or checking in did anybody ever disclose that the spa was closed all weekend. When I raised it at front desk later in the weekend, thr guy was defensive and said I’d been given a letter on check-in notifying that spa was closed, but I didn’t get such a letter. If you’re going to advertise yourself as a hotel and spa, you should let guests know that spa is closed before they make the reservation. Front desk could try harder to not blame guests for not knowing things they don’t know. I will always stay here but this weekend was not good.

Nice room, great cleaning, quiet room and comfy beds. Big minus for the gym though since the two bikes don’t work properly. I asked to get them fixed but nothing happened. Fix the bikes or remove them from the gym and your pictures.

Réception ouvert 24h/24 bien pratique - Chambre grande propre et confortable, mais donnant sur une avenue avec insonorisation pour moi pas assez présente ( ma compagne n’a pas eu le même ressenti sur l’insonorisation) mais n’empêchant absolument pas le repos - Petit déjeuner au top, grand buffet, beaucoup de choix et possibilité de l’emporter si besoin ( point fort verre pour emporter vos café) - Point faible le spa. Payant avec bonnet de bain obligatoire. Une piscine avec quelques bise un sauna et un hammam. Pour 17 euros un oeu chère, par contre rooftop avec piscine et bar très sympas même si non testé car un peu limite en Février. - Point faible et fort en même temps la localisation. Loins de la ville mais bus permettant d’y accéder facilement. Proche de l’aéroport si vous repartez tôt super pratique ( moins de 15 min de taxi)

Have to agree with what majority of the reviews state. Rooms were a great size, air-conditioning was great. Room windows lack sound proofing so could get noisy sometimes. This hotel is quite busy and if you are looking for an early check-in good luck. I did not like that the bathrooms had no exhaust fan. Staff: friendly and informative, spoke English a major plus. Cleanliness: Although overall everything was clean, the floors in the room and bathroom were dirty. They vacuum the floors, but they don't clean the floors with soap or equivalent. This is a put off. Breakfast: Amazing, if you are from North America, you are in for a wonderful treat. Staff and service was great too.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was immaculate and house keeping came every day and left everything super clean. The pool was lovely on a hot day, cold on the first dip but you soon got used to it. Bar by the pool was great. Good choice of breakfast which was all very tasty and everyday they made my husband his fresh poached eggs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location as out of the centre so despite a busy road it was very quiet. We used Ubers to get places which were extremely good value. Near good restaurants. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Nice Hotel in the centre of town .Roof top pool a bonus but packed most of the time with leather skinned sun worshippers! The sun decks could do with a pressure wash as well as not particularly clean in our view .Took our evening meals in the restaurant.Well presented buffet - however not to my taste as I’m not one for herbs and spices even my wife struggled who has much more of an educated pallet than myself .Plenty of salad however ! Breakfast excellent , traditional fruit, breads and cakes , cooked etc .Staff excellent and attentive

Hotel ist sehr schön. Pool auf dem Dach ist super und wir hatten keine Schwierigkeiten eine Liege zu erhalten. Personal ist super freundlich. Wir haben eine Aussicht auf den Innenhof, was es sehr ruhig macht. Parken kann man für 12€ die Nacht. Es gibt im Umkreis Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten. Sonst Innenstadt mit Uber und Bolt gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine Badewanne statt Dusche. Das WLAN ist absolute Katastrophe für Streaming ;)

We stayed here on Christmas Eve for one night. It was a good hotel but nothing I would come back to. No one helps you with your bags Nor offers the cart or any help whatsoever considering we had 2 suitcases and a stroller. We had an early flight and asked for breakfast boxes and specifically mentioned no meat or ham which was noted. In the morning, we got four ham sandwiches. Also there was a weird smell in the hallway and in the room, which is probably from the cleaning solution, but still there nonetheless. Lastly, the thermostat in the room was not working. We opened the window, but there’s too much noise from cars. The rooms were clean overall the bathroom was clean. The shower was nice. The free water was nice and the bed was comfortable but for a four star hotel I expected more.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen und bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Verpflegung. Der Dachpool bietet eine tolle Aussicht, das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die schlecht isolierten Fenster, die bei unserem Zimmer zur viel befahrenen Hauptstraße hin, zu lauten Nächten führten.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen und bietet eine abwechslungsreiche Verpflegung. Good points - Good location - Clean - Friendly accommodating staff Bad points - Some issues with noise The doors are heavy and have no soft closures, this caused issues as they slam loudly. Get soft closures! The chairs. The bloody chairs. They are heavy wooden chairs and drag very loudly. They can be heard from above and to the side waking you up. Put plastic or fabric feet on the chairs in the rooms to stop this! - Breakfast Fake bacon. Weird sausages. Watery beans. Biggest problem is staff CONSTANTLY asking to take your plate and your glasses the second your fork hits the plate. This is extremely unrelaxing and ruins the dinner experience. It doesn’t matter how many times you try to take the guests plates, guests will eat what they want, it’s a buffet! I think it’s the manager who encourages this, as on days he was not present, this practice does not happen and it’s much more relaxing experience. - General upkeep and maintenance Do you even have a maintenance team? The clock broke in the pool/spa area and I told spa team immediately. No action. I then had to jump out pool and ask reception “what time is it” every 20 minutes like some kind of lunatic. Very unrelaxing and unnecessary. Next day, clock is just gone from wall. Can’t just replace the battery? Seriously? Clock did not return. Overall a good experience though, hopefully this feedback will help you improve, would probably return.

Great hotel. 7 euro cab to all the action. Great breakfast with many options ( even had American Coffee !). Staff could not have been more helpful. Housekeeping daily with clean sheets etc. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Would use again. Love Lisbon !

The staff was not knowledgeable when I asked for a restaurant recommendation and not very nice about it. They didn’t go above and beyond. Also- when we checked out, we were told that cappuccino and coffee were charged to our room. We paid for it with euro and the woman ALSO charged it to the room. The front desk woman said she would have to talk to a manager. Unfortunately our driver was waiting to take us to the airport and we didn’t have time to wait. She was not accommodating at all and I thought maybe she would suggest calling me and let me know. Very disappointing stay.

We checked in around 11 am after an international red eye flight. Figured we’d ask if early check in was available, and sure enough it was! It was so nice to be able to drop our stuff offf, shower and rest a bit. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. It wasn’t really in a touristy spot but Ubers were cheap enough. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although a lot of them didn’t speak English so communication was difficult (our own fault for not speaking the local language) Very close to airport while still being close to amenities (grocery store right across street) Would stay here again!

We stayed here on Christmas Eve for one night. It was a good hotel but nothing I would come back to. No one helps you with your bags Nor offers the cart or any help whatsoever considering we had 2 suitcases and a stroller. We had an early flight and asked for breakfast boxes and specifically mentioned no meat or ham which was noted. In the morning, we got four ham sandwiches. Also there was a weird smell in the hallway and in the room, which is probably from the cleaning solution, but still there nonetheless. Lastly, the thermostat in the room was not working. We opened the window, but there’s too much noise from cars. The rooms were clean overall the bathroom was clean. The shower was nice. The free water was nice and the bed was comfortable but for a four star hotel I expected more.

First time I’ve ever posted a review other than excellent on the Jupiter and I stay here all the time. TV didn’t work in first room , guy came to fix, but continued to not work and eventually had to change rooms. The windows in the room to which I was moved were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them and neither on making reservation or checking in did anybody ever disclose that the spa was closed all weekend. When I raised it at front desk later in the weekend, thr guy was defensive and said I’d been given a letter on check-in notifying that spa was closed, but I didn’t get such a letter. If you’re going to advertise yourself as a hotel and spa, you should let guests know that spa is closed before they make the reservation. Front desk could try harder to not blame guests for not knowing things they don’t know. I will always stay here but this weekend was not good.

We loved our stay at the Jupiter Hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and so very helpful. Thank you! The room was spacious, clean and had a nice comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was soooo good. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again.

The location is convenient to metro and buses for popular tourist areas as well as going from/to the airport. The hotel is well maintained, and I found the lobby, breakfast area and room to be spacious. All though the hotel sits on a wide and busy street, I found the hotel to be quiet. All of the staff members who I encountered were friendly and helpful. My experience at the hotel and the city of Lisbon overall was very good.

Had a great holiday here. Really friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, great rooftop pool/bar, good gym, lovely breakfast. Close to airport so easy transfer (Uber really good in Lisbon). Not really walkable into town centre but Metro right outside hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending Jupiter Lisboa

We had a very nice stay at Jupiter Lisboa Hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent. There is a subway stop in front of the hotel for convenient access to downtown.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was immaculate and house keeping came every day and left everything super clean. The pool was lovely on a hot day, cold on the first dip but you soon got used to it. Bar by the pool was great. Good choice of breakfast which was all very tasty and everyday they made my husband his fresh poached eggs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location as out of the centre so despite a busy road it was very quiet. We used Ubers to get places which were extremely good value. Near good restaurants. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

The check-in was swift and easy and also early, which was brilliant. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The T.V. was hard to function. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. From cereals, hot food, meats and cheeses, there was also great selection of hot and cold morning beverages inc mimosas. The rooftop area was a great place to catch some rays and nice cold drink. It was peaceful and not to crowded. I will return. Was a brilliant stay.

Stayed here for a workshop. I don’t know Lisbon that well, but the hotel isn’t in what I’d consider a touristy area - depending on your expectations, that’s neither positive nor negative - just something to be aware of! Very close to shopping and transit/metro. Breakfast buffet and rooftop/lobby bar food was good. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, especially due to the proximity to Manteigaria- best traditional pastries!

Nice Hotel in the centre of town .Roof top pool a bonus but packed most of the time with leather skinned sun worshippers! The sun decks could do with a pressure wash as well as not particularly clean in our view .Took our evening meals in the restaurant.Well presented buffet - however not to my taste as I’m not one for herbs and spices even my wife struggled who has much more of an educated pallet than myself .Plenty of salad however ! Breakfast excellent , traditional fruit, breads and cakes , cooked etc .Staff excellent and attentive

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was decent and the rooftop bar and pool was very relaxing. Great fitness center and the housekeeping was fantastic! The only downside was that the AC stopped working from time to time but i think they got that fixed after we left

Staff in hotel were very polite, especially at reception when being booked in (Mara?) who was friendly and took time to provide local information.
