Stayed for 4 nights. We had a senior suite which was quite large and very comfortable. Having booked room only, we tried breakfast the first morning, it was average. The walk to the beach front is around 15 mins, and the pool area is basic, having a road the other side of a hedge.

Rooms were clean and good value. Bathroom was poor. No hairdryer, although holder on wall for one. Shower head broken. The pool was nice although quite small. The service at breakfast was terrible and disappointing .Items missing from buffet and not replenished quickly even when asked. Fruit would have been nice but the only fruit was melon or sliced oranges.. .

Ideal location to the beach (12 minutes) and souk (25 minutes). Close to the promenade for a nice walk along for restaurants, bars and cafes. Facilities in the hotel are adequate. Nothing overly fancy but you have to factor in the price. The rooms have everything you would need for a stay as a couple or family. Yes there are some parts where rooms and communal areas could be renovated but at least the hotel was clean. Staff wete highly helpful and check in was seemless. The staff were very helpful in printing off boarding passes for our return home.

What a lovely apart-hotel. Misleading name as nowhere near the beach. Spotlessly clean, well fitted and spacious. The let down is the restaurant food, poor choice. I'd recommend go out except for the breakfast.

Room was very clean, beds made and fresh towels daily. Pool area was kept nice and clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was ok, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, about 20-30 min walk to the main centre

Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo anche per le persone alte. Le pulizie venivano fatte al mattino ( noi uscivamo sempre abbastanza presto). Colazione varia ed abbondante, personale disponibile e cortese. Uniche due pecche la cattiva insonorizzazione della porta di ingresso alla stanza ( proprio a fianco al letto) e il bagno un po' datato, ma comunque pulito.

1. das Personal im Speisesaal ist sehr unhöflich und ausländerfeindlich. An der Rezeption die sind net, versuchen die Fehler der anderen zu verstecken. 2. das Geschirr wird nicht gespült, die Reinigung der zimmer nur flüchtig, nicht gut! 3. die zimmer sind nicht schallisoliert! War zuvor in einem billigeren Hotel, da war der Service gegeben, daher für den dreifachen Preis sehr enttäuscht

Good size cleaning apartments with everything you need and close by facilities. More attention to cleaning could have been made as cluster of last tenants hair on floor. Toilets rocked as floor tiles uneven, this is an easy fix for the hotel

Das Hotel wirbt mit Fotos von renovierten Zimmern, aber bei der Ankunft bekommt man alte, abgenutzte Zimmer. Das ist irreführend. Der Mann an der Rezeption sagte sogar, dass man das hier „so macht“. Erst am nächsten Tag haben andere Mitarbeiterinnen das Zimmer gewechselt. So ein Vorgehen ist nicht ehrlich und nicht akzeptabel.

Staffs in reception were extremely rude. We asked for extra towels, they refused. All sinks require cleaning as water accumulates and do not drain. The shower does not work properly.

Really poor service & in need of cleaning & renovation. We arrived at midnight (as expected & the reason we booked a hotel with 24 hour reception) to find our allocated room was a twin room rather than the junior suite we had booked. The receptionist told us our room had been given to someone else who arrived before us, which was ridiculous. We were offered two smaller, dingy double rooms as an alternative & had to accept the slightly better of the two given the time was now 1am. Even without this awful service, the hotel is nowhere near a four star & is in bad need of renovation. The room was run down & towels were like sandpaper & felt like they'd been on the go since the turn of the century. Definitely won't be returning.

This property is on main route so easy to travel to and get taxis The booking was for breakfast non was provided the whole time. The night manager was rude and aggressive and was sleeping on reception each night i came in, the rules if hotel was not explained resulting in guests not able to come in dispite booking two catering rooms

Best hotel in Founty area; big spacious and clean rooms. Excellent housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first visit to Morocco, and I would like to say a BIG thank you to the gentleman Hassan and two other front desk girls who helped me all the time. I cannot forget their customer services.

The hotel was ok, room is comfy and kinda big. Location ok, beach is 12-15 mins walk, restaurants about 10 mins away. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean, but floor was a little sandy when we arrived, AC didn’t work but we didn’t really need it. One day housekeeping didn’t leave any towels, went down to ask some from reception, and they said they would bring some up, but that didn’t happen until Next day. Pre-ordered taxi to airport was late by around 15 mins, buy not sure who’s mistake that was.

Nice place to stay but a little away from the beach. Pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was about £4 pp a day and you could eat as much as you wanted. Balcony was a little small but not the end of the world

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour, la chambre était propre et pratique. L’hotel est très bien situé, près de la plage et plusieurs restaurants. Cependant, la salle de bain nécessite un petit rafraîchissement, les bas des murs semblent avoir été imbibé d’eau, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien et la porte ne fermait pas. Nous avons été déçu par le sevice du petit déjeuner. Nous l’avions pris en option à payer sur place, le premier matin on nous a dit que ce n’était pas disponible. Nous avions l’air de dérranger, nous avons été mangé ailleurs. Le deuxième matin on c’est réessayé, nous avions appelé la réception avant, tout semblait OK. Une fois sur place la dame du restaurant nous attès mal accueilli et semblait fâchée, ce n’était pas agréable. Nous avons tout de même eu notre petit déjeuner. Bref, j’y retournerais sans doute car c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

2* standard room. Very bad breakfast cheef. I don't eat breakfast but i like coffee. Asked the entrance lady. "Dont want breakfasts" she = its okay. When i went to the coffee machine for the second time. A very mad cheef said "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE COFFEE HERE"!! Very low quantity... Will not stay again

Une salle de bain bien fatiguée mais pour le reste ca reste très correct pour le prix. Le ptit dej est pas si mal meme si effectivement les cafés et jus sont pas top. L accueil est un peu impersonnel mais professionnel et le personnel d entretien est adorable. Vivement la fin des travaux sur les trottoirs du quartier.

We checked out to go on an excursion and I remembered pretty instantly that I forgot my flattening iron in the room. Came back 6 hours later and it was nowhere to be found. Pretty bad that a “fancy” hotel has staff that steals your stuff.. plus, we had paid for breakfast and it said that it was supposed to open at 7.30 but when we came it wasn’t open and it didn’t open before we left at 8..
