Pool side staff lack of English was very disappointing. Majority of them didn’t understand basic English or speak English.

The Trans Resort Bali is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beautiful people and exceptional service. Every need was taken care of with such care and attention. The food was incredible, the cleanliness was phenomenal, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. We felt so lucky to stay here and are incredibly grateful to all the staff who made our trip even more special. We would absolutely recommend The Trans Resort Bali and would love to stay again.

Room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious! Loved the breakfast. Very delicious with plenty of options. Location worked out great for easy access to the main road for day trips.
