We arrived earlier than expected, the room was ready for us , it was stunning with a lovely balcony . Weather was exceptionally hot and walking into the reception with air con was heavenly. Staff were very polite, friendly and very attentive. The amenities in way of snacks / beverages were very welcome and well stocked. Location was spot on , I’ve stayed in a few different places within Rome but this was far superior, every attraction was close by and within a short walking distance. Wonderful place ,definitely recommend it to everyone.

Was a nice location but to get into the property was a challenge for me and another guest as well. This needs to be better communicated as they do not have a true reception. Service we got was A+
