Slightly limited cocktail menu and add ons (£) for premier cocktails which is disappointing. Room 1008 was modern with good WiFi. Balcony not great and door not sealed so very loud. Why there is a stage playing club music until 23:15 every night in an adult only hotel? You can’t sleep before they finish if you want to relax.

Super friendly and helpful service. Reception staff are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Help wherever they can. Great choice of food. Great gym and pool area. Spa has a great list of treatments, well priced. The only thing is it says tennis court and we took all our tennis gear to find out it’s now paddle courts. Still a great facility. Heated pool is lovely for an evening swim. Meditation classes were lovely too.

Lovely hotel, small but very busy, great location to walk to Medina. Food - only one main restaurant but had a lot of variety everyday. The 2 disappointing aspects were onlyy being able to book the a la carte restaurant in the evening only once during the stay and that you had to reserve and pay extra for using the daybeds. I understand the need to reserve but don't see why you should pay give it's all inclusive. Perhaps it would be good to offer the daybed onthe same premise as the a la carter restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely hotel, great friendly staff, clean room, good evening entertainment especially jukebox bingo and I would stay here again and look forward to returning.

This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way.

Beautiful hotel On arrival greeted with drinks and traditional treat We got a room with a hot tub - the hot tub was in fair condition - it wouldn’t say great condition though and needed some TLC! Room was generally good with everything you needed Activities were plentiful and very frequent - the activities team were great at getting everyone involved. My personal favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool The gym was a great and well equipped for a hotel gym! The animals around the hotel were lovely to see - tortoise, peacocks etc.

The staff were amazing and the food was really good too! Honestly one of the best affordable all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. There was hotel entertainment on an evening and the gym was full of techno gym equipment (for a hotel gym) was decent ! it’s 5 mins walk away from the main square and markets. Overall great experience.

Double Room (Pool View) - 10/10. Clean. Great size. Modern decor. Smallish wardrobe though if staying for a week or longer. Bathroom - 10/10. Clean. Great shower. Good towels. Bed - 10/10. Very comfy. WiFi - 9/10. Very good, but didn’t quite reach to the gym/some garden areas. Pool - 9/10. Decent number of sunbeds, but usually all ‘reserved’ with towels. Gym - 10/10. Good size and decent amount of varying equipment. Food - 10/10. Great choice of good quality food. Varied for the 4 days we were here. Drink - 9/10. Nice bottled beer & wine. Some of the cocktails were a bit hit and miss. Staff - 10/10. ALL the staff from all aspects of the hotel were helpful, polite and professional. Entertainment - 10/10. Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. While some parts of the property are a bit worn and dated, the overall experience and service were fantastic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. It’s surprisingly close to the hustle and bustle, but very peaceful. The main pool has music/some activities like aqua fit. The smaller relaxation pool was much more to our taste. There’s a gym and daily fitness activities. The main restaurant was nice, but buffet style which got a bit repetitive after 6 days. There is one other restaurant, which was lovely, but had limited access. The spa was shut for a few days during our visit, which wasn’t communicated well and caused some frustration, as we had booked treatments. We got a room upgrade on check in, with a swim up pool. The room was lovely, but unfortunately the pool itself was a bit dirty, compared to the main two. Night time activities were ok, but a little loud if you didn’t want to stay up late (midnight ish). Food is served at specific times and isn’t available around the clock. Snacks are limited and it’s the usual cheap local spirits in the drinks. Wine was nice. It stopped us over drinking/eating though! Hygiene is good - with hand sanitiser around the hotel. We did get upset stomachs though, but nothing major. I guess overall the hotel would be comparable with a 4 star in some places such as the USA/big Asian cities (Bangkok), but we had a good time and would go back.

Very nice stay, the food is fantastic as well as the grounds. Our swim up room was great in the heat. Location very convenient to all sites. Unfortunately there is a sky bar attached to the hotel that can be loud at night until midnight. Light sleepers beware.

Amazing location. Can't stress this enough! Also, convenient that it is all inclusive, makes meals a lot more efficient if you have a busy schedule planned! The gardens are pretty, and the swim up pool is a nice setup. I'm sure in warmer weather the property is glorious! We went in December. Cons: The Skybar is a little loud if you're trying to sleep, and we found 3 roaches in our room. LARGE roaches. Management took over an hour to come and kill one. I did book this hotel due to concern of cleanliness of the more favored traditional Riads, so that was a bummer. All in all, I'd probably stay again, due to the location and general atmosphere!

This property is not 5 stars. It’s 2 stars at most. Everything about this hotel shouted budget. The corridors to the rooms were worn down and screaming cheap, the rooms the same with a stench that hits you when you walk into the room. The towels shed cheap cotton onto your skin after a shower. There was orange grout around the bathroom and shower. The pool area shouted budget family hotel. We booked under the illusion this was going to be a nice luxury stay and it was far from it. Save your money and stay elsewhere. We were here for 2 nights and if we had more time we would’ve switched hotels because what a waste of nearly £500. Please also note the hotel is flooded with British.

Fantastic location, so close to the centre and medina of Marrakesh. Small room with little storage. Large beds but so hard On plus side water provided daily in room and available throughout hotel.

Rummet rent, trevlig personal. Överlag ett bra hotell. Vi bokade ett sk swimup rum som var lite finare o dyrare. Tyvärr så fanns en club/ disco i den byggnad vårt rum låg, ljud från lokalen var väldigt störande mellan ca kl 21 till strax efter 24.

Highly recommend this hotel for a short break or a week’s holiday. From the moment you arrive the staff are on point and make you feel welcome. We had a suite room with swim up pool and wow, well worth the money. The all-inclusive deal is value for money. Overall the food, the staff and the facilities were all excellent and we would return.

We stayed here from the 19th to the 24th December. Our first impression on arrival was that it is at an amazing location and hotel looks very inviting upon arrival. We were warmly greeted by lady at reception and she gave us a good briefing of the hotel and things to do for our stay, plus are all inclusive band. We were then helped to our room and the room itself was lovely and exactly as expected for a high end 4 star hotel in the centre of Marrakech. Our few little negatives. I wanted to surprise my wife of the beautiful balcony as per the pictures on Expedia. So I drum rolled her and pulled the curtains back, and what we got was a completely no view balcony between two high walls, that was a let down. We then at night found our room was on top of an area where there was some heavy equipment movement taking place, which did not seem to stop. I’m a light sleeper so I went to reception and told her. We stayed here from the 19th to the 24th December. Our first impression on arrival was that it is at an amazing location and hotel looks very inviting upon arrival. We were warmly greeted by lady at reception and she gave us a good briefing of the hotel and things to do for our stay, plus are all inclusive band. We were then helped to our room and the room itself was lovely and exactly as expected for a high end 4 star hotel in the centre of Marrakech. Our few little negatives. I wanted to surprise my wife of the beautiful balcony as per the pictures on Expedia. So I drum rolled her and pulled the curtains back, and what we got was a completely no view balcony between two high walls, that was a let down. We then at night found our room was on top of an area where there was some heavy equipment movement taking place, which did not seem to stop. I’m a light sleeper so I went to reception and told her. Very nice stay, the food is fantastic as well as the grounds. Our swim up room was great in the heat. Location very convenient to all sites. Unfortunately there is a sky bar attached to the hotel that can be loud at night until midnight. Light sleepers beware.

We arrived at Medina Gardens just an hour before the earthquake struck. I cannot praise every single member of staff highly enough for the care and service they provided during uncertain times both for the guests and, more importantly, for themselves. I'd particularly like to recognise Ahmed in the bar and Ayoub on reception for their service and support.

Staying at this hotel was truly the best decision we made during our visit to Marrakech. The place is beautifully maintained, and the outside garden space is absolutely stunning, it creates the perfect first impression. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always on hand to assist with any request. Staff were really attentive. Really good range of food in the restaurant which was different every day. I travelled with 4 friends and there was something for everyone. Dessert selection was amazing too. Pool staff managed to get us 5 sunbeds together as a lot of the beds were taken from early morning but as we weren’t lounging till later in the day and weren’t bothered about being beside the main pool this wasn’t a problem. Lovely friendly staff in a well run hotel. We were late arriving, so the hotel had sent a salad to the room for us as we had missed dinner. Room was clean and tidy, room host was good. Water was supplied and refreshed each day, as was tea and coffee in the room. The main dining room had plenty of choice for each meal, the snack bar was nice too. Bar staff were helpful and once they got to know you knew what you drank etc.. Location was good, about a 10 minute walk into the main areas.

The buffet was the highlight – delicious food with a wide variety of options. A few more live cooking stations would have elevated the experience further, but overall the dining was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels dated, and the more recent renovations appear to have been done to a poor standard. The hotel is in a great location, it's clean and the staff were fine. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was that I was there for my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged at all by anyone, despite it being mentioned to the hotel and the a la carte restaurant. Overall, I would rate the hotel as average. The location is excellent, being close to the old Medina, and the room was quite nice, featuring a private pool. Overall this property was located in a great area if you are interested in walking to the souks and other local places. It was a short cab ride away to many other nightclubs and restaurants. Felt chaotic because you are in the heart of the locals but overall very safe. The hotel staff were nice, not overly hospitable like other destinations I’ve been to. The food was AMAZING, head chef Said provided a top authentic food experience. The downside to this property is nothing is open past midnight. For it to be an all inclusive there was nothing available as a late night snack, no room service and the premium alcohol package can only be added when you book (even though it wasn’t an option at checkout).

We had a fantastic stay at Medina Gardens. The staff we incredible, the hotel was beautiful and perfectly located to pop into the centre and souks, whilst having an oasis of calm nearby. The perfect location for some January sun. We would definitely come back.

Location on the edge of the Medina is ideal for exploring on foot.The hotel is clean, the grounds and gardens extensive, the restaurants excellent (spoilt for choice on food), the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a king sized bed, the only downside was it overlooked the street so we had to sleep with the windows closed (very quiet) and the aircon on. Being all inclusive it was great value.

Location of this hotel to the Medina was second to none. Staff in the hotel excellent, they went over and above to cater for all your needs. My room was small but very clean. Unfortunately no view from the balcony, would defiantly book a pool view next time.

First time visiting Morocco and we decided to stay here because of its amenities and location. Went in thinking we would regret not staying in a riad but we were quickly convinced we made the right decision. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food and drinks were good, and the staff are amazing — friendly, courteous, and extremely personable. They were truly the highlight of our stay, making us feel at home during our entire trip.

We picked this hotel as we wanted to be able t relax and also enjoy the sights of Marrakesh. The location was brilliant...a 10 minute walk to the main square and about the same to the souks. You could easily get a cab from outside the hotel for further afield sights. The food was excellent with so much choice. The pool area was very relaxed and easy to get beds. They have a no save policy which customers adhered to. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all seemed to really get along with each other which made for a fantastic hotel vibe. Absolutely recommend.

Slightly limited cocktail menu and add ons (£) for premier cocktails which is disappointing. Room 1008 was modern with good WiFi. Balcony not great and door not sealed so very loud. Why there is a stage playing club music until 23:15 every night in an adult only hotel? You can’t sleep before they finish if you want to relax.

Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request. Lovely hotel, small but very busy, great location to walk to Medina. Food - only one main restaurant but had a lot of variety everyday. The 2 disappointing aspects were onlyy being able to book the a la carte restaurant in the evening only once during the stay and that you had to reserve and pay extra for using the daybeds. I understand the need to reserve but don't see why you should pay give it's all inclusive. Perhaps it would be good to offer the daybed onthe same premise as the a la carter restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely hotel, great friendly staff, clean room, good evening entertainment especially jukebox bingo and I would stay here again and look forward to returning.

This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way.

Staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. Food options were amazing and very good selection of drinks available in all inclusive package! Plenty of sun loungers to enjoy and evening entertainment was great! Would definitely recommend! Loved the snack bar and poolside crepes for daytime eating options. One particular evening bar staff was rude and he threw my drink into my cup numerous times, with a terrible attitude. Wost service we have ever received. (Main evening bar, not the piano bar staff who were lovely). Would never return based on how awful that one staff member was.

This is my second time to this hotel. I will admit it’s not as great as before only due to the food not being as good and no ice cream at meal times. Rooms are amazing, staff are great and location is minutes walk to the souks. Still an amazing hotel

A great hotel which exceeded expectations. Amazing variety of quality food in the restaurant, attentive staff, large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. A beautiful hotel with lovely gardens full of fruit trees, herbs & vegetables plus peacock, tortoises & cute cats! We loved the bar with outside seating by the fountain. The entertainment at night was well presented. The hotel was an oasis of calm and yet only 10 mins walk into the buzzing souks of Marrakech. Highly recommend 👌
