Decent gym and staff really nice. Very handy for centre of town but right next to the red light area and lots of issues with homeless people very nearby. Air Con didn’t work and the plug in the sink was broken. Also we left early this morning and there was no hot water for our shower….. It’s a decent hotel but we were jus a bit unlucky I think!

Friendly check in staff. Clean room and bathroom. Service at the bar was efficient. Breakfast was of a good standard self service buffet (I did not try the cook on request options) Sketchy neighbourhood between Hbf main train station and Hotel, recommend using another route (s bahn to Taunusanlage) or taxi particularly at night. Rooms would benefit from USB charging sockets, but staff did offer chargers which was helpful :)
