Best hotel gym ever! Full floor of weights, machines, and stretching area, with water and cleaner. Setting is in the heart of the historic sights, and close to the river and great dining. Room was large and comfortable, with buttons for DND and cleaning. Front desk was very attentive. Would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, I will definitely stay here again. Location is great if you want to visit the museums or see a show, all with-in walking distance. The hotel spa is perfect to end your day with, especially during the freezing winter months here in Berlin. The sauna was excellent and the Hamam room so beautiful and clean, to relax in.

The spa services were awesome. Mai was great. The restaurant breakfast was really good. I loves the salad and the grilled shrimp. Beautiful hotel. All of the staff at the hotel were so helpful. I would totally stay here again. My room was very comfortable and the bed was just right!

The Titanic was an excellent hotel for a city break with my family of 4. We had two rooms and stayed for 4 nights between Xmas/NY. The hotel is on a quietish road, a quick walk from anything you need. Some great restaurants are between 5 and 15 minutes walk away. You are close to multiple train stations, and the hop-hop bus (if you want it) is just around the corner. 2 of our party were gluten-free and the hotel catered for this really well at breakfast. There is an excellent spread for anyone with any demand. lots of meats etc etc. We were even able to order a Oat milk latte. And the service was great. The room was clean, with all that you need. The beds were great and the bathrooms had just enough amenities without being wasteful. If you needed extra you can ask. It's a great 4 star hotel. We spent most of the day out, came back to refresh and after dinner we would have a drink/hot choc at the bar while playing cards. Berlin was a great break and this hotel was a perfect spot to base ourselves. If you needed a taxi or uber, it was also quick. The best part of the hotel was the service. I'll highlight the concierge who really helped shape our break with some excellent advice and recommendations. Sebastian would book restaurants for us and email us to confirm. In some respects, without him, our holiday wouldn't have been as amazing as it was. It's these people that really make a hotel stand out. Don't look anywhere else. Stay at the Titanic Gendarmenmarkt.

Clean well appointed room. Grand lobby area with high quality feel about the hotel. Staff were attentive to our needs. Only issue was hotel works on the restaurant area which meant breakfast was in temporary ballroom area which wasn’t as nice as usual standard.

Wow. A true find in the center of the city. Great breakfast, lovely room - not huge but big enough to not feel cramped. Super clean. The hotel itself is quite luxurious and the staff was super attentive and friendly. A local friend of mine came to pick me up for lunch and was super impressed with the size and luxurious feel of the hotel - particularly for the amount I paid. Excellent breakfast buffet, food dining if you love meats…and you can even eat at the bar here if you are traveling solo as I was. Bartenders were particularly friendly. And of course location is right in the middle of the city near most tourist attractions. Since this was my first trip to Berlin it was a perfect central location. Everything surrounding was clean and safe. Lived my stay, I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Titanic Hotel, we came for a weekend city break and the location as well as the staff are the highlights of this hotel. Everywhere was walkable and despite being close to restaurants and bars, it was tranquil and quiet during the night. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The only downside to this hotel are the rooms. They’re outdated and very small, although I must say we’re very clean. The rest of the hotel is very luxurious but unfortunately the rooms don’t reflect this and they let it down.

I only want to point out that I have seen in other reviews. The air condition and heating control in the rooms is horrible at least on the top floor where I stayed. It was far too warm and you could not control it at all. One staff member came up and tried to fix it. It got a bit better but not sufficiently. I really hope that the owners fix this because the house itself, the staff and location is good.

Had an amazing stay at this centrally located Berlin hotel. The staff and service were excellent. The room was rather small and was uninspiring but had a very comfortable bed to make up for it. Excellent located hotel for all the main tourist attractions in the city. Overall would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Supposed to be VIP access - got there at 1.30pm but after coming back 3 times we didn’t finally check in until 4pm. I thought Expedia VIP meant early access. Didn’t get any other benefits either. Great hotel otherwise. Not sure if the bad part of the review is aimed at Expedia or the hotel

Just perfect. We arrived late with 7 (!) huge suitcases and before we noticed the staff arranged the handling from the taxi to the rooms. Best location, quite yet within vicinity of max 20 min walk to Potsdam in the west or Alexander Platz to the East.

Beautiful hotel. Foyer area is amazing. Lovely bedroom .. very comfortable bed but did not like the headboard. Breakfast was top class… all choices catered for. You can eat inside or outside. Staff were incredibly helpful. Superb location… you can walk to all the attractions. Highly recommend.

The hotel was incredible. It’s one of the prettiest hotels at which I’ve ever stayed. Very conveniently located with access to the U-Bahn within a couple blocks. Also a couple blocks away is Unter den Linden, which connects you to pretty much everything in Mitte. The staff also was excellent. Our suite had an electrical issue when we arrived, so they put us in their best suite for the first night, comped our breakfast the next morning, and moved our things to the new room while we were gone. The new room was great too; not as nice as the Sezen Aksu suite where we stayed the first night, but it was nice. The only complaints about the rooms were the noise that carries when people walk around the second-floor room. It’s very loud. The other complaint about the suite is that there’s only one bed in it. The second floor is a living room with a very large couch, refrigerator, two TVs and a bathroom. The first floor room has a bed, two chairs, a TV, a bathroom and SEVERAL wardrobes. It was a really nice suite…if you’re traveling alone or as a couple. Otherwise, get the Sezen Aksu suite. As for the restaurant, eat breakfast there and go somewhere else for dinner. The preparation of their in-house dry-aged steaks should be a crime. Our steaks tasted like they were cooked over lighter fluid, and they were not properly seared. At the price point, I expect a perfect steak. These were not that. The please is amazing, though. 9/10.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful furnishing and incredible breakfast. Great location as well. Not brilliant if you are vegan (no vegan yoghurt or sausages at breakfast and at dinner the vegan option was chosen but it had dairy cheese on it), but otherwise excellent.
