Stayed 3 nights

I stayed at this hotel from May 3 to May 6, 2026, paying nearly €800 for 3 nights, only to experience humiliating racial discrimination. Upon early arrival, I left my luggage with the hotel. When I received my bags back during check-in, I discovered that the middle-aged male doorman (in his 50s) had intentionally written the word "chin" on my luggage tag. This is an undeniable racist attitude and deeply offensive. Furthermore, when I had to carry all my heavy luggage up the stairs from the entrance to the front desk myself, this doorman made a sarcastic remark, saying I had "done his job for him." To make matters worse, during check-out, he completely ignored me, refused to assist with my bags, and did not even offer a basic greeting. It is absolutely incomprehensible how a hotel staff member can openly display such blatant discrimination toward paying guests. This highly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior completely ruined my entire trip. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you expect basic respect.

Comfortable room, great location mostly quiet. Some language issues with staff understanding English in restaurant resulting in either non delivery of item requested or incorrectly but Buffett was nonetheless excellent. Pastries available in lobby a very welcome touch. Rooftop restaurant average. Restaurant dinner outstanding.

Great hotel, really clean and comfortable but also small enough to have a much more personal feel.
