Having stayed in other H10 properties in Europe, we were excited to stay in this H10 in Lisbon. However, compared to our previous H10 stays this one was a bit disappointing. The positives: Great location (away from the crowded tourist spots, but very close to Metro and local restaurants). Excellent Staff. Nice rooftop bar with great views. The negatives: The rooms are showing a lot of wear & tear and need refreshing (peeling paint, dirty shower tiles, damaged window curtains). We also had to switch rooms after our first room had too strong of a scent in it, but the 2nd room was better. A complimentary glass of wine was only provided for 1 person, we have definitely gotten glasses for 2 people or even an entire bottle in other H10 properties. Finally, the Wifi is too slow and the speeds unacceptable for 2026 standards. If you need a decent wifi for working or streaming any video, you may want to find another hotel.

Parfait! Très bel hôtel. Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, les chambres sont propres et très spacieuses. Literie confortable et même une petite attention de bienvenue ce qui se fait rare en 2024! Station de métro au bout de la rue avec possibilité de rejoindre les quartiers animés en moins de 10 minutes. La seule chose qui manque, c’est un extérieur : nous n’avons pas été prévenus en amont, mais le Rooftop était fermé pour rénovations. De ce fait, aucun extérieur (l’hôtel ne dispose pas de terrasse et est au bord d’une route).

Beautiful property and room. Several annoying negatives: broken elevator for entire stay, no hand towels in room, and roof top bar closed with no notice. In addition, stupid placement of hairdryer locked into place with extremely short cord which made it very difficult to use, and very narrow shower space with super slippery no mat surface. Not what we were expecting from such an expensive and highly rated hotel. Disappointing.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff were lovely and even sent a birthday cake to our room when they realised it was my birthday. Food was fantastic also and the rooftop bar was a treat! It was just a shame the rooftop bar didn’t stay open later.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten ein ganz außergewöhnlich schönes Zimmer. Auch ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (schwer zu finden, aber sehr praktisch) war noch frei. Der Herr am Lift ist die gute Seele des Hauses und hat uns immer gute Tips gegeben. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt bezieht sich auf die Limão-Bar auf der Dachterrasse: weder das Personal noch der schmutzige, klebrige Boden passt zum äußerst gepflegten Rest des Hotels. Die Terrasse ist eigentlich toll, aber man hat als Hotelgast hier leider keinerlei Vorteile einen Platz zu bekommen. Trotzdem vergeben wir 5 Sterne, weil uns alles andere im Hotel sehr gefallen hat.

Lovely hotel with a roof top bar area that has some brilliant views over the city. We found the staff there lacked any warm and friendly hospitality to would expect in a small hotel. This was consistent throughout our trip. Our room was really nice and clean but the bathroom was dated and a little dirty around the bath edges and back sink. We stayed at a H10 hotel in Rome which was great. The staff acknowledged we received a really great service. Sadly wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

This hotel was our absolute favorite in Europe. I will definitely look for this chain in other locations when we travel. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and so comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff here were amazing. Always friendly and accommodating. The negatives are the condition of the rooms needs a bit of maintenance. The towels were tired and need to be replaced. The toilet and tissue paper are rough. Tiles in the showers had dirty grout. There needs to be some USB charging ports added for convenience and more hangers.

Odanın genişliği ve konforu 3 yetişkin için oldukça büyük ve uygundu. Banyoda her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak şampuan, saç kremi ve sabun mevcut. Ayrıca odada kahve makinesi ve 3 şişe su kullanımımız için hazırdı. Otelin lokasyonu da çok güzeldi ve önemli merkezlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Geç geldiğimiz ve sadece bir gece konakladığımız için terasa çıkamadım. Oranın da güzel olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Very nice staff at this hotel. Very helpful. The rooftop bar is also nice but do not book room 1003. Lots of noise due to their kitchen or supply room sharing a wall. The banging around kept us up.

Great location. Welcoming and friendly staff. Quiet and nice ambience. The hotel's decor is beautiful, and the rooms are no exception. They are also spacious with a nice bathroom. The bed is large and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and the waiters are welcoming and warm, like the rest of the hotel staff. We were lucky enough to enjoy dinner with talented musicians who performed fado. We did not take advantage of sitting down for a drink, given our limited time in Lisbon, but the bar area was very nice. Will visit again.

A nice hotel conveniently located to the Avenida da Liberdade. However 9 years since it opened and you can tell some amenities are a bit tired. Our room, whilst nice, had a fairly old circa 2014 television which didn't work very well, and the light fixtures above the bed were coming away from the wall. Not exactly what you'd expect from a 4* hotel. However, the staff were (mostly) very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was extremely slow in service but the staff were friendly. The bar on the lobby level was a bit of a ghost town, service slow and usually only one person rushing around doing everything!

Tive sorte de passar o meu aniversário neste hotel encantador; me encheram de mimos como um bolo no quarto, cartão, orquídea, e cantaram parabéns no café da manhã. Os funcionários são muito amáveis e prestativos, o espumante e os doces portugueses de cortesia na recepção foram maravilhosos. O café da manhã é sensacional, muito diversificado e apresentação super caprichada. A equipe prima pela elegância nos detalhes. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem espaçosos, mesmo para três pessoas, com vista para uma área ajardinada. Lençóis e toalhas sempre limpos e cheirosos. O local é de fácil acesso, seguro e com estacionamento público em frente ao hotel. A rede H10 está de parabéns pelas instalações e equipe deste hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to check in 3 hours early. Great rooftop bar. Lovely touches such as fizz on arrival, snacks and sweets at reception, lovely messages under door each day, chocolates on departure. Rooms were spacious, clean, great AC and lovely rituals products. The hotel is located in a busy area and requires a bit of walking or local transit to get to the more interesting areas of Lisbon. They claim to offer a shuttle to the airport, but actually charge 5x more for the service than the cost of using a ride-share app. The terrace is only open at certain hours, and they don't serve hot drinks - you can't enjoy it in the morning with a coffee, for example.

Lovely hotel. Super nice Staff and very helpfull. The rooftop is outstanding for drinks, but the food could have gotten a bit more love. Breakfast was good - huge selection. The hotel is placed in a nice area and within 5 min from one of the main shopping streets. all in all - super good and would stay there again.

This is a great hotel! I did a lot of research prior to visiting Lisbon, and this hotel stood out, not just for its scenic overlook on the roof (bar only open in warm months, unfortunately), but also for its beautiful interior decoration. The hotel is also located near to city attractions and is in walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Additionally, the food at the hotel was incredible. The morning breakfast was expensive, but worth it. The buffet is great there, and they even have options for ordering eggs, etc. We also dined at the restaurant in the evening and the food and service is that of a fine restaurant. The head waiter (Nuno) made the experience a 5-star in our book. Very worth it. Highly recommend.

This is a really, really nice place to spend a few nights. Their restaurant is excellent. However, the cost for breakfast is much too high. Fear not; a short walk down to the corner and you will find a fabulous pasteleria where you can sit down for coffee and enjoy the most wonderful custard tarts.
