We had a beautiful spacious room. The rooftop bar and pool were lovely. Breakfast was also very good. The hotel was ideally located for exploring Lisbon. The only downside was a bit of noise in our room as we were directly under the rooftop pool and bar. We were told this when we checked in but only that we would be able to hear the water very slightly but this went off at 8pm. It was a bit more than slightly, especially when the fountain was on but this was no problem during the day. We had very strong winds one night and could hear water all night. Also, the speaker for the music was above our room and this sent on till 1am. This was very faint though but audible. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

This is an incredible hotel for the money. Room was stylish and fun. Breakfast was good. Rooftop pool and bar. Metro on your doorstep. Parque Eduardo VII across the street with stunning views of the city. And the staff were fantastic. I've stayed in 5* hotels that couldn't hold a candle to this place.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a prime location a 30 minute walk from the sights of Lisbon bus stops and metro close my if needed. The downsides for me as a few have stated not enough seating around the pool area but not much the hotel can do with limited space, The cooked breakfast options were timid warm to cold.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral und U-Bahn gleich nebenan. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und der Pool mit Bar auf dem Dach sind mega. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, aber das schwarze Holz ist nicht ganz mein Geschmack.

Fijn hotel, leuk zwembad met handdoekenservice. Helaas geen schaduwplekken aan het zwembad. Mooi ontbijt. Maar geen plaats om met 4 buiten te ontbijten. We misten ergens een rustige plaats om buiten te zitten op normale stoelen.

Das Hotel war überraschend gut. Für uns war es mehr ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolles Bad mit Regendusche. Kühlschrank zum selbstbefüllen vorhanden. Mineralwasser wurde geratis zur Verfügung gestellt und aufgefüllt. Der Rooftop Pool war nach den Ausflügen super erfrischend. Toller Service im Poolbereich. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. U-Bahn, Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe, kleiner Supermarkt, Cafe waren auch vor Ort nur wenige Minuten vom Rand der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

The property is new and close to everything. Unfortunately we had some issues with the housekeeping. For some reason they decided to clean the room after 5 pm and this was the time we were resting after daily trip or some other activities in the city. We checked out on Friday and the last time someone cleaned the room was on Tuesday. Overall it was a good stay but I don’t think we will use the same hotel again.

The hotel and staff are very good and helpful. A few things under the bed looked like hadn’t been hoovered for a long time but rest of the room was clean. Also it’s called the music hotel but there is no music! Foyer and hotel are deadly silent can hear a pin drop! Asked management why there is no music to be told orders from above have told them not to play any music as they were getting complaints from guests. I cannot understand who stays in a music hotel and then complains about music. The Spotify connection to the speakers in the room is so quiet that it cannot be heard ended up playing music on my mobile as it was louder. All in all good hotel excellent staff and very helpful, but was lacking music and atmosphere

The hotel is located at Marques de Pombal, a relatively commercial and safe place for tourists to accommodate. The speaker in the room is nice and echo with the theme of this hotel! The design of the slide door of shower room and toilet causes water leakage a bit, but a bath mat can fix the issue, not much concern. A great stay for 2 nights to conclude.

We stayed at the Fenix Music in May 2024 and absolutely loved it. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great breakfasts and the room was brilliant. Electric blind that automatically opened when you went into the room from the corridor (loved that!), a Smeg mini fridge to keep drinks cool, complimentary water every day, a lovely comfortable bed and quiet too which meant we slept really well. A wonderful place to stay for any adventure in beautiful Lisbon!

Das Personal und die Sauberkeit und Aufmerksamkeit sind unübertrefflich. Die Lage ist perfekt, man läuft zum Rossio Platz ca 20 Minuten. Die Allee runterlaufen ist toll. Busse halten direkt in der Nähe . Wir kommen alle wieder. Die Eingangshalle ist etwas nüchtern.

The front desk staff was very nice and my check in seemless and friendly. My only critique is that there was no chair in the room with few storage spaces for our things. Other than that we were very happy. The room was spotless and we loved the automatic shades on the windows.

Good, but a bit 'style over substance'. Why oh why do have a rattly translucent screen to divide bedroom from toilet and shower? The latter leaked water all over the floor and no towel rails to hang your wet ones on. Simple stuff: should do better! Roof pool area was great with super view.

The wallpaper at the pool was quite faded compared to the photos. The stereo system in the rooms were very quiet and I felt my phone was louder. They use a very strong scent in the hallways, kind of smells like a men’s cologne. The staff were great and helpful, great location as its walking distance to everywhere, everything was pretty clean. In the early morning depending on traffic noises you may hear a little bit but the windows are sealed great. The room becomes pitch black as there is a window shutter.

Det var design före funktion. Det hördes igenom toadörren, handfatet var så litet så det blev vått på bänken bredvid o golvet när man tvättade sig. Tv:n var så svår att förstå att vi inte kunde använda den. Det hade kunnat finnas instruktioner hur man använder den. Det ska vara lätt att få av och på den. Men sängarna var bekväma. Och en bra grej var att det fanns ett extratäcke! Temperaturen var nämligen inställd på 17 grader så det blev ju iskallt på rummet innan vi upptäckte det.

The staff were not in any way service orientated. Asking questions about the hotel facilities was like extracting teeth. At 6pm we had to ask why our room had not been made up! Turns out none of our floor had been serviced. The TV began throwing up error messages about not being connected to a network. I rang reception and a maintenance man arrived in minutes, but he could only speak portuguese and was unable to help. So no TV and no further word of explanation or apology from reception. Upon check-out I was ready for the question of whether all was OK with our stay. Not asked - not interested. Shame the management of this hotel lets it down because the room was otherwise fine. Enough space, enough light, and very well noise and temperature regulated. We will definitely avoid HF chain in future.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff who informed us that we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony. The hotel was very quirky and ideally placed for access via the Metro to the whole of Lisbon. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was great and catered for all in the buffet style. Carolina welcomes you to breakfast with a smile and will give you any help you need. Including ideas for trips etc. Too cold for the pool this weekend but what a lovely space and the view. .amazing. The hotel helped ensure that our city weekend break was just what we wanted. Thank you

The front desk staff at checkin was indifferent at the least. Received different info on pool times, bar times, etc. No welcome blurb included breakfast info, room.protocol. etc. Will not recommend, a real disappointment after our stay in Porto. There was a lovely bartender and young man at checkout.

The front desk people were such a great help. Whether it was helping to activate an esim on my phone, lending us metro cards, getting extra condiments for us, and sharing information- they are friendly and accommodating. Once we had left I realized that medication had been left in the small fridge. Diogo made sure it stayed refrigerated until I could return 3 days later and pick it up. If need be, before Canada return, we will return!

Værelset er top kvaliteten, der er gratis kaffe, te og vand, samt køleskabet hvor man kan opbevare mad og drikkevarer. Rengøring er i top kvalitet. Deres morgen mad er helt fantastiske og med store udvalg. Alle personale meget søde og hjælpsom. Så hvis vi en dag skal til Lissabon igen. Ja, så vil vi helt sikkert vælge HF FENIX MUSIC HOTEL igen.

The location is superb. Right next to where all the hop on hop off buses start. The room was kept spotless with daily cleaning. It was a good size with a huge comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast was comprehensive with both hot and cold options. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a wide boulevard next to the hotel which leads to the coast and river - all walkable. Lots of top designer shops are on this boulevard. Overall this is a classy modern hotel in a central location.

HF Fénix Music is a great hotel. It is a quick 30 minute walk downhill via the Avenue de liberdade to all the tourist locations. It is in a convenient location for uber/bolt access and very close to a metro station if you prefer. Front staff is great. Diogo sorted out a problem with our prebooked tuk tuk which had been cancelled and arranged for another within an hour. There is a great rooftop bar and pool with a scenic view of Lisbon. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a King bed which is difficult to find in Europe. They have a breakfast for a fee. We did not use but prefered the close by McDonald’s and an Espressolab around the corner which we discovered on our second to last day.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a prime location a 30 minute walk from the sights of Lisbon bus stops and metro close my if needed. The downsides for me as a few have stated not enough seating around the pool area but not much the hotel can do with limited space, The cooked breakfast options were timid warm to cold.

Great location, good rooms and friendly staff. Roof top bar not open but was February. No evening food but sister hotel near-by had restaurant and larger bar. Liked music theme, could have followed through more with music playing in public areas.

Great location with a great rooftop pool & bar. Staff is helpfull and polite. Modern hotel with open plan rooms. So bathroom, shower and toilet NOT behind a closed door. There was this constant smell of a men's urinal in the entire room. Housekeeping couldnt fix it. That will make me not go back. I dont like open plan bathrooms in a hotelroom. You hear your partner doing his/her thing while you are in bed. Should have checked that better before.

Excellent stay! Communication was outstanding before and throughout our stay. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated.
