in order to access you have to walk at least 10 minutes from main road to the Hotel. My Partner being disabled made it very hard to do so. The room assigned was110 and was small dark dirty and awful to shower, as water went all over from bathroom to outside door. After complaining the following day room was changed but wasn't done in good grace. We doubt that in future will use this accommodation again!!

The location was amazing! The front desk had different staff all the time but super nice. Cleaning: We were shocked when we looked at the floor and noted someone’s contact lens stuck on the floor. Also in the bathroom there was a sticker with the size of clothing stuck to the floor as well which shows they don’t clean the floors well. Towels have seen better days! The bathroom door did not shut all the way. If you don’t care that others hear your business while you are in the bathroom then you are ok. Telephone in the room didn’t work. Plug was broken. Bedding: good A/C: great Cleaning crew: never showed up after I requested vacuuming in my room. Asked the front desk, but when we got back the floor had not been vacuumed and the dirty glasses and coffee cups had not been replaced. Internet: sucked Overall we loved the location.

The room was old (not updated). There was construction going on and I could see the dust on the rug. The staff was really pleasant and the service to the airport was very convenient. The hotel really needs to be updated. It felt dark and dirty.

This hotel was quiet, on point with decor, and spacious. It was central to the sights we wanted to see/visit. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing I would have liked better was a better/softer mattress and fluffier pillows.

The best that can be said is that the property is very convenient. However there was lots not to like such as advertising they provide air con and it is there in the room but the hotel decide it is not warm enough in April to allow it to be used so you just have to be hot or open and the window and put up with noise. Not great. Also fan did not work in bathroom nor did the fridge work, despite being told they would be looked at nothing happened during our four day stay. Not just our room, friends were staying in same hotel and had same issues. Maybe the hotel decided it was too early in the season to need a working fridge as well as the air con.

We had a really nice family room with one king and two bunks. Everything was clean and in good condition. There were multiple large windows that let in light and could be opened. The air conditioning could be turned on, even though it wasn’t summer yet. Huge benefit during the unseasonably warm weather in March and not the case in all hotels during our trip. We were there for las falls. Was very loud everywhere in the city, but lots of fun. Room stayed relatively quiet for being so close to the action. At check in the hotel also provided small fireworks/snaps for the kids and las fallas bandannas for all of us.

I love the room with high ceilings! Location location location!! Hotel is in the heart of the city, have a lot of great restaurants around. And do bike hire. The bathroom amenities wasn't restocked properly first couple days of our stay, so we end up buying our own bath shower gel..

The air conditioner in our room was not working. This was not acceptable when the temperature was at 90 degrees Fahrenheit. When we went to the front desk to address it, they were already aware of the the air conditioner not operational before our stay. Also, the shower drain was backed up and pretty much flooded the bathroom floor. While talking to the front desk another guest had the same issue with no air conditioning. This is a bad reflection where they do not maintain the hotel at acceptable levels. They would not allow us to switch rooms or offer any compensation whatsoever. If you are a traveler visiting Valencia, stay away from this hotel

Only issue was that the room safe would not accommodate 15” laptop, otherwise this hotel was a great value. Also concierge was a great help. I injured my forehead in an accident a week before, in another city, and needed them removed while staying in Valencia. The concierge staff found a medical clinic that spoke English and arranged for my appointment. Many thanks to the staff!

They had no air conditioned room, it was turned off even though it was 80f. Hotel manager was beyond rude. Weird groups of travelers sprawled across the hallway with their luggage open all over the floor. Having a rest ? I literally could not get to my door without stepping on them.

The hotel San Lorenzo is nicely situated in the old city of Valencia and just a few steps away from Serrano Tower. It’s great to be walking distance to many of the ancient attractions but far enough that it’s quiet at night. The staff is really helpful and friendly. There are lots of dining options just downstairs from the lobby. But then again, there are many excellent restaurants and shopping within 10~15 mins of walking distance from the hotel.

This boutique hotel is situated in a most amazing location within a minute walking distance of the Plaza de la Virgin in old town Valencia. It was an amazing place to stay with charming shops and Al fresco dining steps outside the hotel. Everything is within walking distance, and we loved every minute exploring this gorgeous old town with plazas, history and cathedrals on every corner. The central market was also a delight!

The hotel is within the boundaries of the old city center, situated near all the main sights. Near the hotel are excellent places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bike rent is justa few minutes away. The hotel room offered plenty of room, with windows on a quiet side street. Its furnishing was simple and functional but neat and clean. We loved it as an excellent base to discover the city of Valencia

We loved our stay at the san lorenzo. Excellent location, 2 min walk to the park where you can walk in one direction for the bioparc and the other for oceanographic. Play parks for kids on the way. Also metro station in the park to take you anywhere including the airport. Area around the hotel was lovely. Buzzing in the evenings but the hotel was really sound proofed and quiet. Brilliant breakfast. We will come again!
