The hotel was spacious, well situated, and up-to date. However, one of the features was to use the bikes and they were not appropriate for my height (had to tools to adjust the seat), some had a flat tire and bouncy seat, as well as a faulty chain. The pool was good but the jacuzzi seemed outdated as some jets didn't work. If you don't plan on using those features, it was good.

Great stay overall it is a gem! With the view on lake Champlain! Saturday night Bars in front are with DJ and music and it is very touristic area with motorcycles and cars which is normal but after 9:00; it gets quiet, the pool is well (spa was not functional):-( but we did enjoyed everything and the best is the cleanliness and customer service is on TOP!Thank you, we will come back;-)

The Hôtel exceeded my expectations. It’s located in a small town right off the lake. You can actually see the lake from the bedroom windows. Everything is in walking distance, or you can use one of the bikes the hotel has on property. If you plan on staying in the hotel has a spa and small gym. The hotel staff are amazing. They actually reached out before my stay to see if I needed help making any reservations for dinner or suggestions on what to do! The town makes you fell like you are in a hallmark movie, and the people in the town made us feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

We had a wonderful two night stay here in August of 2023. Our room was very clean and felt fresh. The property itself is also very clean. The pool is awesome and the temperature was perfect. Location is fantastic. Stores, bars, restaurants, gas station, supermarket, and ice cream are all just a short walk from the hotel. Night time here is very quiet, which made for some great sleep too. We’ll be back hopefully one day for another visit.

We loved this beautiful property. The rooms are very spacious, especially the bathroom. We were in Quebec for a week and this was by far the nicest property we stayed at. The Nespresso machine was awesome. The frig is fully stocked with snacks and drinks for a reasonable fee. It was the perfect stop for us while traveling back to the US.

A lovely hotel - recently renovated. We had a king room, it had a separate seating area with a couch as well as a terrace with some chairs and a lake view. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and had everything you might need. We were in room 101, which is right next to the front entrance and check in desk - which was a bit loud. I would ask for a different room next time. We did enjoy the small pool, it has a nice deck with lounges and umbrellas. There's also a barrel sauna and hot tub, but was too hot to use. The front desk had a text service and were incredibly helpful and responsive. All in, a great stay!

i asked for a room with a balcony but got a room with a terrace on a parking lot. The suite was not a real suite. The sitting area was just a little corridor with a couch. I pay way to much for what i got.

Everything was top-notch! I had to replan this whole getaway because our first booking was cancelled & it couldn’t have been better! Their customer service is exceptional. On communique avec nous par rexto avant le séjour pour proposer des attentions spécialer et répondre à nos questions sur le matériel disponible et les activités/resto de la région. Réponses rapides! Room are fairly clean and bathroom was good. The problem is no staff in the night but can be reachable through phone call, that was the only little weird for me. Other, than that u get feeling of living in home rather than in motel nicely made beds and amenities. But, will advice disposable cups becz some customer dont want to accidentally break ceramic or glass cups.

Staff was fantastic, especially Clara. I mentioned our trip was in honor of a friend celebrating a birthday and they had balloons and a welcome birthday message in the room. Amazing! Accommodations were wonderful, very clean. Would highly recommend.

Such personalized service! Before I checked in, they texted to see what temp we would like the room at, what kind of music we liked and if we were celebrating anything special. (We were going for my husband's birthday.) Upon arriving, they had balloons on the bed and a gift for my husband. The room was perfect, with special touches throughout. A continental breakfast was included. We were able to enjoy a hot tub (to ourselves) each night. Staff were wonderful! Just a perfect stay!

We went there as a family and loved everything about the place. Especially the staff and the neighborhood. The hotel itself is simple but has everything you need. Also very clean. If you are looking for a quiet place though, this is not it. There is a loud bar nearby and a restaurant for motorcycle enthusiasts so expect loud motor noise. Everything else is great!

Stayed overnight on a Canada-US trip, close to the border. Comfortable and reasonably clean. Restaurant in front serves lunch and dinner. Some noise from the road and the restaurant, but not horrible. Easy parking. With elevator. Most regular hotel amenities available, but no lotion. Can order boxed breakfast, but won't be available until 830am. Spoke to the staff in French but I think they should be able to communicate in English fine. Booked an overnight again for the return trip.

The room itself was fabulous: clean, beautiful, modern. We really enjoyed the solarium. The real issue was the breakfast. It was described as locally-source products. A detailed description, both seen at the front desk and in the room included piece of Gouda, granolas and apple oatmeal cookie. None of these were included in the box. Everything came from a grocery store. No gouda, apple cookie or granola. We asked the day before to get these for our breakfast, the front desk agent told us it would be ready by 8h30am. When I came by at 9am, I was told by the same person our breakfast box were not ready, they needed to put them together. We've been told our breakfast would be $15 for 2 people, but I'm pretty sure we were charged $15 each. The breakfast was really not worth it.
