We visited the day after it rained in the area and the whole place was a muddy mess. I slipped a couple times and there is was not a pleasant experience. Considering the cost, it was very concerning that my room did not have hot water, internet went down at 7pm and did not come back until 7am. No TV in the rooms, curtains were filthy and one of them was melted from the heater (dangerous). The restaurant was also closed due to “renovations”. Overall, I was very disappointed but I have to say that the staff try their best to make it up for guests. Management and ownership should work on this and stop relying on your front-line employees to handle such large issues with very limited resources. My recommendation…”spend your money elsewhere”.

Todos muy amables , el servicio súper bien, el desayuno muy rico! En la noches la fogata y te dan bombones ! Muy padre todo! Pero no le pongo excelente porque cuando nos fuimos nos querían cobrar la rasgadura de una cortina , la cual ni siquiera tocamos durante nuestra estancia, y eso le restó bastantes puntos al final del viaje! Un mal sabor de boca nos dejaron! Adicional que mi esposa se torció el pie al bajar de las escaleras del cuarto ya que el piso tiene hoyos por la tierra pero no está nivelado! Muy peligroso. Y la base de la cama muy larga y nos pegamos por lo menos 4 veces en el pie . Muy atentos todos , pero lo de querer cobrar algo que no , pues no estuvo bien

Loved our suite. The breakfast that is included is really good. Nice view of the valley. Very safe.Nice pool and intimate spa. Did not like the dirt road that is about under a mile from the main road that is bumpy and full of potholes.

This property is more of a glamping experience with the amenities of a resort. The hotel’s decor is beautiful and rustic, every area of the hotel had an outdoor feel. I loved the wood and rocks. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the welcome shot of Mezcal at check in. The bed & pillows were comfortable and the area was quiet. It was nice to see something different and experience a hotel that appreciates the natural environment. Due to it’s location & the glass doors, there were a few bugs that got in our room. There is bug insecticide available and the bugs are not a dealbreaker. It’s a unique property that’s worth visiting. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is so delicious you feel like you’re at a luxury hotel.

This hotel was suuuper cute! Very cute decor all over the property. I loved the glass rooms and not having to share a wall with neighbors. The bar/restaurant had really good drinks and the included breakfast was also realy good! The staff was super friendly (shout out to Ivan, he was great! I really appreciated him walking us back to our room at night). We also got massages at the spa and definitely enjoyed that. We only stayed one night and I really wish we would have stayed longer. I would definitely book here again!

The staff’s friendly and cheerful faces were very impressive. The facilities and landscaping were clean and well-maintained. There was a swimming pool, but the water was very cold, so we only used the hot tub. The rooms were arranged in a row, and because they had regular glass windows, the interiors were fully visible. We stayed as a family and went for a walk, but on the way back to our room, another guest unpleasantly told our child not to look into their room. It made us feel uncomfortable. Our child is only four years old and just a little kid. Since the windows are just glass, if privacy is important, the curtains should be properly closed.

Staff was excellent and attentive. I like how the had a guard for entering and leaving the property. Breakfast was amazing along with the staff for serving breakfast. Property looks like it had a lot of projects left undone. Pool was dirty. One bed was really squeaky to the point where it disturbed my friend and I to go to sleep. Staff was notified upon check out. Property itself was beautiful and rustic looking. Nice hot warm water for showering was available. Fernando was attentive and was able to answer all of our questions and complete our requests. Overall would stay here again!

El lugar es agradable con comodidades como calefacción y aire acondicionado no es opulento es mas bien algo relajado y todo en una sola habitacion, los baños no son cerrados esta en plena terraceria, por eso es recomendable no llevar vehiculos bajos, son muy amables su personal y estan al pendiente de ti, es un buen lugar para relajarte y la comodidad de su jacuzzi con agua templada muy relajante, a mi no me toco la cocina habierta por estar en mantenimiento.

This hotel is a great option in the area. The rooms a clean, bright and spacious. The breakfast is fab, The staff - especially Fernando were generous and helpful in offering us useful info & great recommendations in the area. The hot tub is huge steamy and well maintained. The only unfortunate thing about this place is that there are no proper pool lounge chairs - which make it hard to lounge by the pool - Also The pool itself, because it's partly covered is oddly freezing - though I'm sure this is amazing if you want a cold plunge post hot tub.

We had super loud neighbors, it was hard to sleep. The rule is “NO” pull time after 10, but there was people after 10pm. Thats really the only complain have. Everything else fantastic

El hotel es muy bonito, cama y almohada comodas pero el baño tiene poca privacidad, las cortina que sirve para "cerrar" la vista del ventanal es poco funcional y pesada, no tapa bien la luz y es un lío estarla abriendo y cerrando cada que sales del cuarto. Los que trabajan ahí son sumamente amables, increible servicio. El desayuno incluido es limitado, no hay consistencia en el sabor y el servicio de cocina es muy lento.

Very nice shabby chic rooms and friendly staff. The views were beautiful and grounds well kept. The property is near the town and there was loud parties going on until 1:30am on the Saturday night we were there. That was my one complaint however unfortunately as the noise was coming from off property there was little the hotel staff could do about it. Breakfast was great. The complimentary mezcal was a nice touch

I stayed here with my mom for 3 days and my husband came for 1 night! We had an amazing stay here at the Los amantes . The hot tub was so relaxing and the staff was 10 stars ! Great hotel to stay at in Valle! Felt so quaint and the service was too notch here! We especially want to thank Iven who helped us so much through out our stay. He attended to everyone’s needs and more! Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was suuuper cute! Very cute decor all over the property. I loved the glass rooms and not having to share a wall with neighbors. The bar/restaurant had really good drinks and the included breakfast was also realy good! The staff was super friendly (shout out to Ivan, he was great! I really appreciated him walking us back to our room at night). We also got massages at the spa and definitely enjoyed that. We only stayed one night and I really wish we would have stayed longer. I would definitely book here again!

Staff was excellent and attentive. I like how the had a guard for entering and leaving the property. Breakfast was amazing along with the staff for serving breakfast. Property looks like it had a lot of projects left undone. Pool was dirty. One bed was really squeaky to the point where it disturbed my friend and I to go to sleep. Staff was notified upon check out. Property itself was beautiful and rustic looking. Nice hot warm water for showering was available. Fernando was attentive and was able to answer all of our questions and complete our requests. Overall would stay here again!

The hotel was expensive for what it offered. It had the same price as other hotels that were better-located and with better facilities. Pros: - cute hotel with nice views - decent size rooms - nice hotel staff Cons: - the rooms had a really cold concrete floor, they should put carpets or at least offer slippers; - the city has no infrastructure whtsoever, with unpaved streets that were completely flooded should it rained. The hotel location made it really dificult to access it (not the hotel’s fault), but also the hotel had no dining options, meaning, if you dont have a 4x4 drive to go out to dinner when raining, you will have to dine the minibar pringles unfortunately - expensive considering overall cost-benefit

This hotel was a unique experience and would definitely recommend it for a couple getaway. I went with friends but I would’ve enjoyed it much more with a partner. It is a unique and definitely romantic retreat. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only downside to the property is the dirt road leading to the hotel and it’s a little secluded but most of the area in Valle de Guadalupe is this way.

Very nice shabby chic rooms and friendly staff. The views were beautiful and grounds well kept. The property is near the town and there was loud parties going on until 1:30am on the Saturday night we were there. That was my one complaint however unfortunately as the noise was coming from off property there was little the hotel staff could do about it. Breakfast was great. The complimentary mezcal was a nice touch

We visited the day after it rained in the area and the whole place was a muddy mess. I slipped a couple times and there is was not a pleasant experience. Considering the cost, it was very concerning that my room did not have hot water, internet went down at 7pm and did not come back until 7am. No TV in the rooms, curtains were filthy and one of them was melted from the heater (dangerous). The restaurant was also closed due to “renovations”. Overall, I was very disappointed but I have to say that the staff try their best to make it up for guests. Management and ownership should work on this and stop relying on your front-line employees to handle such large issues with very limited resources. My recommendation…”spend your money elsewhere”.

Everything about this property was amazing! A little oasis in the middle of the valley was exactly what this family needed. The food was amazing and full of flavor, the drinks were top notch and the staff were very plesant and easy to work with. Cannot wait to come back.

El lugar es agradable con comodidades como calefacción y aire acondicionado no es opulento es mas bien algo relajado y todo en una sola habitacion, los baños no son cerrados esta en plena terraceria, por eso es recomendable no llevar vehiculos bajos, son muy amables su personal y estan al pendiente de ti, es un buen lugar para relajarte y la comodidad de su jacuzzi con agua templada muy relajante, a mi no me toco la cocina habierta por estar en mantenimiento.

This hotel is a great option in the area. The rooms a clean, bright and spacious. The breakfast is fab, The staff - especially Fernando were generous and helpful in offering us useful info & great recommendations in the area. The hot tub is huge steamy and well maintained. The only unfortunate thing about this place is that there are no proper pool lounge chairs - which make it hard to lounge by the pool - Also The pool itself, because it's partly covered is oddly freezing - though I'm sure this is amazing if you want a cold plunge post hot tub.
