My Story Hotel Rossio

The room was very small for two people, and there are no public spaces in the hotel to relax in if you don't want to go out. Good for an overnight stay. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean but very little space - every time we went in and out of the hotel we were asked by the restaurant staff at the front of the hotel did we want to eat/ drink etc

This was a stylish property right in the heart of Rosario square. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic as well. My only grip was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower had black mold around the edges and inside the shower as well, which was a bit of a turn off. Aside from that we had a great stay!

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and breakfast excellent. Rooms are very small but we didn’t spend much time there anyway.

I was able to move to a larger room after 2 nights, which I appreciated. Christiana, at the front desk was most helpful. I wish that my room had been cleaned every day. Despite being out of the room for a minimum of 3-4 hours everyday, my room was attended to only once during my stay.

Já tinha ficado antes no hotel e por ter gostado resolvi me hospedar novamente. Dessa vez não gostamos muito, o pessoal da recepção super mal educados, apenas um era simpático. O ar do quarto não funcionava e passamos calor. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza do quarto. Só trocavam as toalhas e arrumavam a cama, o chão do quarto ficava imundo.

Hotel muito bem localizado, podendo fazer tudo a pé no centro e nos arredores. Reformado, bem decorado, limpo e arejado. Meu quarto tinha vista para a Praça do Rossio, os vidros são duplos e não passa nenhum barulho dos restaurantes e do trânsito. Cama confortável, lençois e toalhas de primeira linha. Unica ressalva é que o armário é muito pequeno para guardar roupas. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com boas opções dentro do simples. Funcionários nota 10.

Not very clean the room. Room too small when you have medium/large luggage. Impossible to walk around the bed. Bathroom layout not very well designed.

Spectacular location right on Rossio Square with great access to everything! And if you couldn't walk to it, it was super easy to grab transportation right from the hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and the breakfast (though not included) was exceptional. The room itself was a little small, and the outlets were not well thought out (behind a moving partition on the side of the bed that you would thread your cord through & an outlet in the bathroom that was limited), but it was very clean and had a wonderful view of the square, and a great shower. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's perfect location and hospitality!

So central! Very nicely decorated. Our room was very, very small though. But it had a direct view of the beautiful square and castle. It was stunning. It was great for the one night we stayed. Would get quite cramped if we stayed more than a few nights. It was a beautiful room though.

Room was spacious and clean. Cent ally located hotel - great location. We couldn’t control the room temperature - front desk did that so it was either very hot or very cold- we had to call them multiple times. The front desk clerk said room can’t be individually regulated - they did it by floor. ????????

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The room was small but sufficient. My husband struggled a bit with the sloping roof

Staff excellent. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Room not at all practical. We kept hitting our legs on the wood around the end of the bed as so little room to get by. I could not reach the clothes hangers as so high. Towels fell off huge wooden knobs in bathroom. Thin paper cups totally impractical for hot drinks. No chairs or table in first room. We changed rooms as we kept hitting our legs on the bed.

Recepcionistas super simpáticos e atenciosos. Acomodação , cama muito confortável, banheiros otimos. Cafe da manhã, comida excelente, frutas, pães, bolinhos, e principalmente as brasileiras da cozinha , sao nota 10. Eu voltaria a hospedar com certeza.

The My Story Hotel Rossio is a great hotel from a Service and Location perspective in Lisbon. It's centrally located overlooking a square with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff on reception were excellent throughout our stay ! The availability of firmer pillows was a great addition, Double Glazing works well and could not hear the road below the front of the hotel. If I was suggesting anything for improvement it would be placement of USB charging in the rooms as adaptors were needed. Breakfast was great and the choices adequate, I would have liked to see Smoked Salmon as a healthier option instead of Bacon or Ham ! Now the big question, would I go to this hotel again when I return to Lisbon ? YES without a doubt ! Uber from the Airport to the hotel is around 8 euros and takes less than 30 minutes so skip the metro system which takes a little longer.

Both were very welcoming and helpful with requests, tips on transport, etc. The ladies in the restaurant for breakfast were very observant in filling up the dishes. Location! Location! - best aspect of this hotel. Right on Rossio Square central to all the sites, great walkability to everything, and Rossio square train station, main station to get to Sintra, etc. The hotel is modern, European standard, small in terms of room size and bathroom. Enough for me as I travelled solo. Bed comfortable and pillows. TV in the mirror, nice touch. The view from the 4th floor of all of Rossio square, with the Alfama neighborhood in the foreground and the Sao Jorge Castle in the background was simply spectacular. If you put the “please clean my room sign” on your door when you leave, the room is cleaned daily, towels and sheets changed if you wish, as they have the save the planet notice in the room as well. Exceptional breakfast with fruit cups, yogurt, granola, cereal, watermelon slices, Portuguese snacks balcahau, rissois, chicken, pork pastries, cold cuts, cheese, different breads, sweet pastries and cakes, eggs, bacon, baked beans, coffee, tea and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Variations offered each day. All in all great stay. would recommend and stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate my birthday. The staff were friendly on check in and then they surprised me with a bottle of prosecco, chocolate cake and balloons to kick start my celebrations. The location is right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. The room were comfortable and modern. I will definitely be back..... thanks for making it a birthday to remember .....

Great location. Right across from the Rossi station. Apple Maps sent us to the back of the hotel, but not a big deal. We got there a little, so the staff checked us in, stored our bags so we could explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 4th floor which was away from a lot of the street noise. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the exact spot you want to be in Lisbon! We loved looking out onto Rossio Square, called the heart of Lisbon. Lots of sites and good bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to get anywhere and 2 blocks from our 2 day trip pick up spots. Super friendly staff and very well-decorated, cool vibe rooms. We would stay at this location of My Story Hotel Rossio again!😁

Ideally Located in the middle of the city close to dinning, events and public transportation. The hotel staff were excellent and tried their best to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent. Will recommend the resort.

We had a lovely stay at this cute and convenient hotel. The morning breakfast was amazing. Everyone was so helpful throughout our stay.

The location was perfect, near the metro and busses and trolleys. The staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast buffet was very nice with meats, breads, rolls, yogurt, cereals. Eggs, bacon, sausages, and the espresso machine had several options.
