We checked in late (around 11pm) for our stay. The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. She got us checked in quickly (despite computer issues) and got us off to our room. The room was cool already, clean, stocked, and comfortable. We didn’t do much as far as utilizing the amenities during our stay as it was pretty jam packed with plans but the gym and pool area were clean and stocked with towels when I peeked in. The staff was friendly at each interaction, checkout was smooth, and we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Cool hotel hated that they charge for parking but otherwise it’s ok

Nice room for the price range. The two Tesla destination chargers had damaged plugs and are unusable.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The front staff is excellent. The in-room kitchenette is more than adequate. The bed is comfortable, the sheets, towels and water are soft. At the time they were training some new housekeeping staff, so there were a few issues but the front desk staff quickly corrected the problem. There is a lot of choice for breakfast - waffles, cereal, sausage patties, biscuits, muffins, bagels, toast, english muffins, etc. The pool was unavailable for the entire week. So, if you're planning to stay and a pool is important to you, best to check ahead to make sure it's open. Despite that, I'd stay here again for sure.

Digital key card and an actual keycard continued to not work in the elevator. Causing us to be stuck many times. Then the door lock just stopped working all together and we couldn’t get in the room. Other than that everything was pretty standard. Nothing special.

I had to cancel my reservation after I checked in! Hotel facilities were unacceptable! Not clean, pool not functional!

The hotel's pool was under construction which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. They were also in the midst of upgrading rooms so there were boxes everywhere. We had to move rooms because our first room smelled. Our second room was good. Just wasn't what we expected and definitely not a 9 out of 10. Probably a 7/10. The staff was great though!

Safe elevators - requires room key to activate

The hotel was decent but the service was not good at all. No house keeping was provided for out entire stay. I went to the front desk to request house keeping I was told that I was not up for house keeping until the next day which was my check out day! I had to do to the front desk and ask for towels 2 times. Also, my husband went to purchase some items from the front desk and their system was down, the clerk said she would only charge him $3, but when I got my bill it was $12, my bill also included an $8 parking fee even though the listing says free parking. Probably won’t stay here again.

Everything was wonderful but the only bad terrible thing were all of the pubic hairs in the shower.

Property was very clean

I stayed here for four nights and it was TERRIBLE. Arriving to the room there was a machine left there to deodorize the room (no big deal). Called the front office and they asked I take it downstairs. I thought they should’ve come to pick it up only because it makes it look unprofessional. I traveled with 3 young kids (7,5, &1) and I can’t begin to describe how BLACK their feet/socks were from walking in the carpet inside the room. It was TERRIBLE. I called the front desk to ask if my carpet could be cleaned. Room service was coming every other day is what I was told. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Another phone call had to be made and was told they ran out but they would look. The front desk was always attentive in trying to fix the problems. It was just an inconvenience on having to call multiple times for things that should come standardized when booking a room. Breakfast was OK and nothing special. Had to keep asking the ladies to refill things even though it should just come as part of their job on constantly checking the items. Breakfast was waffles, toast, biscuits, eggs, cereal, and bagels. Orange juice came out looking weird. Multiple people would get a cup and end up emptying it of just because the color was very off. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all my years of traveling. If someone you could upload pictures I’d show just how black my child’s feet were. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

When we checked in the room was dirty. We had to ask for another room. They clean the rooms every other day and our room was only cleaned once and we stayed 7 days. The day it was supposed to be cleaned, someone had put a do not disturb sign on the door so that it wouldn’t be cleaned. Breakfast could be better, not enough food. People would be waiting for food.

We stayed in this hotel for a week while an inspection was completed on our home. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and smelled amazing and had great ventilation and air quality. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, sink with disposal, large refrigerator, and all the dishes you need to get by. We brought an air fryer to cook more warm foods. The rooms are so spacious and have TONS of storage. We were here for a week, so I actually brought 7 tubs of toys and their play kitchen, all their electronic devices, xbox, three spinny/floor saucer toys, and still had tons of space left over. The couch is clean and comfortable and folds out to a nice sofa bed. They come to service the room every other day, but when we needed more items inbetween, they brought them promptly. The front desk staff was so nice and pleasant. The breakfast options were fantastic--yogurt bar, oatmeal, hot breakfast sandwiches, egg/sausage bowls, make-your-own-Texas waffles, and juice/milk options. The elevators have a nice security option that requires you to scan your room key to have access to the room floors, so that gave me extra peace of mind as a mom staying here alone with three young children. The only minor complaint I could make is the some of the laundry machines were out of service off and on while we stayed, but the front desk agent took my clothing to their laundry facility to be dried when the dryer would not work. Amazing place to stay! Recommend!

Overall, the room was very nice and spacious. I had some little “visitors” possibly water bugs in my shower.

Nice Hotel and very clean!

Very nice. Room was great and had a full kitchenette, sofa and two queen beds. I wish all hotel room were made like this one!

The AC didn’t work properly. So we were hot most of the time. Had to cut the sofa open and request bedding. The bedding for the sofa bed didn’t fit

On the whole, the room was okay but the soap dispenser and the toilet seat cover in the bathroom were broken. We also had to ask for bedding for the pullout sofa, but it was readily available at the front desk. The pool area was nice but the water was a little cloudy. Breakfast was about typical for a hotel these days and they did have eggs which was a plus. The beds were not the best either, the mattress kind of fell in toward the middle. They were not terrible but if you like a lot of support to sleep it might be bothersome. All in all, for the cost of the room I will look for somewhere else time I stay in the area

The property was very clean. The staff were all super friendly. We had a king suite with a pullout for our son. The pull out was so bad that we had to buy a blowup mattress for our to sleep on. He tried sleep on the pull out but just could not! Everything else about this property was great!

The room was great and with plenty of space. The refrigerator was too cold and froze my drinks.

For the breakfast it's okay but you guys need more option and it wasn't that good and for the bed not comfortable at all the sofa oh my God in the middle of the night you get hurt. Other than that everything else is okay.

This is a basic hotel with nice amenities for a family or for a longer stay. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher, with plates, cups, bowls, utensils etc. You can even ask the front desk for cooking pans and a portable cooktop. We had a king suite which was quite large; we were surprised by the size. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Our original room assignment was on the second floor facing the freeway, which was noisy (though I'm sensitive because I'm a light sleeper). We were then moved to the fourth floor and it was nice and quiet. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and accommodating when we asked to switch rooms.

I booked a room that stated full kitchen. The room had a kitchen but no stove. I called the front desk the gentleman stated there are no stoves in any of the rooms but they can send up a hot plate. I wish i would have knew that. I would have stayed at a Wyndham who offer full kitchen with a stove. Taking a shower the water was luke warm more to the cold side. I am not happy with the false advertisement stating full kitchen and no hot water. I paid way too much for this room considering I could have gotten a cheaper room with less amenities within the same area.

Everything was okay except the fact that I requested towels approximately at 11am never received towels then later that night when I asked about towels they couldn’t provide the amount requested. When I called for the late check out they did not answer the phone at the front desk.

The staff was so friendly and helpful I felt at home

The staff here are very nice and friendly. I had one minor issue with my room but they got it fixed pretty quick. The rooms are really nice and spacious as well as comfortable! I’d stay here over any other hotel. I’m very picky so this says a lot. It’s definitely worth the stay. Only one thing is I wish they had more breakfast options but still a good spread of food.

We had a great stay at the hilton suites. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and breakfast was so great. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

The room we stayed had a lot of ants, some even got into our luggages... Way beyond room maintenance crew's able to control. The breakfast choice was limited and we couldn't get the sandwich we waited for 25 minutes becuz they were always out. The front desk stuff (a cute young girl with short wavy blond-bleached hair, she was at the front desk at 11 am July 7th Friday) ignored me after I waited patiently for 15 minutes for checkout... she skipped me and went ahead to help someone came after me. Extremely rude.

Everything was great! Room was perfect and clean! Staff was wonderful as well! Chantell was great and helpful at checking in! I definitely recommend this hotel!

I only needed to stay 1 night but would have liked to find a reason to stay for several nights. The room was very clean. The location was close to the highway, restaurants and shopping. We didn't hear any highway noise or noise from the elevator or foot traffic in the hallway. The only improvement i would suggest is to have fresh cooked eggs; yet the waffles were delicous. I highly recommend Home2.

My family enjoyed our week stay. The staff were friendly, the building was clean, and we loved the free daily breakfast that was provided. The hotel is basically in the middle of so many places to go to.

Very clean and convenient area that’s right off the interstate. There are lots of restaurants and shopping around. Perfect is you want to stay close to downtown Austin but not directly in the city. Staff was friendly, professional and attentive. Will definitely stay at another Home 2 Hilton again!

The breakfast bar was awesome

We always travel as a family and Home2 Suites by Hilton is our must stay hotel. Great facilities, always a friendly staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from and its always being replenished. We really enjoyed our stay in Round Rock.

Breakfast wasn't great. Not much of a selection at all. Everything else was good.

property is going through renovations: the hallways have new wall wallpaper and carpet. The elevators need a makeover, as well as the in room couches. (ours was old, stained and mushy with no support). The lobby looks nice. The breakfast was not so great- rubbery eggs, coffee not always ready. Im sure all the kinks will be worked out in time, but breakfast will still need a makeover.

Hotel needs deep cleaning. Breakfast has no variety and kitchen lady was not ready to refill. Same with housekeeping they are not ready to clean your room unless you force them.. happened with us.

Enjoyed the stay the only thing is the breakfast was only tell 9:30 and I tried getting coffee downstairs and it was water downed and my coffee machine in my room did not work and I’m a coffee person so I wake up and it’s coffee. But the room was great.

The coffee was good. Breakfast was ok, but not many low carb options other than some little omelets.
