Was impressed with the virtual check-in although unfortunately the email had gone in my junk so I didn’t do the pre-check in before I arrived which would have been even more convenient. I requested a travel cot on arrival which I had not pre-requested so I was pleasantly surprised when one turned up within 10 minutes. So the service was great and I didn’t have any other dealings with anyone as everything was great. We also used the luggage lockers in the car park on -3 which were very handy and cheap

Bel hébergement, placé dans le quartier des affaires. Appartement propre et spacieux. Peu de restaurant autour. Néanmoins, ne réserver pas la place de stationnement en souterrain. Le QR code envoyé ne fonctionne que rarement et le numéro de téléphone indiqué ne repond pas ou bien ne comprend pas le problème. Résultat, je n ai pas été remboursé pour un service de parking que je n ai pas pu utiliser. C est de la malhonnêteté. L hôtelier ne répond aux que 24h après ou bien ne répond pas du tout. Hébergement à fuir pour défaut important de communication.

We stayed for one night only but the apartment looked suitable for both short and long stays. It was spacious and spotless clean. Using the kiosk for check-in was easy with the instructions provided and although we had to checkin our child as well, we only paid the city tax for two people. There is street parking right outside the building if you can find a spot - it’s paid during the day 9am-7pm. You can contact the property for additional parking options.

Daire gayet güzel,kullanım amacımıza uygundu.metro yakın. Yürüyerek merkeze 20 dk civarı gidilebilir. Sadece çıkış yaptıktan sonra uçağımız akşam olduğu için valizlerimizi kilitli dolaplara bırakmak istedik ancak sistem çalışmadı. Görevliyi aradığımızda “bu bizim problemiz değil, başka bir çözüm bulun” diyerek kapattı. Tek bu can sıkıcı oldu. Yanda başka bir otele bıraktık allahtan.

the goods first. The area was nice and convenient to public transportation. It was quiet at night. The room had a big balcony. The not so good. The check in was not so easy and took us far too long to accomplish. The bed was beyond time for a new one. They charge you 50euro for dirty dishes. They do not provide coffee but do have a machine. The way the room was configured due to oversized sofa and the TV being mounted very low to the floor you have just a few inches to get from the bed to the kitchen and bath area. Good luck to your toes if you have to get up in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. Lastly you need a long code to get into the building and another one to get into your room.

Most uncomfortable mattress we have slept on. There were brown stains on the sofa bed bedding which were disgusting. The shower door doesn't close and the shower basin feels unsecured. When calling the property expect to get someone who seems burdened by your question. I wouldn't rate this a 4 star hotel at all. Small, thin bath towels and no extra blankets.

We also found an empty blister pack of medication and some papers left behind. The shower floor felt unstable and seemed to sink when stepped on. The toilet was stained, and when I wiped it with a cleaning wipe, a brown mark came off, which was quite unpleasant. The floorboards made a lot of noise, and both the kitchen cupboard and fridge were dirty. That said, the location was great and communication was clear. The apartment has a lot of potential—it just needs more care and attention to cleanliness.

Location was great. The suite was spacious but with a little bit of a strange layout - when the door is opened to the suite, the edge of the bed is about 2 inches away. I learned to live with that. Reason for the bad review is the large stain on the small sofa. Not a good look. And the draconian threat in kitchen area not to leave a dirty dish otherwise a hefty 50 Euro fine. All we did is drink water and kept washing our glasses to avoid this stupid charge.

Good Location, management helped and responded to any of our concerns with in reasonable time. Location is close to a lot of shopping, food and attractions. Rooms were a bit outdated but did not bother us. Beds were firm so if that is what you like then you're good for us it was a bit too firm or not enough cushioning.

Lovely spacious clean and safe apartments. Air con and sound proof windows makes for a relaxing stay. Only thing would have been good to know in advance is that euro2 coin required for luggage drop if arrive in the city early/leave late. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Lisbon.

The apartment was quite alright, good for budget trips. There were no soft mattresses on the bed, it might be uncomfortable for someone. Shower door in room 302 did not close all the way, and there were traces of spilled drink on the walls.

When we booked the apartment we only saw the first few pictures. It was a big and colourful, nice place. When we got our room it was totally different from the pictures. That's when we realised they have many different apartments so you probably won't get what you are expecting. It was way smaller than we thought. The bath3is through the bedroom. One bed is in the living room and if they need the bathroom they have to go through the bedroom which is not ideal. Other than that everything else was good. Only missed the shower cap, everything else was there. I would recommend the place but look through all the photos to make sure you don't expect something else.

Le code pour pouvoir accéder au logement na jamais été envoyé sur mon mail. Arrivée au logement, la machine pour obtenir le code ne fonctionnais pas correctement. Il a fallut plus d'une demi-heure pour obtenir enfin notre code et enfin pouvoir non s coucher. Après Apel téléphonique, pour obtenir un dédommagement,on nous a proposé 5% de réduction sur notre prochaine réservation Expedia. C'est tout simplement honteux. Je ne réserverai plus jamais un logement via Expedia.

Everything was good specially about the communication: The manager Paulo is the best. He open the room door before the check in time (2pm), helped us to do self check in in the machines. And was always available to help and make us feel comfortable. The room was for 4 people. Cleaned and very lighted, a nice flat fully equipped and all good
Everything was good specially about the communication: The manager Paulo is the best. He open the room door before the check in time (2pm), helped us to do self check in in the machines. Was impressed with the virtual check-in although unfortunately the email had gone in my junk so I didn’t do the pre-check in before I arrived which would have been even more convenient. I requested a travel cot on arrival which I had not pre-requested so I was pleasantly surprised when one turned up within 10 minutes. So the service was great and I didn’t have any other dealings with anyone as everything was great. We also used the luggage lockers in the car park on -3 which were very handy and cheap

Bel hébergement, placé dans le quartier des affaires. Appartement propre et spacieux. Peu de restaurant autour. Néanmoins, ne réserver pas la place de stationnement en souterrain. Le QR code envoyé ne fonctionne que rarement et le numéro de téléphone indiqué ne repond pas ou bien ne comprend pas le problème. Résultat, je n ai pas été remboursé pour un service de parking que je n ai pas pu utiliser. C est de la malhonnêteté. L hôtelier ne répond aux que 24h après ou bien ne répond pas du tout. Scam! Shame on them. I booked this place in May for around as it offered a good rate for a two bedroom two bathroom as we were five travelling however before the trip I received an email that my booking got cancelled! I wrote to them that I didn’t cancel, no one replied. I had no choice but rebook and price was now doubled. In addition, the check in we had to do all the admin work. Do not stay here and travel apps should not have such a place on their listing. It affected our travel budget because of the scam.

the goods first. The area was nice and convenient to public transportation. It was quiet at night. The room had a big balcony. The not so good. The check in was not so easy and took us far too long to accomplish. The bed was beyond time for a new one. They charge you 50euro for dirty dishes. They do not provide coffee but do have a machine. The way the room was configured due to oversized sofa and the TV being mounted very low to the floor you have just a few inches to get from the bed to the kitchen and bath area. Good luck to your toes if you have to get up in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. Lastly you need a long code to get into the building and another one to get into your room.

it was very good, excellent location, few meters to metro and avenida Liberdade, 15 minutes walking to Rossio clean enough, easy to access. only pillows are small and hard, all the rest is good.

We really liked this apartment. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. We also liked that we had 2 bathrooms. We did a bit of cooking and we had everything we needed. There were 3 air conditioners and they all worked well. There is also an elevator. My only complaint is that we arrived at night and it was hard to find. The sign for the apartment is very small and the name was slightly different than on the hotels.com listing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great price and a good location. The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple meal. The washing machine also is super convenient for traveling with small children. The property management was communicative and even reached out when we left items behind. Only downside was that the luggage storage comes at an extra cost and the room was not ready at 3 pm.
