Amazing hidden gem. Breakfast was amazing!! Highly recommend. However, the property is not marked properly so it can be slight difficult to find, but otherwise no complaints.

일단 찾기가 좀 어려웠고, 리셉션이 별도로 없어 Whatsapp이나 전화를 해야하는 점은 불편했습니다. 그러나 아주 넓은 객실과 훌륭한 조식은 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 창문밖으로 보이는 뷰도 좋았습니다

I'm absolutely proud of my choice fot Chefchauen! This room (I think l had the superior) is very large, with an amazing extra space with 2 chairs and a table with zellige decoration, with the view on the valley. It is so nice that my husband thaught I wanted to make him a surprise! All works perfectly... Including the electric rollershutter. Just a small doubt about thr fact that maybe hot water can get in shortage after a prolonged use .. however, we didn't have any problem with regular use. Moreover, we fell in love with Chefchauen and devided to remain a day more than planned, in this same place. I'm sorry that this platform never works with pictures, because there was a beatyful moroccan style design. Very confortable room. Regular "petit dejeuner". Wonderful position. Parking on the street in front of the guesthouse, with guys who cared about your car all day long for 20 mad/day (truly... They had a table there and there was always someone) I know were to come the next time I come to Chefchauen!

Terrassen var skittent,som luktet katturin,og det var også avføring fra kattene. Generelt i byen ser man søppel overalt,det er veldig synd når de ikke ta vare på byen. Sengeteppe og putene som er en del av dekorasjonen, trenger en vask. Ellers må jeg si at personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til Medinen

Everything worked in the room, and manager was quite responsive to anything we asked for during our 4 day stay there. His restaurant recommendations were spot-on, especially “Traina,” just steps away. The breakfast included nicely prepared eggs and a cornucopia of various bites. There was more light (larger windows) in the slightly more expensive rooms (#1 & #3), and the beds were queen-sized. This place felt like a home more than a hotel. There are 60 or so steps to the entrance if that bothers you, but it didn’t us. Would seek this place out to stay again for value, location and hospitality again.

I am surprised by the other ratings…’World class’!?! Where do these come from? This property has no signage, no reception, and very limited amenities. Wifi works in the hallway, but in the room for only 10 to 15 minutes. Garbage around the property is common and left for days. The price is low so expectations should also be low!

Personellet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Frokosten var kjempe god. Det eneste jeg reagerer på er skitten dekorasjon og terrasse. Det var ikke rengjort ute og det var katt avføring på gulvet. Plantene var døde og tørre.

To start with, the property is impossible to find. It’s unmarked, there are no signs for it. We had walked up and down in the rain and cold looking for it and had to ask a random shop person about it. Then they called an number and the owner materialised himself to take us to the guesthouse. The rooms are small and crammed and we had one without a window. The bathroom sewage wasn’t working correctly and the water wasn’t going down in the shower, creating a pool. Then the breakfast was late, despite us asking the previous night for it to be at 8 (not that early anyway!!). It was poor, the coffee was tasteless and we were freezing cold. Also be mindful there are a lot of stairs to cover to get to the guesthouse. Staff were not particularly nice either.

Séjour déplorable dans un établissement vendu comme fantastique mais qui ne ressemble en rien aux photos. L’établissement annonce un parking proche, il s’agit d’une ruelle à double sens où on se fait alpaguer par des jeunes et où il est extrêmement difficile de manœuvrer voire même d’avancer. L’accueil est également particulier, pas d’enregistrement ni de guichet, on nous propose deux appartements qui ne correspondent pas à la réservation. On nous annonce une vue sur la montagne, c’est une vue sur un toit avec parabole et déchet. Rien n’allait et cela a très clairement gâché notre séjour à Chefchaouen qui pourtant vaut le détour. A fuir….

This hotel shouldn't be rated more than one star It’s the worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. First there was no sign for this hotel so the taxi got lost, it took us a while to find it. We got a room on the first floor and there was a terrible strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The shower had mold . The bed was hard like a rock we couldn’t sleep well. Avoid this hotel.

Auf der einen Seite ein großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, auf der anderen Seite war es bei Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr noch nicht hergerichtet. Vom Aussehen entspricht es nicht den Bildern, vor allem aber die Toilette und die Dusche befinden sich in einem fürchterlichen Zustand.

This was one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The room was incredible and spacious with an absolutely beautiful view of the city. The people who worked there were so welcoming and kind. It was honestly refreshing. We wanted to stay a few more nights, but unfortunately it was fully booked. However, we were fortunate to have spent at least one night here.

we stayed here for a day and enjoyed a comfortable stay here. a quick petit taxi ride from CTM station for 20 dirham. the staff were courteous to help bring the heav luggage down through the stairs. breakfast was good though you have to be patient for it to be ready. good location to walk through the narrow alleys and also to the waterfalls and chefchaouen view point. rooms are not sound proof, shower head was broken and leaking water all around

The hotel was beautiful. I had a room upstairs overlooking the gorgeous countryside. Stained glass windows. A balcony w a table. The staff was so kind and helpful with all our needs. I miss the mint tea and wonderful breakfast they provided.

Cons ・Although we told the host our breakfast time at check-in, no one came — even after we waited 30 minutes. The rooms were exceptionally clean and bright. Rooms 1 & 3 had more natural light than room 2, but all were nice. Located on a nice side street, CBP had only 3 rooms, a terrific breakfast and a responsive host (Anass). Thank you for a very pleasant 4 day stay in Chefchaouen.

Everything worked in the room, and manager was quite responsive to anything we asked for during our 4 day stay there. His restaurant recommendations were spot-on, especially “Traina,” just steps away. The breakfast included nicely prepared eggs and a cornucopia of various bites. There was more light (larger windows) in the slightly more expensive rooms (#1 & #3), and the beds were queen-sized. This place felt like a home more than a hotel. There are 60 or so steps to the entrance if that bothers you, but it didn’t us. Would seek this place out to stay again for value, location and hospitality again.

The hotel was beautiful. I had a room upstairs overlooking the gorgeous countryside. Stained glass windows. A balcony w a table. The staff was so kind and helpful with all our needs. I miss the mint tea and wonderful breakfast they provided.

Séjour déplorable dans un établissement vendu comme fantastique mais qui ne ressemble en rien aux photos. L’établissement annonce un parking proche, il s’agit d’une ruelle à double sens où on se fait alpaguer par des jeunes et où il est extrêmement difficile de manœuvrer voire même d’avancer. L’accueil est également particulier, pas d’enregistrement ni de guichet, on nous propose deux appartements qui ne correspondent pas à la réservation. To start with, the property is impossible to find. It’s unmarked, there are no signs for it. We had walked up and down in the rain and cold looking for it and had to ask a random shop person about it. Then they called an number and the owner materialised himself to take us to the guesthouse. The rooms are small and crammed and we had one without a window. The bathroom sewage wasn’t working correctly and the water wasn’t going down in the shower, creating a pool. Then the breakfast was late, despite us asking the previous night for it to be at 8 (not that early anyway!!). It was poor, the coffee was tasteless and we were freezing cold. Also be mindful there are a lot of stairs to cover to get to the guesthouse. Staff were not particularly nice either.

we stayed here for a day and enjoyed a comfortable stay here. a quick petit taxi ride from CTM station for 20 dirham. the staff were courteous to help bring the heav luggage down through the stairs. breakfast was good though you have to be patient for it to be ready. good location to walk through the narrow alleys and also to the waterfalls and chefchaouen view point. rooms are not sound proof, shower head was broken and leaking water all around

Abit hard to find the place without direction, thankfully I ran into the guy for the place and she showed me where it was and carried my bags. Place is beautifully decorated and clean, really gets you in the vibe for the blue city. Great location, there is a shop for snacks at the top of the stairs, lots of close by restaurants and literally only 6/7 minute walk to the main square where you can explore the medina streets.

Staff member that met us upon arrival and at check out was very nice. He gave us a choice of rooms. The room we chose was bigger and had a small kitchen with fridge but it was older. The rooms on the lower floor are more modern but I loved having the fridge . The only concern bother we had and I believe you will have it where ever you stay in Chefchaouen is the barking and howling dogs throughout the night . They are cute in the Medina but not so much when you are trying to sleep . Not a reason to not go to Chefchaouen or to not stay at this Riad but just a warning .
