This hotel has the potential to be a great motel the just need to make some changes. For example you cannot enter the lobby to access the vending machine. Also it is advertised that they have a laundry facility but I never saw any. The room have no microwaves no refrigerators. Yet they can at least allow you to enter the lobby to used a microwave in the lobby. I was impressed with the Roku TV, the bed and the cleanliness of the room. Moreover they may had to implement certain measures due to the area they are in.

i was counting on a bath. there was no stopper for the tub. no shampoo, no hair dryer. i had to make a $10 deposit for TV remote but didn’t use the TV at all.

This motel is very much “you get what you pay for.” The room was clean, the refrigerator and microwave worked, the lights worked, and the A/C worked. No amenities or dining options. Convenient location to I35.

It was well maintained on the inside, but on the outside its kind of old and run down. Front office service was kind of distant n cold. Had to speak through a plexiglass barrier, i guess their have been some security issues in the past or they stayed frozen in time in the Covid era.

No cable tv there is an antenna taped to the wall you have to give a depoist for the tv remote The ice machine not working and appears not to have worked for quite awhile The AC was was very loud mentioned it to the manager and he said that's the it is i had to use ear plugs so i could sleep and the pillows are plastic There appears to be many people living there, loud cars and people coming and going all night You check in through a window talking into a speaker, you can't enter the lobby

this should tell you alot about the place, the top of the fence had razor wire. none of the people spoke english, except the people at the front desk. and you couldn't go in the lobby where the front desk was, all business had to be at a window on the outside of the lobby area. bed was lumpy. they gave you 1 wash cloth and 2 towels. they wouldn't give you anymore than that. had one little entrance and only way in or out.

There's barbed wire at the top of the fence surrounding the perimeter. We had to talk with the registration lady NOT in a lobby but behind plexiglass. We had to give a $10 deposit for the key card and the remote control - but the TV wouldn't stay connected to the motel's internet connection - so, no TV. One of the beds made farting noises every time we moved even an inch. There was a red lipstick stain on the sheets. I think it was lipstick. Also, the lady at the "front desk" is rude and unhelpful. I didn't expect much for something last minute and also called the Budget Inn but dayum this was another level.

I got a comfort room witch it come with a microwave and a refrigerator and at time to check in they asked for a deposit for a microwave and if I didn’t pay the deposit I wouldn’t have gotten the microwave

I think the benefit was that its location has direct access to the freeway. Yet, it’s quite noisy, mattress was caved in, and the room had a particular smell (not good). Stained sheets and flooring. On the bright side, the heater was working and we did have hot water. We just stayed one night. Check-in took a while even though we had paid in advance through Expedia. Check-out was fast.

This is the worst place I’ve stayed, the room was awful, people cursing and screaming outside our room. There was people having loud s3x in the room next to ours. We have to leave the place right away. When we we’re leaving we found a cockroach in the bathroom. This place should be banned and I deserved a full refund!! Please, don’t offer this place it any more in your app.

i understand you get what you pay for. but this place was really rough. the girl that helped us check in was friendly, but behind bars to get us checked in. the room had only 2 giant windows and the door on the front wall. making it the nosiest room i recall ever staying in. each night, i could clearly hear a couple in the next room talking/arguing at 2am and could hear sirens and cars all night. the hotel is obviously really old and without any funds to make improvements. everything there just felt neglected.

The third party maid crew continues to take the towels out of your room and doesn't replace what they take out. Once again they go home and you're without wash cloths or drying towels. The rooms that houses 2 people ONLY HAVE 1 WASH CLOTH and 2 DRYING TOWELS. What does it take to accommodate the guests per towels who are spending their money entrusting that this is a good place to rent from???

Yes the staff was lacking. I paid for a prior reservation through another company and they didn't honor my reservation. I understand it was a new person working yet they should have made some type of accommodations for me after the fact but didn't.

I liked the property I don't like the Room Service Crew. They've gotten into the habit of NOT EXCHANGING the towels that they take and they REFUSE TO GIVE YOU CLEAN LINEN. I don't know if that's how they live but they NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM; BUDGET INN AND AUSTIN MOTOR INN, in Austin Tx.

The staff at this property were very helpful and with any question asked to them they knew just how to hand things, The main person Id would like to be brought to the management staffing is the most extreme, understood and sweet front desk employee they have working there is Destiny.From the second day that me and my husband were at the property until we checked out Destiny went above and beyond to made sure that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank all the staff for making us feel like we were at a home and we will be telling all our family and friends about this motel

Was not sure when I made the reservation what part of town this motel was in. It was in area that I wouldn't go out by my self or allowed my wife to go to the car by herself. It's not Expedia fault I should have check on the area first.

It’s a great destination if you’re going to mind your business and sleep. Don’t expect too much. And again. Mind your business. There’s a lot going on outside so go inside and lock your door. And for the love of god do not be there by yourself. It’s not a bad place honestly. There’s just a lot going on outside so just go in to sleep and relax. Don’t listen to thw commotion outside.
