We loved our time at Pousada de Lisboa and didn’t want to leave. The ambience was classy and luxurious, the front desk was very responsive and helped with nightly reservations and storing luggage, the spa area was lovely. But our favorite part of our stay was the continental breakfasts. They were truly our favorite meals of the trip. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Location in Lisbon is ideal - can walk to a lot of good places including restaurants and shops. On the Targus River. Service was excellent. Breakfast was as good as many including a Bellini Bar. Didn't eat in the restaurant but had drinks in the bar - beautiful build out. Value was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel located in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were amazing the rooms fantastic and the facilities were great. The pool, gym and steam room were an added bonus. The attached restaurant was excellent and the bar with the vaulted ceiling was lovely (they were short staffed one night and we had a long wait to be served!)

This is a nice boutique hotel right at the main square in Lisbon. Easy access around town and quiet at night. I enjoyed it. I would have preferred the pool to be outside like most hotels in Spain & Portugal

Lovely hotel, easy access to the city. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was buffet, good food and lots of choice. The restaurant is great if you like meat as it is essentially a steak restaurant. Food was excellent though. Thank you.

They arranged a transfer to Porto with 12 hours notice and worked hard to allow us to extend our stay by a day. Lovely breakfast included, steak restaurant next door also very good and part of the hotel. Rooms are big, good AC and quiet. Very comfortable sleep each night. I’ll be staying here next time I’m in Lisbon.

I booked this hotel at the end of a longer trip, moving from another (far superior) Pestana group hotel, just around the corner from this one. We were supposedly ‘upgraded’ to a ‘duplex suite’. This was basically an attic room, with a tiny window. The bathroom was on the ground floor and then a winding stairs led up to the bedroom. The entire floor looks tired and worn. In our room, our bathroom floor was filthy. Honestly, I should have complained there and then but I decided to stay put, against my better judgement. However, rhe room was impossible to sleep in as the air conditioning either did not work at all or required some masters level degree to operate. I found out at near midnight so it was too late to do anything about it. It totally ruined our last day in Lisbon. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. This is NOT a 5 star hotel.

Couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay in Lisbon. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located next to the main square. The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice of food and drink, and the service was excellent. If we come back to Lisbon, we will definitely stay here again!

Located within city centre, the appearance outside of this hotel may be not that ‘glamorous’ as it seems, but trust me the interior and service are worth the price. Very tidy rooms, staffs are always attentive to each customers’ needs.

Really nice hotel? Location is smack in the city. Located right by the Commercial Square, Praça do Comércio. The staff at the hotel was very supportive and accommodating. Breakfast is standard included, at no extra fee. So don’t book it as an extra on any of the platforms. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Note! The bathrooms are glass and visible from the bedroom. Not nice when sharing a room with friends. But there is a curtain to close it off. Overall great hotel.

Nice hotel in Lisbon. Visited for my birthday. Everything was fine but not memorable to the price in my opinion. The room that we were given was very small and was on a loud corner with a speed bump in front of it (206) so it was hard to relax at night. I felt that the room service was a little slow as we would go out for the day and return 3-4 in the afternoon and they still had not cleaned the room which made it harder to relax. I felt the guest entrance is more complicated than it has to be and they should consider a key card access directly to the stairs to avoid the slow and busy elevator .. Other than that the stay was nice they brought us some gifts and treats for my birthday.

Hotel super bien situé, excellent accueil, service au top, très bon petit déjeuner... mais dans les chambres sont très mal isolées. Entendre les voisins prendre leurs douches et claquer les portes, ce n'est pas digne d'un hotel de luxe qui facture aussi cher une nuit d'hotel..

This is an amazing hotel. It is in a very nice location and the rooms were beautiful and well appointed. These are one of the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced and 3 pillows is a plus! The breakfast is also very good. The service was equally wonderful with excellent front desk staff and porters. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was beautiful. It was very well maintained and had all the amenities you needed at a hotel. The grounds were clean and all the furniture was pretty much updated. The area of the breakfast was super nice. The best part of the hotel was the concierge, they were super helpful and made everything super easy.

Great convenient location, right by the water, great staff, I had an issue with checking in and they went out of their way to fix it. The breakfast was also nice and fresh with great variety. I would recommend staying here!

Location is in the main commercio area. Very convenient. Yellow bus on off in front of hotel. With doing this with trans inc in price. Breakfast very nice. Mixed continental and cooked as well as a la carte. Included in price. Staff very helpful. Wonderful stay.

Great location right on the waterfront in Lisbon. Immediately adjacent to the arch and across from a large plaza with lots of energy. Rooms clean and quite nice. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

It was the BEST place to stay. We enjoyed luxury, atmosphere, customer service and quiet when it was time for bed. The breakfast was perfect and location great! We will be back to Lisbon soon and we will be sure to book early so we can stay here again.

I had an enjoyable stay for 7 days and travelled alone. It was a lovely place with warm hospitality, very professional staff and service, they are very friendly too. Breakfast was great if you like to have a hotel meal. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic for dinners and lunch. Also, there were great restaurants walkable. Very convenient location.

In a very central location! Good restaurants and shops all around this area. Breakfast buffet was tremendous! A nice home from which to go out and see Lisbon!
