No hot water available in room. Notified front desk and was instructed to turn the water on in both the sink and shower at the same time while showering in order to get hot water for shower. Large party at pool (including grilling out) allowing no room for other guests. Guest children running up and down halls above room playing past midnight. Laundry room only had 2 washing machines and 1 dryer working with "Out of Order" sign on remaining washer and 2 dryers. Although the rooms were nice and the overall facility was clean, the cost was on the higher end compared other places therefore expected a little better experience.

We felt our room was clean. Only one elevator was working and some of the carpet in hallway was ragged. It was told to us that the hotel will be renovated this fall. We’d definitely stay there again.

Only 1 elevator of 2 was working all the time we were there for 8 days. Brkfast was just OK not a lot of selection In the room, the freezer cover in the fridge was nissing so all the food items in the fridge was frozen solid

Wonderful rooms for a family wishing for extra space. Entry w/counter space, living area with sofa bed & armchair, desk, vanity/sink area, bathroom, and bedroom area w/ 2 beds for the perfect set up. This was my second stay at this facility in the past 6 months. My only complaint is not enough parking and very slow elevator service. It’s quicker to take the stairs every time. Elevator was out in March, figured it’d be up & working for July, but it wasn't. I was very disappointed.

Quiet affordable stay. Breakfast every morning. Drinks and snacks/frozen meals available 24/7, fair prices. Outdoor pool, small area but clean and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. If you are staying without a car, make sure you have everything you need. No food or stores within walking distance.

We arrived around 10:30 pm after a long day of traveling. Check in went very smoothly, but there were no available luggage carts to help us get to our room. Upon getting to the room, the floors were sticky and the room just didn't look very clean. The door to the bathroom would not open or close completely. It was sticking on an uneven area of the floor so privacy was an issue and there was mold on the wall and ceiling by the tub!! Because the bathroom door wouldn't close, a bright light in the bath [that could not be turned off] was reflected into the room by the wall mirror in the hall. During the night, there was noise from the ac, and it turned on and off frequently. We discovered the next morning that the floor grill covering the motor was missing. We had early morning meeti ngs, were too exhausted to move rooms! This was not a good experience!!

When we got inside our room, we noticed one little black bug in the bathroom. Ok no big deal. Picked it up flushed it down the toilet. Room was dingy and dark and didn't feel very clean. The linens on the bed were fresh and towels to. When we got up in the morning we had probably 15-20 more black bugs and then a lizard that blended in with the tile. It was creeping along the wall base board. That was it. Went down to front desk with all our stuff and they gave us a new room. Got in the new room and sure enough one black bug. It was a suite so at least brighter, but I would not recommend this hotel. It needs to be updated and clearly needs pest control.

Almost no hot water and it took 10 minutes for it to get warm.I know this is Dallas and you were short a part. But you shouldnt be. The shower stall had brown mold to boot. Biscuits on Sat AM were gummy. No non-dairy creamer on Sunday.

House keeping only came to our room twice in a span of 7 night stay. One of which they only put towels in the room but didn’t bother to make the beds or anything. The walls were visibly dirty, vents have obviously not been cleaned in a while. The couch had questionably large stains on it. And hardware finishings like door hook in bathroom and the finishing cover for the fire sprinkler were all missing.

We stayed here for a basketball tournament at FieldhouseUSA, which was literally right across the street—you couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! The hotel had easy-to-use laundry facilities (just $2 to wash and dry), which was perfect for cleaning sweaty uniforms. There were plenty of food options nearby and lots to do in the area. The hotel itself was clean, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was solid—good variety and plenty to go around. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you're looking for a luxury or spa-like experience, this isn’t that—but for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay, it checked all the boxes for us. Would definitely stay here again for future tournaments.

The stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Frisco North-FieldhouseUSA was great. The check in went smoothly and we were in our room in a short amount of time. The young man at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Breakfast the next morning had several options for any type of appetite. There were several hot choices along with cold choices available. I very much enjoyed the first meal of the day. Our room was comfortable, warm, and very inviting. We were able to relax after a long day. Check out was as easy as drop your key in a slot and get back on the road. I will choose this hotel to stay at the next time we visit this area.

Young girl at front desk was nice as could be but my whole payment was a fiasco. Was supposed to be divided between 3 cards my card even though the other ones were ran through the card terminal never were charged. Then I received 2 more charges on top of 4 charge instead of one. Never again!

The service and quality in the breakfast room was excellent. The housekeeping service was not reliable and the service of the room was worthless. We never received replacements for toilet paper, kleenex, or drinking glasses/cups. One day the maid brought towels, emptied the trash and left a wet towel behind and didn't even make the bed. we didn't expect new sheets, but shouldn't the bed be made?

We got to the hotel at 120pm. The first thing that came out of the receptionist mouth was: NO ROOMS AVAILABLE, CHECKING AT 3. there was no hello or welcome to the hotel which to us seemed rude. The room itself was okay except the shower head didnt work. Hotel location was convenient but there was also 2 other hotels nearby that i would rather try if i come back here.

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites a few times in the last few years. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is fairly good. The Housekeeping staff and the super nice lady who puts the breakfast out are really great. Don't expect a warm welcome from the front desk staff. They are not the friendliest people. Also, if you want to talk to the manager, she will avoid you at all costs. My husband, daughter, 2 staff members and myself got stuck in the 1 working elevator for approximately 10 minutes. After calling 911 and getting out of the elevator the manager was no where to be found and after asking multiple times to talk to her about what happened she had one of her staff members call me on the phone. I felt in a situation like that when you only had 1 working elevator out of 2 and that 1 breaks down with hotel guests in it, as a manager you would want to insure that they were safe and okay. Very poor management in my book.

The hotel is away from the the hustle bustle of the town, and will need Uber/Lyft to get anywhere. Other than that, it is a good, clean and safe place to stay comfortably. The rooms are very spacious and had all the amenities which would come for this type of hotel. I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Frisco, TX.

Quiet VERY Safe area. Pleasant staff.... very good Breakfast! Convenient to HWY's and Dining/Shopping Facilities. 45 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth INT. Airport using Non-toll Roads. Many Hiking and Birding spots w/in a half hour drive. When traveling in TX use the Non-toll option to save a BUNCH!

Room was clean and you could tell by the products in the bathroom that they were trying to be eco-friendly. There’s loads of kids there for tournaments and staff remained friendly. Breakfast buffet was great and always well stocked.
