A good place to stay in Lisbone: clean, close to a subway ( only 3 stations from downtown). Nevertheless, family's room are t too small for a family of (4). With the exception of one young lady at the reception, the staff was very friendly. I'll recommend this for couples, for a family of 4 rooms are very small. After all, this is a good place

We stayed at the hotel in July, when heat was at one of its peaks in Europe. Personnel are very accommodating and professional. The hotel itself was kept clean and neat. The rooms were very well-insulated against heat. Their curtains don’t let light and heat into the room when properly and completely closed off. Air conditioning is EXCELLENT. It gave us comfort after a day of being outside in almost 40degC heat. The refreshments at the lobby were excellent too—we loved their lemonade and the Pastel de nata there. Toilets and bath in the room are in good form and cleanliness. They have a separate bidet. Housekeeping was also good. They just have this puffing scent gadget mounted on their bath walls that keeps the bathroom scented. We don’t mind it; we actually liked it. But for those that might have trouble with perfume, well, it might be too much. Refrigerator in the room was available and working fine. There are also snacks but when you consume them, you’d have to pay for them. Complimentary bottle of water in the room is available and they refill it with every housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was ok. We stayed for more than two nights and had breakfast each morning and found the buffet quite redundant. One or two dishes or bread types changed but not the whole breakfast program. Coffee—if one is very particular with coffee, I think a research about how they do their coffee would enlighten. We were surprised to find chocolate in our cappuccino.
