Booking in was easy and parking at that time was readily available. However, if the accommodation were at capacity parking would be limited, leaving patrons to look for on street parking. Parking came at an extra cost, something not openly advertised in the room rate, for example Wotif advertised the room rate and it was not till after registering for the room online, was a text message provided about the lack of parking, a first in best dressed rule and a fee of $15 was offered by text. Late check out offers via text came after the offered times, making the offer mute. Yes, dining is within walking distance, but I would really get to know Toowoomba and what it has to offer, some food outlets within proximity to the Quest are offering subpar food experiences, and hygiene is lacking. The room was small but very comfortable, it has everything you need. A point on cleaning, please check bins under the sink. Upon arrival to the room, there was still trash under the sink, consisting of underwear packets and medications, which did not leave a good first impression. The Quest is within walking distance to the city Centre and beautiful park lands. It was quiet and cozy, I’d stay again for a short stay and recommend the Quest for what it is, a quiet, cozy style of accommodation designed for very short stays.

This an outstanding property - always well managed and maintained. Convenient location - short walk to restaurants in abundance and very quiet end of town.The only issue is that a booking through this site does not include carparking - so factor this in when considering any offer/deal - $10 per day.

Excellent stay from start to finish. They were closing reception early before Christmas, but I was on the road and not too far after a 9 hour drive, the lady waited until I arrived, whixh also allowed me to get ne car into secured parking. It was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom clean. Kitchen with oven top, fridge, saucepans and utensils etc, microwave, tea, coffee, room safe, iron and board. The undercover, secure parking is $20, but worth it. The building is very secure. Fantastic central location, easy walking to restaurants, shops, bars, cinemas. Good air con and wifi. Complimentary snacks and bottled water was also appreciated after a long drive. Shower had good hot water and water pressure. Fantastic stay. Recommend, and definitely staying again.

A little disappointed after a very good recent stay at Quest Rockhampton, no comparison. Be sure to research parking whether parking is included in your deal.

Friendly reception, clean modern room, parking and walking distance to cafes and cbd.

Small room, dated styling and furniture. Carparks are so small that I couldn't open the passenger door to put my child in her seat, and so limited that if I drove out to buy dinner, I wouldn't be guaranteed the space would still be there when I returned even though I had paid for parking. Rates are not consistent with the what is provided.

Quest is always great- if you check in no later then 2pm. If not, you’ll miss out on secure parking! Every time we stay, we request parking (which is $25 extra!) and they say ‘yes we will note it down’ -but when I check in, the parking is ‘full’. I’m told to go and find a park on the street somewhere -‘oh it’s free till 9am’. That’s not the point. I’m dragging luggage and wrangling small children in the Main Street on a busy road. There were at-least 8 vacant secure parking spaces available, when I queried I was told that they were for guests who’d already checked in and they may be coming home from being out and would want their car space back. Isn’t it first in first served?! Very disappointed. May try Oaks next time!

The carpet is very dirty. There is oven available no baking paper to lay your food. Decaffeinated teas were not provided. Overall it’s not worth the value to stay here with that price point.

Good quality bed linen. Pillows soft. Very clean - compliments to the cleaners. Nice touch with the chocolates 😁

We went down for a family wedding and it was the perfect place to stay, staff were friendly, location was great and rooms were clean and well set out.

The tv needs to be wall mounted as most viewing is from the bed, bathroom area terrible, dangerous shower tap positioning, may cause burns turning on, towels located across room from shower, can't get toilet paper when sitting, shower door leaks water to floor. Overall layout bad.

Good sized apartments for families with self-contained facilities.

Lovely studio apartment with a kitchenette which was excellent. Very close to Empire Theatre -3 min walk. Main Street - Ruthven and Grand central shopping centre approx 5m walk. Queens Park also a short walk away. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will be staying again.

Nice basic hotel - well run, but air con was not working in either room so they were a bit muggy.

The property has a beautiful old facade. The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was a little firm for me. Just across the road from Queens Park. Easy walk to the main street. Lovely, friendly staff

Very helpful and approachable staff. Had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again. The front section of the building with the church design outside is beautiful.

Great location. It is close to transport, shops, the Empire Theatre and Queens Park. Very walkable. Receptionist was very helpful when I checked in on Saturday.

Greeted by Alana who was very welcoming and informative of things to do. The room was adequate and really quiet so great for sleep. And i loved the fruit and tim tam treat left for us, plus a tearowel of the area to keep!! 💜

We were here for the flower festival and didn’t get queens park windows. We stayed one night and got charged twice for parking because the flower parade was on at 10am and we didn’t move our car out till 1pm. The lady at the front desk did not make you feel like an important guest.

Convenient location - close to shops, restaurants and parks. Staff were very friendly, accomodation was clean and comfortable. We stayed Saturday night and took advantage of free street parking opposite the hotel.
