Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Typical Moroccan selection for breakfast. Due to the businesses in the area plenty of parking lots. Sadly it's in rooms to the main road even with closed window and A/C on not quiet until 2am as many bikes and cars are racing and honking. But not the hotels fault. Plenty of stores to shop and dine in the area.

Struttura abbastanza pulita , comoda ai servizi publici, ristoranti vicini , ampio parcheggio, personale un po’ carente ma è il loro modo di fare, piscina curata , l’unica pecca che le camere sono veramente rumorose.

Op de site stond dat de kamers geluiddicht waren. Maar dat was blijkbaar een grapje. De ramen sloten niet en als de buren aan het praten waren konden wij dat horen. Om 00.30 om een andere kamer gevraagd. Deze kamer was vies met grote torren op het bed. Uiteindelijk wel een andere kamer gekregen maar ook deze was gehorig. Ook de airco deed het niet. Het was bloedheet in de kamer. En wij dachten fijn een hotel met zwembad te hebben maar daar kon je maar tot 17.00 gebruik van maken.

The staff at the Relax Hotel are always very kind and accommodating. The hotel lobby is well designed. The rooms clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink area could use a little work but the shower was very nice. The bed was little too firm for my taste but I was able to get some sleep. I always stay at this hotel when I need to make a quick overnight reservation. The location is good as it is next to a big store called Marjane, which is similar to Walmart in America. There are plenty of places to shop and places to eat nearby. I really enjoyed the breakfast at Tito‘s. I don’t really have anything bad to say about the Relax Hotel. It’s a good choice if you’re looking to book for a day or so. They do have a really nice pool and although I did not partake in the breakfast this time, they also have a very delicious breakfast buffet.

The staff was really helpful from the start to the end. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. The hotel staff also helped us in finding transport. The hotel is next to a hypermarket, restaurants and bus top.

Lovely friendly staff. The rooms are basic but adequate and always clean with clean linen daily. Comfortable beds very much to a western standard. Although the hotel is located in a retail park, it is quiet and convenient. Lots of shops nearby and the huge Marjane supermarket is just across the road, as are many restaurants, cafes and bars. Food in the hotel is good and reasonably priced. Unless you intend to spend most of your time in the hotel it is perfect because the more upmarket hotels cost considerably more. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. We will probably come back here.

The hotel is centrally located in a busy mall area. There’s lot of traffic and if you’re a light sleeper then the traffic noise will definitely disturb you. The room was cleaned daily. There was no central air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open.

Impossible d’éteindre la salle de bains ! Sinon couper toute l’électricité et alors impossible de recharger nos appareils !! Absolument à revoir ! Nous ne reviendrons pas dans ces conditions et sans des améliorations. Sinon personnel gentil.

En général, la chambre était propre standing européen. Rien à dire sur ça. Par contre Fenetre simple vitrage, mal isolé qui donne sur la route horrible totalement horrible. Vous entendez tout même les gens qui passent en dessous sur le parking les klaxons, les voitures qui accélèrent je comptais rester cinq jours, j’ai changé d’hôtel, si vous êtes côté rue, je vous conseille de ne pas prendre cet hôtel

Alors que les températures de Marrakech avoisinent les 40 degrés,a notre grande surprise il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur !! A la réception,on nous a répondu qu'il y avait effectivement des chambres sans réfrigérateur 😡 Était ce parce que nous n y sejournions qu une seule nuit !? Si nous y étions restés plusieurs jours, nous aurions demandé à changé de chambre.
Alors que les températures de Marrakech avoisinent les 40 degrés,a notre grande surprise il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur !! A la réception,on nous a répondu qu'il y avait effectivement des chambres sans réfrigérateur 😡 Était ce parce que nous n y sejournions qu une seule nuit !? Si nous y étions restés plusieurs jours, nous aurions demandé à changé de chambre.

L'hôtel est bien dans l'ensemble et la chambre aussi. Seul problème c'est les fenêtres qui ne sont plus étanches au bruit et a l'air. En résumé on a l'impression de dormir dehors avec le bruit du boulevard. C'est dommage. Si vous êtes sensible au bruit c'est pas pour vous. Le reste est ok

no air conditioning in the bedrooms, I asked multiple times to get this addressed and workers kept saying they would look into it until finally one of them shared that they don't run air-conditioning in the bedrooms after October until the summer. Staff is not very helpful. The location is far from most tourist attractions.

Average, took them 15 minutes to find my reservation. The next morning when trying to get breakfast I was told that my reservation doesnt include breakfast, I told them it does and even tried to show the Manager the reservation on Expédia app but she didnt look at it and insisted that it doesnt have breakfast. I noticed that the amout I paid at move in was slightly different than what show my reservation so I guess the receptionist forget (or removed) the breakfast when I checked in. I decided to just pay the breakfast for the rest of the stay so i could eat in peace instead of arguing with unpleasant customer service agents

The staff at the Relax Hotel are always very kind and accommodating. The hotel lobby is well designed. The rooms clean and comfortable. The bathroom sink area could use a little work but the shower was very nice. The bed was little too firm for my taste but I was able to get some sleep. I always stay at this hotel when I need to make a quick overnight reservation. The location is good as it is next to a big store called Marjane, which is similar to Walmart in America. There are plenty of places to shop and places to eat nearby. I really enjoyed the breakfast at Tito‘s. I don’t really have anything bad to say about the Relax Hotel. It’s a good choice if you’re looking to book for a day or so. They do have a really nice pool and although I did not partake in the breakfast this time, they also have a very delicious breakfast buffet.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans cet hôtel, nous avions même demandé s’il était possible d’avoir une chambre moins chaude car nous étions au cinquième étage, ils nous ont aussitôt changé de chambre. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable, ils font tout pour que l’on soit au top.

The hotel is centrally located in a busy mall area. There’s lot of traffic and if you’re a light sleeper then the traffic noise will definitely disturb you. The room was cleaned daily. There was no central air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open.

Ein gutes Hotel im Norden von Marrakesch. Direkt neben einem Marja-Einkaufszentrum. Ruhig gelegen, aber zur Djemaa‘ El Fna / Koutoubia dauert es ca. 30 min. mit dem Bus. Jedoch ist gleich vor dem Hotel ein Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Taxi sind es ca. 10 Minuten (ca. 3,50€)

Relax hotel is in a fantastic location with all amenities shopping centre restuarants gym and other great things to do! Situated on a great complex with everything you need within walking distance and very safe. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Typical Moroccan selection for breakfast. Due to the businesses in the area plenty of parking lots. Sadly it's in rooms to the main road even with closed window and A/C on not quiet until 2am as many bikes and cars are racing and honking. But not the hotels fault. Plenty of stores to shop and dine in the area.

Relax hotel the name says it all it is definitely a place to "relax" the hotel is quaint but modern and i had quite a comfortable stay the pool area is quite peaceful green and refreshing oasis ( and even better a friendly cat to greet you) in contrast to the hectic pace of the city The breakfast although bountiful can get repetitive day by day an omelette and pancake/crepe station is needed the salad selection was quite good actually the mint tea was cool although i really liked the hot milk for the coffee What was missing is freshly squeezed orange juice (instead of the processed variety) The dinner has delicious french chicken dishes (plat) to choose from The rooms are very clean the pillows very cushiony and adds charm to the room the showers are piping hot my room had a nice view over the pool area One downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area of the city is unappealing with very few or no points of interest and noisy but that is not the hotel's fault The staff were very welcoming and i felt like "home away from home" Despite the minor shortcomings i highly recommend this hotel for any stay in marrakesh

Average, took them 15 minutes to find my reservation. The next morning when trying to get breakfast I was told that my reservation doesnt include breakfast, I told them it does and even tried to show the Manager the reservation on Expédia app but she didnt look at it and insisted that it doesnt have breakfast. I noticed that the amout I paid at move in was slightly different than what show my reservation so I guess the receptionist forget (or removed) the breakfast when I checked in. Hôtel simple, propre en apparence. Rien de superflu mais pour un voyage d'affaires largement suffisant. En revanche, le pire petit déjeuner de tous les hôtels que j'ai visité dans le monde... Autant traverser la rue et aller dans les restaurants juste en face... Pour le service de ménage, très aléatoire, sur une semaine, parfois ils ne remettent pas de savon, coupent la climatisation pour la journée en laissant les rideaux ouverts, fenêtre en plein soleil, donc par 41° avant de refroidir la pièce en rentrant il faut être patient, d'autant que la climatisation est bruyante et pas forcément efficace...

The room was clean, a decent size, and located near a few different stores. Iwas able to order Globo which is like uber eats to the hotel in case you don't feel like going out to eat for a reasonable price. The breakfast wasn't too big was there was a decent variety and you are able to order eggs cooked to your liking if you ask. Overall, it was a good stay and i would stay here again if I'm in the area.

The staff was really helpful from the start to the end. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. The hotel staff also helped us in finding transport. The hotel is next to a hypermarket, restaurants and bus top.
