Se si cerca una vacanza di relax è il posto ideale. È direttamente su una spiaggia tropicale. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti un trattamento alla spa a testa. Camera grande e grazie all’upgrade abbiamo avuto una villa con piscina. Si può praticare yoga e tai chi tutti i giorni. Ristorazione ok.

I stayed pool villa (biggest size) but swimming pool is too shallow (it needs to be renovated to more deep depth) for us - size is OK though. Nice private beach but I recommend to set one floating floor in deep area so that swimmer can enjoy (same as what we can see in many resorts in middle east). Gym (fitness center) is not the best condition. Terrible frankly speaking. I do not know the reason but too hot inside although AC is running. Gym is the very important facility where many vacationers are enjoying but this is one of the worst facility in Fusion resort. Please study more how to make suitable Gym with checking other resorts. It should be cool inside. Food is OK and Chef seems to be 1st class.

Superb resort. Free buggy service to everywhere in the resort. Room is large and clean. Breakfast and lunch (included in hideaway package) is also good with a wide variety of food. Daily complimentary spa is excellent. Only downside is that it is far from city center and complimentary shuttle bus only runs 2 times a day. More shuttle buses will be more convenient for guests to explore city center.

Fusion resort is beautiful. The pools are amazing. The beach is clean. The food is so good and caters to many different tastes. The rooms are clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. There’s a great gym on premises, a tennis court, table tennis and foosball. The spa is excellent as well. But what really stood out for me was the service. They anticipated our every need. Accommodated any request and were so incredibly kind and courteous. We LOVED our stay.
Fusion resort is beautiful. The pools are amazing. The beach is clean. The food is so good and caters to many different tastes. The rooms are clean and stocked with all the amenities you could need. Really stylish and quiet resort. Breakfast and spa was good, and swimming pool is wide so we could enjoy peaceful time there. Especially the yoga class was so perfect to meditate that it became the most unforgettable memory to me. I want to recommend this resort to lovers rather than family.

Fantastic stay. Resort is beautiful and so peaceful. Never felt crowded. Pool is huge. All inclusive spa visits of 1 per day were amazing. Staff are very welcoming and are always attentive. Special shout out to Joe and David. Would definitely return.

1/31〜1/4の繁忙期に宿泊しました。 総じて最高の体験ができました。 施設はおそらく数年前にリフォームされているようで、とても綺麗です。 また過去の口コミには酷評もありますが、おそらくここ数年でホテルの全てが大きく改善されたのだろうと推測できます。 繁忙期に関わらず、バギーは5分以内には必ず到着しました。 また従業員の対応は皆さん笑顔でとても素晴らしかったです。 スパではカップルで同じ部屋で受けることができ、とても気持ちよかったです。 朝ごはんはレストラン以外でも食べられます。 ビュッフェではメニューが日ごとに変化もあり飽きずに過ごせました。 他の食事もどのメニューも美味しく、ベトナム料理が好きになりました。 また私が1番懸念していた虫や蚊の問題ですが、驚くほどに見当たらなかったです。外で食事をしたらハエがくるものだと思っていましたが、それもまったく、1匹も見なかったです。ベトナムにはハエがいないかと思ったけど、ニャチャン市内では見かけました。 そのおかげで大きな窓を終日網戸なしで開けて過ごしても全く虫とは無縁で、日本ではありえない開放的な時間を過ごすことができました。 プールは少し冷たくて入ることはできなかったです。 しかし入ってる人も結構いるので、入れないこともないです。 夜長袖は必要ですが、昼はタンクトップで過ごせます。 チェックイン後にも関わらず、シャワー室を利用させていただくことができるなど他にもサービスを受けることができました。 日本語が話せるスタッフもいて、とても居心地が良かったです。 敷地内には養鶏場や農場があり、レストランでは平飼いのオーガニックの卵や、オーガニック野菜も食べられました。卵を朝取りに行くこともできるようです。子供も楽しめそうです。 海外ではよく見られる、スタッフ同士の雑談や、接客しながらのスマホなども一切ありませんでした。 このホテルを応援したいと思います。日本人には知られていないニャチャンですが、日本人に過ごしやすいこの街が日本にもっと知られるといいと思います。 今回は本当に素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

Really enjoyed the stay. All the staff was very friendly and caring. Booked the ocean view villa, was amazed how clean the pool and the garden was. (Not even a leaf in the water at all time). Special shoutout to Suong in the fresh restaurant, she is so attentive and caring with a big smile. Will definitely return to this property if I ever visit cam Ranh again. Thank you for the relaxing stay!

리조트 엄청 고민해서 골랐는데 진짜 너무너무 좋았어요 방도 깨끗하고 시설도 너무 좋고 조경도 너무 예쁘게 잘되있고 무엇보다 수영장이 엄청 큰게 너무 맘에 들었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들도 엄청 친절하고 서비스도 매우 훌륭했어요 또가고싶네요

흠 잡을 것이 없는 최고의 숙소입니다. 청결, 아주좋음. 직원들이 계속 관리함. 스태프, 리조트내 모든직원들이 웃으면서 걸어다니며 요구사항이 있으면 빠르게 처리해줌. 시설, 고장난 것 없이 상태 좋음. 모든 편의시설도 잘 구비되어있음. 다음 나트랑 방문시 또 숙박할 예정.

We really liked the property area and the spa. The area is beautiful, quiet and clean. The spa service was excellent - you could really tell they were trying to do everything to keep the guests happy. We also got a room upgrade with a private pool, which was a very nice and pleasant surprise. Service and the restaurant were most disappointing. One day they forgot to clean our room, every time we needed something we had to call minimum 3 times, and received an apology only once. A few things in the room were broken. At the restaurant, the quality of the food was some of the worst we ate in Vietnam, plus there was no single time that they didn’t forget/mix up something in our order. At times I had to wait until they re-make my food while my husband was finishing his plate. The staff kept on asking whether we liked the food and whether everything was great, even after these incidents, and when we’d mention something, they just didn’t really say anything, acknowledged it or apologized for it. They just said ok and carried on like nothing happened. That felt very rude, and I think at a hotel like this is just unacceptable.

ホテルは常にキレイで、スパもプールも海もとても楽しめました。 懸念していた虫やヤモリもほぼ見ませんでした。 夜ご飯が食べられるレストランが1つしかないので長期宿泊するとご飯は飽きてしまいます。 レセプションやライフガードなどのスタッフの方々はみなさんいつも笑顔で対応してくださりますが、レストランの一部の方々があまり好意的ではなかったのが残念でした。

We had a wonderful stay at fusion resort and would highly recommend this place to family and friends. The staff were so service minded, friendly and kind. The food, surroundings, spa and our ocean view pool villa were outstanding. A special gratitude goes to our host Aelia. She made us felt very welcome, picking us up from the airport, guiding us through the resorts assortments and made our accommodation extra special.

We stayed here for one night before flying out to HCMC. Hubby and I have been travelling all over Asia the past 5 weeks and we felt the most relaxed and rejuvenated during our stay here. We booked our room last minute but the staff were super accommodating and made the check-in process very smooth. Joe took care of us upon and arrival and departure. We were upgraded to the Ocean View suite which was very spacious and the view was amazing. The food here really took us by a surprise as everything we ordered was so tasty and fresh, whether it was a Western or Asian dish. Joe was very friendly and sweet as everyone else at the front desk. We felt our stay was not long enough and we did not want to leave but will definitely be back!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. I am very satisfied with the kindness of the hotel reception staff. I visited with my wife on the anniversary and am very satisfied with the room upgrade. However, the staff at the fresh restaurant is very unfriendly We visited at dinner time and ordered juice during that time, but he made a mistake and replaced it with a plastic disposable cup. He was very unkind and rude. I was filled with good memories throughout my stay at the hotel, but I was very offended by the behavior of the male employee with the apron on. The drink I ordered came out wrong, and I told him to eat quickly and go. Also, the counter old female employee (tuan?) overcharged me and didn't give me a proper explanation. Das Fusion Resort ist ein hervorragendes Wellnesshotel. Die Mitarbeitenden sind super bemüht und sehr freundlich – vor allem Joe hat uns den Aufenthalt absolut versüßt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Architektur des Resort. Anders als die Nachbarhotels, ragt dieses nicht hässlich in die Höhe, sondern wurde smart in die Landschaft integriert. Tolles Spa, schöne Pools, gepflegte Anlage. Einzige Minuspunkte für uns: die Englisch-kenntnisse beim Großteil des Personals. Diese sollten dringend optimiert werden. Wenn man nicht (korrekt) verstanden wird, kann das nach einer Weile schon frustrieren. Ob im Restaurant (falsche Speisen, Dinge wurden vergessen, Mitarbeitende haben uns nicht verstanden und Kollegen geschickt, sodass man die simpelsten Dinge 2-3 erklären musste) oder bei der Meditation (nichts verstanden). Mittags und abends gab es immer die selbe Speisekarte. Ein wenig Abwechslung wäre gut – vor allem bei den vegetarischen Speisen. Was auch etwas enttäuschend war: bei den kulinarischen Eventnächten wurden Vegetarier nicht berücksichtigt (also musste hier wieder auf die ein und selbe, kleine Speisekarte zurückgegriffen werden). Kleinigkeiten im Service könnten auf internationalen Standard gebracht werden (z.B. zum Kaffee einen Löffel reichen). Wir hatten in Summe aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. The staff at the dinner counter told me to wait for a reservation and made an unpleasant feeling of guiding others in the background. Also, I checked good table and out table when I made a reception and reservation in advance, but I was not able to. When I strongly protested, he guided me to a dark place until then. We really liked the property area and the spa. The area is beautiful, quiet and clean. The spa service was excellent - you could really tell they were trying to do everything to keep the guests happy. We also got a room upgrade with a private pool, which was a very nice and pleasant surprise. Service and the restaurant were most disappointing. One day they forgot to clean our room, every time we needed something we had to call minimum 3 times, and received an apology only once. A few things in the room were broken. At the restaurant, the quality of the food was some of the worst we ate in Vietnam, plus there was no single time that they didn’t forget/mix up something in our order. At times I had to wait until they re-make my food while my husband was finishing his plate. The staff kept on asking whether we liked the food and whether everything was great, even after these incidents, and when we’d mention something, they just didn’t really say anything, acknowledged it or apologized for it. They just said ok and carried on like nothing happened. That felt very rude, and I think at a hotel like this is just unacceptable.

Beautiful Resort and Amazing Staff The resort is beautiful with an exceptional staff. We stayed at the Premier Hydaway Pool Villa and it was an clean and peace room for us. Airport pick up which was complimentary with our room was very comfortable and the resort also provides a free bus shuttle to downtown. The front desk assisted us throughout our stay and they were absolutely amazing! They called us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and they greeted us every morning at breakfast. They seemed to sincerely care for the guests. Thank you all the staff members at Fusion resort for an amazing trip.

Se si cerca una vacanza di relax è il posto ideale. È direttamente su una spiaggia tropicale. Nel nostro pacchetto erano previsti un trattamento alla spa a testa. Camera grande e grazie all’upgrade abbiamo avuto una villa con piscina. Si può praticare yoga e tai chi tutti i giorni. Ristorazione ok.

Superb resort. Free buggy service to everywhere in the resort. Room is large and clean. Breakfast and lunch (included in hideaway package) is also good with a wide variety of food. Daily complimentary spa is excellent. Only downside is that it is far from city center and complimentary shuttle bus only runs 2 times a day. More shuttle buses will be more convenient for guests to explore city center.

More shuttle buses will be more convenient for guests to explore city center.

There’s a great gym on premises, a tennis court, table tennis and foosball. The spa is excellent as well. But what really stood out for me was the service. They anticipated our every need. Accommodated any request and were so incredibly kind and courteous. We LOVED our stay.

Really stylish and quiet resort. Breakfast and spa was good, and swimming pool is wide so we could enjoy peaceful time there. Especially the yoga class was so perfect to meditate that it became the most unforgettable memory to me. I want to recommend this resort to lovers rather than family.

Bad and good things listed below: -Massage that is included in the stay should be 50min, however, in reality you only get 35-40min which was a disappointment -The interior of the only restaurant they have is not nice and is not consistent with the architecture of the rest of the resort for some reason. Feels a bit like you're sitting inside some winter house in the Alps. It's very windy in Cam Ranh so you need to be lucky with the weather conditions to be able to sit outside -Breakfast buffet could have been done much better. After been staying at other hotels in Nha Trang, this breakfast buffet was much smaller and not the same quality -The hotel seems to be newly renovated and as such very clean and modern, and on the downside no genuinity -There were surprisingly few people at the hotel, the restaurant was almost empty in the evenings -Cam Ranh is not a very nice area. Just a lot of hotels along the beach (can't swim in water) and nothing genuine about it +We were upgraded from a Chic Suite to a Pool Villa which was very nice. You could also order food and beverages which they delivered to your villa +Friendly staff but in general poor English. Beautiful Resort and Amazing Staff The resort is beautiful with an exceptional staff. We stayed at the Premier Hydaway Pool Villa and it was an clean and peace room for us. Airport pick up which was complimentary with our room was very comfortable and the resort also provides a free bus shuttle to downtown. The front desk assisted us throughout our stay and they were absolutely amazing! They called us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and they greeted us every morning at breakfast. They seemed to sincerely care for the guests. Thank you all the staff members at Fusion resort for an amazing trip.

Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Architektur des Resort. Anders als die Nachbarhotels, ragt dieses nicht hässlich in die Höhe, sondern wurde smart in die Landschaft integriert. Tolles Spa, schöne Pools, gepflegte Anlage. Einzige Minuspunkte für uns: die Englisch-kenntnisse beim Großteil des Personals. Diese sollten dringend optimiert werden. Wenn man nicht (korrekt) verstanden wird, kann das nach einer Weile schon frustrieren. Ob im Restaurant (falsche Speisen, Dinge wurden vergessen, Mitarbeitende haben uns nicht verstanden und Kollegen geschickt, sodass man die simpelsten Dinge 2-3 erklären musste) oder bei der Meditation (nichts verstanden). Mittags und abends gab es immer die selbe Speisekarte. Ein wenig Abwechslung wäre gut – vor allem bei den vegetarischen Speisen. Was auch etwas enttäuschend war: bei den kulinarischen Eventnächten wurden Vegetarier nicht berücksichtigt (also musste hier wieder auf die ein und selbe, kleine Speisekarte zurückgegriffen werden). Kleinigkeiten im Service könnten auf internationalen Standard gebracht werden (z.B. zum Kaffee einen Löffel reichen). Wir hatten in Summe aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. I stayed with my wife for 4 nights and 5 days. Among the many 5-star resorts I’ve visited in Vietnam, this one stood out for its excellent facilities and tranquil atmosphere. However, the quality of the spa massage, which was included as part of the stay, was disappointing. Since it was a service offered to all guests, the therapists may have been overworked and fatigued. We had three massages during our stay, and unfortunately, all three were unsatisfactory, so we decided to skip the final one. Overall, the staff didn’t smile much. Only the reception staff greeted us with a smile; I don’t recall seeing smiles from other employees. The quality of the BBQ dinner did not match the price. The beef steak was tough, and the pork was dry. The shrimp was tasty, but they were grilled too slowly, so we had to wait a long time to be served. Again, none of the staff smiled, and starting an hour before the end of the dinner time at 10 PM, they began noisily rearranging tables and cleaning up around us, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful property. The pool villa was spacious and comfortable, with strong enough air-con despite the heat on sunny days. The food at Fresh restaurant was great, especially the vietnamese options. First) your dinner reservation system is a problem. There was a receptionist who checked in at check-in. The staff at the dinner counter told me to wait for a reservation and made an unpleasant feeling of guiding others in the background. Also, I checked good table and out table when I made a reception and reservation in advance, but I was not able to. When I strongly protested, he guided me to a dark place until then. The unpleasant memory of greeting and chatting with Westerners around me is that Koreans will not visit. Second) Breakfast with nothing to eat. Before you go to your accommodation, watch the breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel and learn from it. The breakfast was disappointing, too.

Upon arrival, staff were very attentive, friendly and gave us a full run down on the resort and activities. The farm was a lovely touch for families and very well maintained and clean. Our daughter loved visiting the animals and feeding them. Rooms were more than decent in size, spacious, clean and had a nespresso machine. Fruits were complimentary and plenty of water was provided to keep us hydrated. Amenities were well thought out. The beach and pools were well kept, clean and again staff kept us hydrated on the beach and swimming pool. Complimentary massages/facials and yoga sessions were amazing - Views at the Fresh restaurant was calming and beautiful, food was good, breakfast had a good variety. Airport transfer was efficient and comfortable. We will be back!

Fusion Resort Cam Ranh We had such a wonderful stay at this resort without any inconvenience at all. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully managed from beginning to end. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, and the two nights we stayed felt like they passed in just two seconds because we were so happy there.
