Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Market Center

It was convenient to where we met up for a football draft just next door. It was perfect for what we needed. The free breakfast was great. The pool was nice.

Great room for price, convenient and clean. Staff is great. Workout room has 2 treafmills, elliptical, bike, weights although no bench. Only complaint is no restaurant on site and nothing within walking distance.

Kind of a nice touch…earplugs and a noise machine were in my room. Likely because the hotel is next to the interstate. I had to leave early the next morning and saw that there was a manned security patrol in the parking lot. Gave me added security. Not a bad place for the price.

Parking was an issue as the parking lot was completely full.

The hotel itself was good. The parking is tight and small. There were 8 of us and we drove a chevy suburban. Trying to maneuver in the parking spaces was a challenge and our truck stuck out further. There is not much attraction in the area its in.

Very, very clean environment the staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar was very good. It was a very clean. Parking was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice hotel. Quiet in spite of being right off the freeway. I hate the horrible chimes in the elevator on arrival and at each floor. Really loud and super unpleasant tamber. Also I was unable to add my Hilton Honors number to my reservation. Annoying

This property never answers calls from rooms for items. The property also had hair I the shower and seemed to never be cleaned which is questionable. The paint job along with what looked like mold was just painted over which was disappointing.

Everything about this property seemed new, fresh, and clean.Even the air that was coming out of the air conditioning smelled fresh and clean. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever experienced away from home. Couldn't have been more pleased.

What we liked: Breakfast was okay. Most of the staff were friendly. Rooms were okay. Did NOT like: No to limited parking which felt unsafe, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, ants in the bathroom, TV was not working, loud from the freeway which is to be expected however the guest were also loud with stomping, slamming of doors and banging at all hours of the day and night.

Very friendly staff, good location, and very comfortable beds. The rooms are older and some things in the bathroom were worn out (shower faucet, trim, walls had holes) but over a great stay. Will stay again when we are back in Dallas

Earplugs and sound machine pre-provided, helped with thinness of walls and floors. Fortunately our room was not on the highway side. Shower lacked grout. Staff were great, everything appeared clean.

Overall our stay was good. There were a few ants in the room. Being next to elevator you hear an annoying ding a lot.

Great location! Easily accessible to Stemmons Freeway and downtown! The room was very spacious as was the restroom and shower! Will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Our room was nice, and the staff was very friendly, but this hotel is right next to the interstate. The hotel provides ear plugs and a sound machine for guests to sleep. If I was a business traveler who needed to get some rest, I might look elsewhere.

The staff was amazing. But, the hotel has absolutely no insulation between rooms or floors. Thanks for the sound machine and earplugs but they just weren’t enough to muffle that fact.

The staff was sensational. The sound proofing was not. We were close to the elevator and it has a very melodic arrival sound, which we were hearing ALL night. Above us, it sounded like a bunch of military recruits were doing laps the whole time we were there. Our neighbors on the other side of the wall were also audible. All of this was after 11:00 p.m.

Second time here. Both times had trouble with the TV working.

Courtney at the front desk was fantastic! However, the property could use some updating. The wall outlets were incredibly loose and nothing would stay plugged in. Also, the mattresses were extremely lumpy and noisy.

Next to freeway, so if you get a room on the street side it will be noisy. I saw patrons negotiating to get a room on the creek side.

Jezell was extremely helpful in trying to help me locate a cab & when unsuccessful, she found a Uber driver for me. I did not have a Uber account & she allowed me to use hers. Without her help, I would have missed my meeting. She was professional, friendly, and courteous and went beyond the call of duty. Please recognize her in in the highest way you offer. She showed the ultimate customer service when working w/me. She is a true asset to your organization.

I found this property to be what I have pretty much come to expect of a Hampton Inn & Suites. Not the best, but acceptable.The room and bedding were clean, and I felt safe. My room was at the front of the hotel, so I did get traffic noise from I-35E, but I wasn't bothered by it as much as the extremely loud "ding" of the elevator. The vanity in my bathroom could use some updating (what appeared to have been drawers below the vanity countertop had been removed and the space wasn't smoothed down or repurposed), my shower could have used a good "Soft Scrub" cleaning, and the shower head was an old Waterpik and needed more plumbing tape. My biggest issue was with a particular front desk attendant, a male, who seemed to be there most of the time (day and night). At check-in, we overhead him describe to the guests in front of us, referring to the $50 hold for incidentals, as "in case you steal something," and he wasn't kidding, straight-faced the whole time. We never observed him being friendly or particularly helpful. During my check-in, he simply gathered the information and credit card that was needed, handed us our room keys and told us where to find the elevator. That was it. Nothing about what hours the breakfast room was open, how to connect to the property's internet, etc. A couple of times during our three-day stay, there was a young woman at the desk, and she was very friendly, very helpful, with appropriate greetings.

All of the staff were friendly and very welcoming from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.

Checking in was horrible the lady in the front had an attitude and was very rude. I called and spoke with her to let her know I was going to be running late if there was going to be an issue and she said no that’s fine I got there and she told me, “Do you know what time it is, I already did my report for the night.” I told her I spoke to you earlier to see if this was going to be an issue and if it was she could have said it. I have stayed in this hotel before never had an issue with anything this was the first time very disappointing.

We got a key to a room with people already in it. We finally got a new room but had to go downstairs and get our own sheets. There were used cups on the counter. The outdoor noise was very loud.

When we arrived at the property, the lobby door was closed, and no one was at the front desk. I called and pushed the speaker button, and no answer. We waited for twenty minutes until the front desk finally arrived. They were not friendly, nor did they apologize. The room had a musty smell. I was very disappointed, given the high reviews and my previous Hampton stays. I will not stay at this property again, nor do I recommend it.

Unfortunately after checkin i went to my room Only to discover the room was already taken. I apologized profusely to the startled guest and was quickly given another room.

The customer service was exceptional and the hotel was very nice and clean! Room was very comfortable and spacious! Breakfast was good too! Liked the fact that distance to car rental and airport was very close. Distance to center of town and museums wasn’t bad either! Would stay here again next time in Dallas!

It’s a convenient location for the nearby Medical Center. The room was very nice and big.

Great service checking in and the hotel was very clean. Comfortable beds and cozy room. Top hotel to stay at if you’re flying out of Dallas Love airport.

Property was in a great location for our trip to watch the Dallas Mavs. It was only 5 minutes from our destination. The area was easy to find and the property was nice. Staff was great and very helpful.

Centrally located and fairly easy to navigate traffic to get there. Very clean and safe.

Desk person could have been a little more friendly . But it was ok . AM staff were nice . Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

One elevator. Horrible breakfast choices for the hot section. The eggs and sausage were aweful.

Good breakfast, clean room , i like App check in & out.24 hours coffee and tea station.

The complimentary breakfast was lacking. Scrambled eggs and patty sausage was tasteless. Very small selection of other options. Disappointed that quality had changed for a Hampton.

Security on the premisis overnight. Got in at 1am and felt safe! Bummer is that the workers won't remake more waffle batter 30 minutes prior to end of breakfast. Fair amount of breakfast options.
