Everything was great. Point of note if using the hotel car park it is very tight and not suited to larger cars.

L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter les puces, ou pour aller au stade de France, mais il ne faut pas que le personnel se relâche, et il manque cruellement un endroit pour pouvoir décharger ses bagages devant l’hôtel.

Alles war toll, aber leider konnten wir nicht im Parkhaus parken, weil das Auto zu breit für das Parkhaus wäre.

The staff were wonderful... the room was simple and clean... the parking was an adventure. But, you're in Paris!

Having a communal kitchen was excellent. Very little choice for vegan/ vegetarian in breakfast. Location was near metro and bus stops and local facilities. Clean bedrooms and very weloming reception staff.

Grosse déception concernant le parking proposé par cet hôtel, et surtout le manque total de conseil de la part de l’accueil. À mon arrivée, je demande comment me garer. Un employé de l’hôtel vient avec moi, voit clairement mon véhicule (Peugeot 3008), me montre l’accès au parking et me glisse simplement un « attention, c’est un peu serré ». Aucune alerte claire, aucune mise en garde réelle, aucun conseil pour m’orienter vers une alternative. Une fois engagé dans le parking, je me rends compte que c’est extrêmement étroit, au point qu’il est impossible de manœuvrer correctement ou de ressortir sans dégâts. Résultat : voiture abîmée à l’arrière, alors que j’étais littéralement coincé. Aucun dispositif de protection sur les murs, aucune signalisation indiquant que ce parking est inadapté aux véhicules de type SUV ou voitures familiales. De retour à l’accueil, la même personne me dit tranquillement que « oui, il y a souvent des problèmes avec ce parking ». Donc le problème est connu. Pire encore : on m’indique ensuite un autre parking, à 100 mètres, parfaitement adapté… mais plus cher. Pourquoi ne pas l’avoir conseillé dès le départ ? Ce que je dénonce ici, ce n’est pas l’existence d’un parking étroit (ça peut arriver), mais le fait de laisser un client s’y engager en sachant très bien que le risque est élevé, sans information claire ni alternative proposée. Quand on sait que le parking pose problème, on prévient. Point. Je ne recommande absolument pas ce parking, et j’invit

We really liked the hotel: 1.) Very friendly and helpful staff, 2.) The room was very practical and clean for three people, 3.) The breakfast was very plentiful and particularly delicious, and the ambiance is beautiful. The entire hotel has a very youthful decorative style, which we really like, 4.) The car is parked securely in the underground garage, 5.) the beds are very comfortable and we slept like babies. We were completely satisfied and say: "Thank you, see you next time!"

Excellente étape, confort optimal de la chambre et literie ultra confortable. Décoration et agencement des parties communes véritablement réussi, loin des identités standard des chaînes hôtelières. Services proposés (épicerie, laverie self-sercy, jeux, baby-foot...) constituent une plus-value.

Bon accueil la chambre et très propres la vue sur la tour Eiffel était magique. Le petit plus le système de la douche pour savoir combien on consomme d'eau je trouve ça bien de sensibilisé les gens.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, mais c'était vraiment super. L'accueil a été excellent. L'hôtel est très calme, mais surtout extrêmement propre. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Je recommande.

Accès à internet moyen. Confort de la literie bonne. Par contre -le mini frigo ne fonctionnait pas. ( aucune solution n’a été apporté) -aucune batterie de cuisine alors qu’il y a la plaque et qu’il est noté dans l’annonce d’une batterie de cuisine

Was an absolutely wonderful hotel to stay at for 3 days for my wife and I. Quick access to all local monument within 40 min. Staff was super helpful and were able to help us with navigation and needed necessities. Quiet location with very little noise when sleeping even in a busy city

Pour la seconde fois alarme incendie qui se déclenche à 4h du matin et pendant une demie heure, faisant suite à une soirée bruyante organisée dans / par cet hôtel. Bref à fuir si vous souhaitez du calme. Hôtel bruyant et personnel sans aucune empathie ni excuse.

Pas de chauffage pendant 3 jours dans la chambre et aucune solution proposée malgré le fait d’en avoir parlé à 4 personnes ! Déplorable au vu du prix payé. À fuir

Très bon accueil, personnel très professionnel et à l’écoute (mention particulière à la gérante et à Sohane), très belle chambre calme.

Personnel peu aimable et qui parle entre eux en laissant le client devant eux. Ou encore qui vient couper la parole pour entamer une discussion avec le réceptionniste. Ce qui provoque une erreur lors du rendu de monnaie. La soulte était de 24 centimes et du coup le réceptionniste rend seulement 5 centimes. Il ne m’a pas été demandé si je souhaitais les petits déjeuner lors de mon séjour ou encore si je souhaitais accéder au parking souterrain, ce qui aurait bien agréable étant donné que cet hôtel est en bord de rue en région parisienne.

More than met expectations and although quite far from central Paris it is well-located with good access to public means of transport.

When we arrived the hotel is have refurbishment the staff greeted us well the problem was the builders are all over the hotel and staff moved us but things haven’t been finished in the rooms and we didn’t get room with balcony the breakfast wasn’t that good because it’s a temporary kitchen and thing where running out quickly the hole hotel and area in saint ouen is getting dug up for the Olympic and I was a nightmare for my mum how is disabled if we had know this was happening we would have pick a different hotel for are stay
