Beautifully laid out rolling park that was all well maintained, with lots of friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great, and pump track and mini golf would have been fun too if we'd stayed a little longer.

The self contained unit was extremely clean. Super functional. Beautiful surroundings. The wildlife was great to see and watch. Plenty of activities on grounds for kids to do. The cabin was spotless and I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Nice amenities, good location, quiet and the staff was very pleasant. I travel a lot and this was nicer than a lot of the high end hotels I’ve stayed at. I didn’t want to leave. Very impressive.

A spacious room with 2 queen beds beautifully made with high quality white, high thread count sheets. 4 pillows per bed. Towels looked a bit old but they were clean and useful. A fixed shower head in the shower instead of a hand held shower head so I didn't shower as I find fixed shower heads useless unless you are washing your hair. Parking was right out front of the window so it was easy to keep an eye and ear on the car. Noisy and we heard conversations in other rooms, including a full scale argument which woke me up. The sun poured in the window in the morning and was blinding but block out curtains solved that and kept the room in total darkness. There was an obvious lack of seating with only one upholstered dining/desk chair and I really missed having a sofa or at the very least one lounging chair for a room that can take 4 people. WIFI was great and worked fine. Staying at the top of the hill I found it quite nice accommodation. It would have been helpful to know if the pool is heated or not as whilst I found it tempting I wasn't sure and it looked icy cold.

We've travelled here previously from WA with our camper and this time decided to fly and stay in a unit. The staff realized I had booked a basic room but would need cooking facilities so upgraded us at no cost to a fantastic site up the back. it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Drinking wine and relaxing at the campers kitchen deck is 1 of our favorite spots in Hahndorf. Thank you for another great experience at your park. See you next year.
