A really nice stay, facing the main station Berlin Hbf it was just so accessible to most parts of Berlin. facilities were very good, breakfast was more than adequate and the bottle bar served its purpose. hotel clean throughout and the staff friendly and all spoke good enough english to help out this non German speaking tourist. Would book again when visiting Berlin. Only really downside was very little around the immediate area (Apart from the train station)

Har bott på detta hotell flera gånger och blir alltid nöjd. Trevlig personal både i reception , städning och frukost. Rummen är moderna rymliga med sköna sängar. Rent och snyggt i alla utrymmen på hela hotellet. Smidig och snabb incheckning. Läget är superbra, bara några få minuter till Berlin Hbf. Helt klart mitt första val när man letar hotell i Berlin, vi syns snart igen.

The hotel is very well located for those who will be using Berlin's main train station. It is within walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, and the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations adjacent to the hotel will get you to the rest rather quickly. One drawback is the area can get rather noisy at night, and the rooms are somewhat small, though that is to be expected in the heart of a major city. Staff was professional and rooms and decor were clean and new looking. My room did not come with a mini-fridge.

The only thing I would change was to add a couple more pillows to the room. My wife and I each had a pillow but a couple more would have gone a long way! The breakfast was a little pricey for what you got. Otherwise a nice place to stay and convenient.

Our room AC was not working, we travelled for a marathon and sleep was essential. We asked to be changed rooms and they didnt have availability. They only offered a fan, which didn’t help at all. Terrible experience, checked out and came to the hotel next door.

This hotel is opposite to Berlin Central Station, took only minutes to walk. The room is modern & cosy, clean, tidy, & with clean bathroom. Lighting is good & bright. Beware of no kettle provided, no in-room coffee, tea & water cup. Bathing gem are 3 in one, meaning hand soap, shampoo & body lotion in one. Breakfast, wifi are included. If you need water, you may drink tap water or going down to lobby to get hot water from coffee machine in self serve cafe.

Nice hotel next to the hbf. Our room was clean and quiet, facing away from the main road. Breakfast was nice. They have an iron where you can make your own waffles. Recomend testing it out for all norwegians feeling homesick! Service was great. We ware catching a sleeper train from the hbf at 19:21 the day we checked out, and the staff was very helpful in allowing us to store our luggage in a locked room while we were out sightseeing. We had to return one time to get some extra stuff from our luggage, which was no problem. All in all a very nice stay without any problems.

Location is excellent - the Central Station is across the street. Overall services were good buy ruined by one of the night shift staff. The shower door leaks and wet the floor and the drainage of the sink in the bathroom was very slow. When we told that night shift staff on Saturday night, he only gave us towels to soak it - not even to look at the problem. Further, he staff said "It maybe up to our country's standard and may be different from your country. And no maintenance staff works on Sundays in our country - maybe different from your country. Anyway, I write it down and our staff will check it on Monday." - Nobody has ever come before we left on Wednesday. The air-conditioning was bad - only provided cold air.

I can't really give a full review for this property, as I didn't stay a full night. I used it as a spot to hang out while waiting for the overnight train. The location was very convenient, being close to the Berlin main station. But I did notice that it was in a very noisy location and could hear a lot of the outside.

Great option for staying VERY close, i.e., across the street from the Station. Nice, clean, comfortable whole small and basic. Reasonable Burger Restaurant next door, but not much else around close and obviously its a bit chaotic out the front door as you make your way across the street and tram crossings to get to the Station. However its well within walking distance of the core Berlin center and its hard to get more convenient to the Station.

Excellent location, right next to the main train station, yet it is neither noisy nor sketchy. Easy access on foot, we took a wonderful stroll to the Bundestag and the Brandenburg gate. The room was very clean, functional, good bed, good shower, and the standard we expected from Ibis.

Great hotel! 5 mins walk to Berlin hbf, 2 mins walk to the U-bahn station. You can walk to the Brandenburg gate, Tiegarten, bunch of museums, and with the station so close, it's very easy to be around. The room was in the small side but very comfy and quiet. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Definetively recommend it.

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist ideal für Zugreisende. Von dort kommt man überall schnell hin. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr ruhig, trotz dem Verkehr davor, sehr sauber und preislich ok. Lediglich das Frühstück für 17 € steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Angebot.

Right across The Train ,metro station .Nice clean minimalist hotel .İt isn’t at The center ,but You Can take daily metro ticket to go Aleksander palatz 3 station ,and other city centers .There is a nice breakfast € 15 .I wish there was a safe in The Room .You don’t need to take a Taxi from The AirPort ( € 75 ) just take The train € 3,80 ABC Line .And lot of ratinge options in The train station .I Love apple cake ,hot dog and Dock at The Asian Place ..So I will be back Thanks .
