The room was nice and roomy, the bed was comfy, but the sofa back was very hard, a couple of throw pillows would help make it feel more comfortable. The breakfast food was good with two options of eggs and meats. In general we liked this hotel and it was a good value. The only irritation was that we had to ask for a coffee maker in the room. The staff was nice and urged us to use the "fancy" coffee maker in the breakfast area. But I prefer to make my own coffee rather than having to go down to the ground floor in my pjs to get coffee to carry back up to the room. Some CEO thinks this is better customer service? It is not.

The room floors were dirty. Pool and jacuzzi closed for the last six months according to staff. Air is set to 73, and doesn’t feel like it really works. It was sad for a Holiday Inn express. They are taking every penny of profit, and putting zero into the hotel for upkeep.
