The pool heater was broken so the pool was cold. There was black mold growing on the walls entering the pool area and the mold could be smelled in the main foyer and first floor hallway. We complained and they washed the walls with bleach, which doesn't kill mold so it just smelled like moldy bleach. We will not stay here again.

Location is good, Breakfast was excellent. Pool was small and water was cloudy, hot tub jets weren't working. Side door didn't always work. Sliding glass doors on shower need to be replaced, they are very awkward and loud. No fan in bathroom. Beds were extremely comfortable, walls are a little thin as we could hear a couple arguing next door. Overall good experience.

There was un repaired water damage on the ceiling. The TV was broken. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. Soda and snack machines were out of order. The shower and room were disgusting. There was dirt and hair in the shower. Pee drips on the side of the toilet. The headboards were peeling and dirty.

Checkin was an hour late because of the power outage and a lack of linen. When we showed up is when we learned the pool and hot tub were shut down. The room marketed for 6 people can fit maybe 4 and a child. The headboards are peeling and look incredibly disgusting. There was not one working vending machine or ice maker in the hotel so we couldn’t even get a drink without leaving the building. The icing on the cake was when we were in the room which we spent a total of one hour in, we noticed a dirty wash cloth in the shower - our family did not shower that evening. It was so bad that we packed up and drove back to Phoenix at 9pm!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub was freezing they said the thermostat was broken. The door was also not working they had to let us in. The pool towels were gone but front desk was awesome and brought us some to use.

The hotel is close to the major freeway. You have access to the awesome Route 66 area with shops and dining. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was one of the best parts. There is some work being done it appears at the hotel in the pool and hot tub area. It did have a bit of a chemical smell but was not too bad. We were on the first floor.

Booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool which was closed for maintenance when we got there. The phone in my room looked like it was part of a crime scene. All the buttons were missing. The head boards were vynal and it was all peeling off. Bed was rock hard. Food was awful at breakfast. Hot food was cold and soggy. I will never book this hotel sgain. Sheets and towels were well warn and very scratchy

We had to change room because ours was dirty and the sofa was full of tape to cover the oldness of the furniture. The elevator floor looked dirty. The staff very friendly and the breakfast food was good.

The power went out. We had no heat or lights for 4 hours. Not offered anything to compensate. Asked to have late check out and they said we could have 30 minutes to an hour even though we had planned to swim during the power outage. We did swim and the pool was GROSS. There were floating balls of hair and the water was a green blue color that was very unsightly. Our room was quite dirty. And we had to be moved rooms because the first one had a toilet that ran and they had no staff to fix it. Used McDonalds cup on the floor by the pull out couch. The 2nd room had carpet coming up. Both rooms had peeling head boards. Wont recommend. Staff was nice and food was nice.

Checked in late (9pm) and Assigned room was not cleaned, which was terrible considering we had a baby with us and were super tired from the drive. Then new assigned room, while it was cleaned it was very dated, to the point that the AC unit covered popped off and hit my leg, leaving a bruise. Front desk was friendly and did what she could, she was kind. The next morning spoke with manager, let’s just say she was not having a great morning and it was barely 8am. I did my best to be super careful and kind but had to share my negative experience. She signed me up for rewards and gave me a a start to put towards other rewards I would earn using the app….. um thanks??? Needless to say this was not the best experience.

The place was nasty. Trash piled up and leaking on the elevator landings, first room we got still had trash in it and something gross smeared all over the curtains, second room they gave us had dirty socks on the floor. We left because we didn’t trust that any further rooms would be clean. Refund was denied even though we didn’t stay because the place was a disaster.

After my 1 year old walked around for 5min on the carpet, his feet were almost black. We kept our shoes on the entire stay while not sleeping. Also, the bathroom floors were sticky upon checking in. Were not complainers so we just roughed it out

Close the the Grand Canyon railroad was the biggest plus. At first the hotel seemed ok. Relatively clean but there was hair on the shower wall, some coffee stains on the bed spread, and a presumably used bindi on the bathroom counter. The beds were hard which I can deal with but pillows were horrible. Then came the noise. We were in the second floor and I feel like I could hear everything happening the third floor rooms above. Our sleep here was miserable and I would not return.

The free breakfast was great. The pool heater was broken, but the kids still had fun swimming and enjoying the Jacuzzi. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable compared to other pull-out beds we have used at other hotels. It was pretty thin and we could feel the springs.

Place was great for a one night stay before driving to the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. One minor complaint is that there were two TV remotes with no explanation as to which to use. Took a while to figure out a second remote was in the room, which was the one to use for viewing different channels, etc.

The hotel was very service oriented and nice people at the front desk. The reason for the rating is the pool was very dirty and needs immediate attention. The parking lot had dead tree limbs and needs to be cleaned up as well. You could hear kids running on the 3rd floor above the room which isn't the hotels. problem however that is why the eco friendliness was rated as such. The Breakfast was good and the area was stocked very well for all guest to partake. We had a rough first night as our A/C did not get below 75 so I asked the front desk to check it out. Ended up replacing the A/C unit. Things like this should be PM checked on a monthly basis not waiting for someone to complain and then fixed.

the staff were very kind and helpful and the place was very clean. The one down side was that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a board with a thin cotton padding. My son slept on the pull out couch and the mattress on that was terrible as well-you could feel each and every individual spring. My son, who sleeps on the floor sometimes and is fine even said the pull out couch was uncomfortable.

Not what we paid for at all. $200 and I asked for a king bed. I got a double queen. The TV doesn’t work we call the front desk. They tried to blame it on weather however they haven’t had weather in over 48 hours. We called our friends that are also here and their TV works fine. We’re still waiting for a new room it’s midnight terrible terrible terrible service not worth the money that we paid.

After checking in and going to our room, we figured out our rooms shower did not work. It would not turn on. We called down to the front desk only to be told that if we wanted to change rooms, they could not give us another room like the one we had. If I wanted as many beds as I had, I would have to pay for another room. They were not willing to accommodate us or even let us use another empty room to shower. Told us to wait until maintenance could look at the shower in the morning. We waited till almost 10:30 the next morning for the shower to be fixed.

This was my 29th wedding anniversary and chose to go to Williams. When we arrived at the hotel, no staff was in the lobby. I tried to ring the bell, but it was broken. My husband and I stood there for a good 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend the front desk. I had chosen a king size bed when made the reservation. When I got to the hotel, my husband and I were given two beds. I told them that I had requested one bed and I pulled up my reservation to show her. She said she could not do anything about it and gave me so much attitude. I will never return to this hotel again. The place also looks outdated. The staff was not friendly at all.

John, the night manager greeted us with a smile upon arrival at 10:30pm on a Friday. He was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. His customer service skills were exemplary. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. There were a couple of cleanliness issues that I discussed with the morning front desk representative. Overall I give this a hotel a 5 star rating. It was an enjoyable stay and the customer service was excellent.

Called the night before and asked about early check in , the lady said if ther wher rooms available that it would be fine . When we got ther the lady (manager? I’m not sure) was in a very bad mood and was scuffing at us when we explained our situation .

Evening staff was friendly. Morning staff seemed more concerned about hanging out with friends and family and not taking care of guest. Took the family down to eat breakfast a good hour before they closed. The pancake machine was empty. Took them 30 minutes to put more mixture in it. No regular coffee. No forks. Every table was in a mess.
