Staff professional and friendly. The entire facility was very clean and well kept. More than ample parking. Although the room was smaller than expected, (had to open the door to the room with caution in case someone was going in or out of the bathroom) it was very clean and had all of the expected amenities. Wish I’d brought my ROKU.

First, let me say that Hotels.com are liars. When I booked my trip the site stated that the price I see is the price I will pay. However, that was not quite true. $33 in taxes were added to my bill. Price you see is price you pay means all taxes and fees are included. Not true. Second, the hotel is relatively new and generally in good condition. However, there are stains on the carpet in the hallway on second floor and the caulking around my shower was absolutely gross. Moldy and discolored. Some people probably would not mind but to me it is gross and a sure sign that no one is keeping tabs on the maintenance that the hotel needs. The room doors are closed magnetically and are very loud when they close without being held by someone. Annoying early in the morning and late at night.

Our room 225 looked like a partial update was performed. The bathroom was sketchy, the grout needs deep cleaning, the glass doors are rusting and look very dirty, the calk is done poorly, way to much, and they just go over the old icky stuff instead of cutting it out and putting down news little disappointed for a Marriott member experience

Nice, pleasant hotel that was convenient to restaurants, shopping and area attractions. The carpet in the dining area needs to be replaced if it can't be cleaned. Same with the fabric on the booths in the dining area. Our shower needed to be cleaned better. There was a lot of the pink bacteria on the walls of the shower. A simple scrub brush would have taken care of it. I used a washcloth to scrub most of it off. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable, but they bed skirts look worn and tired. I would still stay here again. They were one of the more expensive hotels and given it needs some updating they might consider a price drop.

Steffes, courteous, and friendly. What I did not like was the blankets and the comforter on the bed were extremely thin. I had to ask for two extra blankets just to feel like I had any at all. Televisions response time on the remote is extremely slow and at first they thought they didn’t work but you have to push a button and then wait several seconds for it to respond which made it frustrating to even change channels. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable with a thin mattress, but most sofa beds are. The breakfast was nice, many choices, and will maintained. As most hotels go, they can always use a little updating, but it was in decent condition and we would probably stay there again. Surrounded by places to eat, grocery store across the street convenient to gas stations and stores.

This hotel is very nice! There are tons of dining options close by. It was a safe area and we felt comfortable leaving items in our car top carrier overnight. The beds were comfortable, the room was very spacious! The Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again on our way home from Florida! It’s also close to Buc-ee’s haha!

I've been staying at the Fairfield for 6 years, 2 or 3 times a year averaging 3-4 nights each trip. Rooms have always been clean and very comfortable. This time on my second day there, I stopped the cleaning crew in the hall and asked that they empty the trash, leave fresh towels, toilet paper and Kleenex's. Came back to my room 5 hours later and nothing had been done. Went to the front desk to let them know and one of the night personnel on duty brought the needed items to my room. And said he'd have them come the next day, which they did, but emptied only one of the trash cans and both had been overflowing. And this may sound petty to some but the bottom rails of the shower seemed to have either mold or mildew on it. I love the Fairfield Inn and the location it's in, but I may look at other hotels for my trip in May.
