Independent check-in system is complicated by a machine that doesn’t always grasp your passport info correctly. Fortunately I speak and read Spanish so I was able to follow directions but it didn’t seem to have other language options. Fellow hotel guests came out to tell us they found the set up complicated. I went solo this week, you cant beat the location for the price. Overall it was great for two nights.

It was so great, the shops were next to the hotel and the metro was also next to the hotel. The bed was comfortable but the TV didn't work at all The bedroom was spacious.

The location of the property is excellent the room very spacious Difficult to find I wondered around the square until a local lady helped me as she had seen me looking lost . Check in is straight forwarded however it is not representative of a boutique hotel there is no reception no services which you would expect in a boutique hotel The room is minimalistic needs few more touches to make it feel like you were in a hotel
