We were upgraded to the master suite from the mini suite and the room was huge. There were only 2 downsides to having that room, one was that it was up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator and the second was a window by the bed that didnt have a blackout shade. The balcony was nice and the jacuzzi was amazing. The room was very quiet and extremely spacious. Fireplace, 2 loveseats, 2 coushioned chairs, desk with a wooden chair, microwave & mini fridge with a sink nearby, and a bathroom that you could more than just trun around in. We even got room service! The bed was made, fresh towels, and the trash was taken out and we only stayed 2 nights.

We chose this property because of its German charm. Also the restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed and up for sale. No breakfast option on site. We went a short distance and ate our meals at Myrtie Mae’s. The pool was fabulous! Worth the whole stay. Very clean and staff was very nice.

The property was quaint and a bit shabby chic with the outdated room decor but it fit with the Eureka Springs ultra “Old” design and architecture. It felt like stepping back in time. The room was spotlessly clean and amenities were available in the bathrooms. Refrigerator and coffee pot were available in rooms. The sheets were a bit rough and the pillows were really firm for me but the sheets were pressed and tightly fitted to the bed, pillows were neatly placed to match the tidy qualities of the room. The air conditioning was great if you like to sleep cold. I did notice that the shrubs outside the rooms were partially dead from the freeze this past winter and needed cutting back. It would have helped to make the initial impression more appealing. The pool was unexpectedly closed for repairs. The connecting restaurant completed the feeling of stepping back into time. We sat at the bar and then took desert back to the room. We enjoyed visiting with the bartender and chef/owner. They were personal and provided great unpretentious service. Just ask and they were happy to oblige. All and all, while the accommodations were not modernly styled or luxurious, the stay met our basic needs and fit the Eureka charm for an inexpensive weekend getaway.

It’s like the Golden Girls and Cottage Core had a baby & the baby was a hotel. Cute and comfortable but slightly dated but yet all in good shape- feels kinda like your staying at your grandma’s hotel. Like a hug of a hotel room. Super clean & great front office people. Easy, fast check in. Smallish pool but still nice. Fantastic tub. Would stay again!

The rooms were spotless and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were also quite large. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff was able to accommodate my celiac diet. We left some items in the room and the front desk called us to let us know and arranged to send the items to us. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is amazing! The lady at the front was very pleasant when I checked in. The room was much bigger than I expected it to be. This place is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in for sure, the bathroom was spotless! The jacuzzi tub and fireplace were unexpected amenities that we got a lot of use out of. We will definitely stay here again!

The restaurant is closed until further notice, we saw 2 brown recluse on two separate nights, and their was some kind of brown substance on the bottom of the toilets. The staff stopped twice to clean and left the dead spiders both times. When we eventually checked out a night early after seeing another spider we were told "That's just what it's like in the country. The spiders must like you." They then refused to reimburse us for our last night. Even though I offered to show them all of the things I mentioned. Would not recommend.

This was our first visit to Eureka Springs and we loved it. We enjoyed our stay at the Bavarian Inn. It is a "older" place, but VERY clean and comfortable. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was huge and loved the balcony overlooking the pines. The best part of our stay was the Staff (cannot recall her name). She was friendly and very helpful and accommodating.

The staff at this property are very nice and couldn't be more accommodating. While the room was spacious and clean, it was a bit dated, with a tiny fridge and no microwave. We sure could have used both of those on our 3 day stay. One of our lamps didn't work. The biggest disappointment was that the restaurant was closed, which was not mentioned at the time of our booking. That was the main reason for our stay. The restaurant is/was the most unique and wonderful restaurant in Eureka. It's closure made the property look nearly abandoned. We will more than likely look for another property on our next visit, sadly.

The room was very large and very comfortable. We made great use of the large Jacuzzi tub. The air conditioner kept it cool. We had no need of the fireplace, but plan to use it when we return in cooler times.

The ladies that run the Inn are very sweet and hospitable. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we needed. We accidently left out daughter's jacket and they called right away to let us know and held it at the desk so we could come back and get it. I've left things before and just lost them so this was greatly appreciated. Wonderful stay!

Lovely room with a view of the trees! The woman at check in was so pleasant and helpful with dinner suggestions. A different woman at check out was just as pleasant. We will go to Eureka Springs again and will definitely stay there again!

I would highly recommend the Bavarian Inn Lodge. Beautiful, spacious and clean suit. Jane, the manager was very accommodating and made me feel like at home. I will definitely be back!!!

This was our first time in Eureka Springs and I will definitely stay again at the Bavarian Inn. We stayed in a mini suite and it was very clean. I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness in motels, and I had absolutely no complaints. The area is perfect imo because its not right in the busy part of town so at night when you want some peace and quiet, you can get it. The trolley stops right in front of the Inn so you can take advantage of the trolley and not mess with parking your car downtown. We didnt get to eat at the german restaurant next door because its closed on Tuesday & Wednesday (learn from my mistake lol), but next time we will be sure to book on days of the week in which we can eat there too. The staff was super friendly and available although I had no problems so didnt require assistance beyond the usual checking in/out. We also loved the little balcony on the back side of our room. Nice spot to drink your morning coffee and listen to the birds in the woods right behind the motel.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The restaurant is located next to the hotel and offers authentic German cuisine. The hotel is located a short drive to the historic district of Eureka Springs, and convenient to other activities. Our dealings with the staff were always pleasant and courteous, and they were very helpful.

Small hotel but rooms were very spacious. Normally I like to stay within walking distance of downtown, but once we discovered the trolley service just down the road, we will likely stay here again. The restaurant wasn't open yet but we discovered a few places close by that we'd never tried before. Our room was charming and we felt completely safe. Very, very quiet too. It was too cold to enjoy the balcony, maybe next time.

The rooms were spotless and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were also quite large. The restaurant food was excellent and the staff was able to accommodate my celiac diet. We left some items in the room and the front desk called us to let us know and arranged to send the items to us. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this property because of its German charm. Also the restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed and up for sale. No breakfast option on site. We went a short distance and ate our meals at Myrtie Mae’s. The pool was fabulous! Worth the whole stay. Very clean and staff was very nice.

The staff at this property are very nice and couldn't be more accommodating. While the room was spacious and clean, it was a bit dated, with a tiny fridge and no microwave. We sure could have used both of those on our 3 day stay. One of our lamps didn't work. The biggest disappointment was that the restaurant was closed, which was not mentioned at the time of our booking. That was the main reason for our stay. The restaurant is/was the most unique and wonderful restaurant in Eureka. It's closure made the property look nearly abandoned. We will more than likely look for another property on our next visit, sadly.

This place was amazing! Pretty pool, beautiful grounds, eclectic retro place! The front desk lady was so sweet and easy check in! Only thing I was sad about was the restaurant is closed. She said they’re selling it but you’d never know it by how well the room is maintained and friendly the lady was. This place is amazing
