Our room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was great and the staff put out complementary lunch bags, which was very much appreciated. The only real complaint was that the hot tub was not hot enough.. Everything else was great and there was ample parking.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was handy. The amenities were great. Electric Vehicle charger was marked for electric vehicles only ( this is not always true). The gym equipment was well maintained and the pelaton bike was hooked up to the internet.

2nd time here in the past 6 months. Love this hotel. Very clean rooms and main areas, great breakfast options, friendly staff. I wish the pool was a smidge warmer. Last time we stayed it was cooler too. My husband, myself and kids had a hard time adjusting to it. Overall an excellent hotel and will definitely choose this place if we ever need to stay in the cities. We need more hotels managed like this place. Well done!

We had a great stay! Clean room, pool and hot tub and a great hot continental breakfast!! A Lyft to downtown Minneapolis is very reasonable, $15-18, for nights we wanted to go out. Good safe parking here also. We got there a little earlier than check in time and they were very accommodating and had a room ready. We definitely will stay here again when visiting Minneapolis!

The parking lot really filled up later in the evening. I am glad we got there by 5:30 as there were little no spaces remaining later in the evening.

We really appreciated the customer service and cleanliness of the room. Out flight was delayed and they let us check in late, we’re overall very accommodating. There was a strange little ottoman in front of the bed that I suggest getting rid of, as it’s a tripping hazard. Would stay again.

My husband and I were in Minneapolis for a wedding and our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was great. It was situated perfectly for our needs. After being on the road all day, I was relieved to have an efficient check-in. We had skipped lunch, so we headed to the lobby snack shop, expecting to pay a small fortune for a snack to hold us over until dinner. What a surprise to find complimentary bottled water, and a variety of trail mixes. Voilà, lunch for only $9! Other pros: breakfast was plentiful and tasty; the air conditioning was cold and not too noisy; the bathroom was spacious; and the bathroom had a shower instead of a tub/shower combo! My only criticism about this property is the uncomfortable mattress! My husband and I both felt like we’d slept on the floor after just one night on this mattress.

Booked a 2 bed queen suite. Checked in went to room and it was regular 2 queen room. Went back to check in and asked why I didn’t get the room I reserve and was told that someone overstayed and they didn’t have a 2 queen suite for me. There was no apology or even offer for anything because the room I booked and paid for cost more than the room I got. Reached out to Expedia and hotel told them a different story on why they didn’t have the room I booked. I would not have been so upset if they had told me when I was checking in and offered some type of compensation for the difference in the price. All I got from the staff is this is what we have and can’t refund the money

We were sitting in the shared space in the lobby. There was a group of about 15 of us which included our 13 year-old kids. Then, a soccer team and all of their parents and coaches came into the shared space. With screaming children running around uncontrolled. The parents were drinking. The coach of the team had organized games for the children and was walking around blowing a whistle. It was chaos. They refused to control their children. They refuse to quiet down or stop blowing the whistle. The night manager was aware of everything going on. He refused to do anything about it. I don’t know if he was afraid of the parents of these children. The manager came up to our table and asked us to calm our children down. We told them they weren’t our children. But he refused to say anything to anyone else.

The hotel itself is fairly dated inside and could use an update. It had snowed and then snowed again and the parking lot was never cleared well or de-iced at all, including right in front of the parking door to the hotel. The continental breakfast was pretty terrible. The meat serving was only cooked well enough on Saturday when it was some sort of polish sausage or kielbasa the rest of the days it was grossly undercooked. Most of the other choices were just mediocre at best and not good enough quality. The front desk manager Heather was very helpful though when it came to concerns or needs.
