We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and neat. It was convenient there was an area in the back to walk our dogs for their bathroom breaks and there was even doggie bags and trash cans. The breakfast bar was generally well stocked and with a variety of items. One morning the coffee ran out and our last day, Monday there were some out of stock items such as eggs (Likely due to the weekend waiting for re-stock.)

Requested a high floor, got floor 2 with a view of the generator. Staff was pretty ambivalent and the hallway carpet was coming up outside our door. Room was clean, pool was clean. Breakfast was better than average.

Great, safe location. It was 20 minutes from everywhere our family was headed - downtown Minneapolis, downtown St. Paul, Mall of America, etc. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great - although a little redundant after a while. One lady that worked M-F always made sure the breakfast area was stocked and clean and went above and beyond. Grateful for her! We stayed for 7 nights here. We would have rated the hotel higher but our room was only serviced once during our stay - only towels and trash were changed. Our beds were never made, carpet never vacuumed or refreshed. We even asked on two different days and our request was never granted on those days. The pool was open when we first arrived but apparently had issues at the end of our stay - so our family wasn’t able to utilize it at the end of our stay which was disappointing.

The room was very spacious and clean. It feels like a brand new hotel. The hot tub was under maintenance, that’s our only complaint. There are nice outdoor spaces with tables and couches which we appreciate.

While the room on the surface was nice, the room was not clean. There were crumb in the nightstand, dried liquids on the table and end table and hairs in the shower. I won’t stay at this particular hotel again

Appearance wise the room was big and spacious for my family of 6. It looked clean but the room had a stinky urine smell that seemed to be coming from the carpet. Maybe a pet let loose on it. I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel which is okay. All the animals that i came across were well behaved. I think it would be nice to have floors for families with pets and then a floor for families without pets. Breakfast was decent but the same each day. The only thing that changed was bacon or sausage. Pool area was nice and clean. Beds were soft and comfy. I was there for five nights and I had room service knock at the door 3 of those 5 days which is cool. The hotel overall looked clean and well put together. The washer and dryer came in handy multiple times during our stay.

This property is dated and needs some attention. I didn’t feel like I was staying at a Hilton hotel. The shower curtain was filthy, the room had an unpleasant odor, towels were worn and overall it wasn’t the cleanest. The breakfast isn’t that great. The juice was awful. The staff were very pleasant. Sarah was amazing. I wouldn’t stay there again. It tarnishes the Hilton brand.

Great location for our visit Rooms are great. House keeping poor. We were there 5 nights and they only checked our room once for supplies and take out waste baskets Great coffee in Lobby and excellent front desk service We have stayed at this hotel over 10 nights in the last couple of trips to Minnetonka

Staff was friendly, while we only stayed one night, the room would have been great for an extended stay, with the full size fridge/kitchenette area. The breakfast was more than adequate. The original reason we selected this property was for it's proximity to the nearby surgical center, but I would recommend it for anyone that needed to stay in this area. The only drawback, there were no eating establishments within walking distance.

Pros: Size of the room was nice. Cons: It is next to a highway so there was traffic noise throughout the night. Room smelled a little funky but the sheets smelled amazing! Breakfast buffet was not that great.

We love this property! There is only one thing I would like to see that’s not available: it would be really nice to be able to stream from Amazon, Netflix, paramount, etc in our room. They have cable- but unfortunately not much to watch other than news, infomercials and sports. Just a recommendation for the future- we have recommended this hotel to friends and they have all been impressed. Thank you for a great visit!

Room was extremely dated. Heater blew cold air and had to constantly be reset. A great inconvenience when it is -10° outside. The auto shade was broken. No way to let any natural light in the room.Intake vent in room covered with duct tape and unsightly. Knob to turn on shower just spun and had to be in just the right position for water to come out. I could have gotten a comparable room in the area for the same price but in much nicer condition.

Room still wasnt ready at 4pm. We came back later and for the inconvenience were given bottled water. The elevator broke so we had to climb four floors of stairs. Room amenities were basic.

Couldn't get our TV to hook to the Wifi, had to go to front desk multiple times and still didn't get correct (only solution was to move rooms after already unpacking). Ice machine on our floor was broken, would have been nice to have been told that when checking in. So many of the doors, our groups keys wouldn't work at, mobile keys continually wouldn't work. Would have been nice if laundry facility had credit card use or it was mentioned that they were coin op. The QR code to scan in the room really didn't give much info, like delivery of food, hotel ammenity stuff - like coin op[ laundry, etc. Cushions for outdoor patio sets were not on when we arrived, had to ask for them and it took quite awhile (like the next evening)

Matt the general manager was absolutely the best! He was there both days of our stay and from check in to check out, he made our stay extremely enjoyable. He helped us with restaurant directions and took time to chat with us even though he was busy with other things. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable which is hard to find for me as I have back issues. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again when in the area .

Great check-in process and friendly front desk personnel. The Sunday morning breakfast staff was not very fast at all. It seemed like she didn't know where anything was or what to do. People were waiting for a long time for food. There was no apology or sense of urgency on her part. The room was fantastic for our family. It was nice and spacious.

I have stayed at a few home2suites. and really have no complaints. If I had to be nicpicky I would say breakfast selection was a weak point. It was still good just not a selection. no meat option that i saw(bacon,sausage ect.)

The accommodations at this hotel were great! Clean, spacious room with friendly helpful staff. Would highly recommend this location. The only negative would be the lack of staff at the breakfast area on the weekend. They were not equipped to take care of the busy weekend crowd.
