Cheap hotel for sleep and a shower when passing thru. Or on a construction job. Lots of those guys. We got in at 2am so not sure how loud it got, but the trash was full of beer cans.

The most important part was a clean room, which this absolutely was. Made it surprising to see the piles of garbage bags next to each staircase. Not sure what that was about. It was alarming to see and I was dreading seeing my room based on the state of the property. The room was actually clean and excellent. But under each staircase it looked like waste management was a few months overdue. Definitely weird, unsanitary and not at all something to make me want to book in the futuee

This is a very dated property with repairs needed. The ice machine was not working. There was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. The floors were filthy grimy. The Mexican cuisine restaurant attached was very good.

Red Roof Inn has been in better condition than now, the dog areas are unsafe because of contamination & unsanitary because of the feces & dead dove, there is no pool (advertised) they hide the coffee creamer & the coffee pots are always empty. Front desk staff during the daytime is on their phones not working & the housekeeping staff is not paid enough & overworked. The laundress is lazy, sitting around telling housekeepers to do her work. They advertise pets stay free then charge for pets. whatever company bought this location is lazy. They desperately need recycling on premises in addition to regular trash collection as the trash is regularly overflowing & then blown all over the property by even a little wind. Short story it’s disgusting.

The accommodations were not what we expected, we reserved a room with 2 queen beds but the room only had one queen and a pull out sofa. The search said that the hotel had a pool also but it did not.

Dirty, killed 2 spiders 1 with the manager there, cobwebs on the cieling , dirty comforter, manager brought back a new one, would rack falling off the wall, lamp shade splattered with dried pop .no washclothes untill asked for, bathroom door scratched up (bad) from someones pet, paint flaking..etc.etc.

Trash piles on every staircase, rooms that reek of cigarettes (had to get a new room that still stunk just slightly less). Dirty bathroom, stains and hair everywhere, moldy shower curtain. No mini fridge or microwave. One good thing was the bed sheets were clean

There are microwaves and mini fridge in pictures and listed in what was included but not actually in rooms. One room the door didn’t latch so I had to get a new room. The rooms seemed to be “half- assed cleaned, the floor wasn’t swept and bathtubs were not cleaned out, and the bedding on one of the two beds was not clean/ changed. I think the housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. The front desk staff were great and very understanding and accommodating. They were very nice and welcoming and easy to talk to.

No one at the front desk for almost 45 minutes when we arrived. Multiple people trying to check-in & called a phone number from a sign on the counter. Someone finally showed up & made excuses. Didn't explain the $100 "hold" on cc. Room was dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Towels smelled.

It was inexpensive but I think that no matter what, it should be clean. I think the cleaners changed the sheets but completely forgot about the bathroom. There was a whole ring of whiskers in the sink from where someone shaved and cleaned their razor off in a sink full of water. When they opened the drain plug and let the water out, the whiskers stuck to the sink. That was all there - not just a couple of whiskers. There was piss on the toilet and pubes in the tub. Disgusting! They should have a quality control list for housekeeping to check off and ensure everything was done before the next guest checks in.

White Shower curtain was brown/yellow at the bottom 😳 Hair in the shower. Numerous flies…and this was October, which likely means the room hadn’t been used/aired out for a while. No shampoo provided. Room in disrepair.

Overall a good experience. Compared to the Hometown studios in Lakewood, this motel felt much cleaner and secure. This property was attached to a restaurant and was across from a gas station, making the location convenient. Unfortunately, the room did not have anything to prepare or store food such as microwave, stove or fridge. The security latch also seemed to be broken off or removed. However, the handle lock seemed to work fine. I was also reluctant to pay for a security deposit, as I hadn’t been expecting that. However, they did return it to me a couple days later. Overall, a better hotel experience than in Lakewood. Good price for 2 queens, WiFi and a TV which would have been perfect but I was really hoping for methods of food prep and storage, but I would trade this for greater security any day.

Hotel is located very close to I-70 off ramp. The room itself was fine, lots of space. Bed was comfortable. Shower was pretty good, too. The property from the outside doesn’t look too inviting. Dogs in other rooms nearby barked a lot and I heard it due to thin walls. Did not visit the Mexican restaurant which is attached.

The room was a typical room. Pretty clean. It was however very loud. The air conditioner was malfunctioning and would turn on and off throughout the night and beep. Add the traffic outside and weird plumbing noises, it made it very difficult to sleep.

Room was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet, so we were given another. That one was clean but was not a 2 queen bedroom. We were given a third that was clean, had the 2 queens, but had big gashes in the drywall. We took it because we were roadtripping and were tired, but I neatly just went to another hotel. Gal at front desk was very, very helpful, but dressed in dirty sweats. I'm a single mom with 2 kids and I just really hoped we'd be ok. Sketchy property and people sitting on the ground outside drinking.

Definitely a gritty experience. Motel room on first floor was load with people speaking outside. Mattress was so depressed on one side two people could not sleep in the bed. One of the beds had a stained sheet, probably clean, but stained for sure. The shower faucet was leaking loudly enough that we needed to shut the bathroom door. Mostly clean except the floor wasn't clean enough to walk on it barefoot. One wall was damaged, mostly chipped paint. Plenty of hot water.

This is a dated property with some sketchy characters spending the night(s). My room was unlocked upon check-in and the interior door handle fell off the first time that I used it. The gentleman at the front desk was very good at resolving the issue. There is an excellent family restaurant (Mexican) attached to the hotel. The hotel is good for a late check-in and early departure for the distance traveler.

Two adults and a child stayed in a two queen bed room. I asked for another set of towels and washcloths as only two were provided in the room. I was told management prefers not to provide another set, but to bring the used towels to the desk for a fresh set. We went to Walmart and bought a towel and washcloth. The door card was not properly programmed, had to have it redone. Door fitment was poor and difficult to open/close. List of room linens at the front desk had prices that you would be charged if anything was missing, up to and including mattresses. $100 credit card deposit required. Room very small for a double. Walk in shower soaked the entire floor with only one floor towel available. Ice machine not working. There was a partial roll of TP in the bathroom, we had to track down staff for another. Trash receptacle outside the room area was completely filled and overflowing within 8 hours of arrival. Still in same condition when we left two days later. Drama outside in the parking lot at night with guests coming and going. This place is one step above sleeping on the streets and many of the guests reflected that. There were a few travelers that weren’t locals. We won’t be back to this property. We made the mistake of staying here for three days because it was inexpensive, to attend an event. We left mid day after the second night for home, as the event ended early. Don’t stay here if you want even a basic, safe and friendly environment.

When we arrived at 8:30pm for check in, the staff informed us that we wouldn’t be able to get into the room for 2 hours. We had our two small children with us and were given no notice and no other option. We did get a refund, but they seem understaffed and everything was in rough shape to begin with.

Booked this nearly two months ago. Showed up at 11pm and the front desk said that they had my reservation but they had booked someone else in my room and had no more vacancies. They told me that they had called me to tell me this but I did not receive a call and they were unable to show me the call record on their end so I have to assume they were lying. They weren’t very concerned about my situation and said to seek a refund through Expedia. Awful establishment and awful staff. Very disappointed that a place like this will continue to get business while also treating customers like this. Never been turned away from something I RESERVED months in advance and already paid for. Seemed like theft. Couldn’t give this place a worse review.

Informed the front desk just after check in that the toilet was broken. Had to reach into the toilet to flush each time. Nothing was done to fix the problem. Contacted the front desk at checkout to receive some sort of compensation for the in convenience, was told that i would be contacted by management by close of business Monday ,October 6 2025. Still no contact. I have call multiple times with no answer the phone.

I booked and prepaid more than three months in advance for an accessible deluxe room with two queen beds and a roll-in shower. I arrived around 11 p.m. only to be told that no such room was available. Instead, I was offered a room upstairs in a building without an elevator — completely inaccessible — and when I asked for alternatives, the manager refused both a refund and a walk to another hotel with an accessible room. As a reasonable guest, I expected to receive the room I paid for, especially one with accessibility features. Didn’t feel safe here. It's in a sketchy area. There was trash all over the property, smelled like cigarettes everywhere including the room, dirty sheets, dirty towels. Loud music playing from 2-4am. Would not stay here again even if it was the only option, I would rather sleep in my car.

The room was exactly as pictured on the website; it was attractive and comfortable. The floating wooden floor was pet friendly and warm to walk on despite the winter chill outside. The floor was a bonus, as I felt it was cleaner than the usual hotel rug. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff obviously takes pride in their work. The location is convenient right off an interstate, with easy parking in a safe, well-lit area, but it is not for those who expect a high-end landscaping and nearby shops. A restaurant on-site, but we didn't try it as we were visiting family.

The Mexican restaurant that is in the same building as the check-in is the best their margaritas are on point food is awesome. I ate there three times and the margaritas were convenient and I just walked to my room.
