3rd stay in 5 months. This time brought family looking forward to the pool. Arrived April 1 looked at pool, it was good. Afternoon April 2 went to pool to swim, but it was closed and drained. Something about guest sick in the pool that AM so they drained it for the health dept? Don’t they chem treat for this? Saddened, we could have stayed at cheaper place without a pool, went to front desk asked for manager, requested room discount. No can do she said since third party reservation. First I have heard of that since the receipt was from Hampton Inn so I assume my money went to Hampton inn. Mgr said would credit my HH account 10,000 points. I don’t know if this was done or the value of it. Also AM April 2 we went to breakfast 9:30AM. Food mostly gone.

Usually try to stay at Hampton Inn because they are clean, well run and the accompanying breakfast is a perk. I have to say the breakfast was mediocre and I tried to use the ice machine on our floor and it was out of surface. Why have ice buckets ready if you don’t have ice available?

Our family stayed here on our way through town. The hotel staff was friendly and our accommodations were nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. One of the elevators was broken during our stay, but the wait to use the working one wasn't long. They had a nice complimentary breakfast as well. There was a train right next to the hotel and I feared it would be loud, but it was very quiet in our room. No complaints, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here before and was very pleased . This time I was a little bit disappointed...sheets were rumpled looked as if they were slept on. There was no bath mat in the bathroom. You had to go downstairs and ask for one..terrible! Also there was a black colored mold all over the mirrors edging in the bathroom. Not sure if I will stay there again

Very DIRTY. The floors/carpet in the room was wet and sticky and smelled like feet. We requested to move to another room which they accommodated. The second room was a little better and wasn’t wet, but the carpet still had a sticky feel to it. We stayed for 3 nights and were supposed to get towels and amenities refreshed. They removed the dirty towels but didn’t give new ones, didn’t restock the toilet paper which was empty, and didn’t fill the empty soap/lotion dispensers. Floors in the halls by the escalator are constantly wet from pool-goers. Breakfast was the most scarce and lacking out of every hotel I have ever been to. I would never stay here again.

Even though asked for housekeeping, never had it in three days. Corridors on our floor was never vacuumed in that time. Women's room across from dining room not maintained, no paper products. Morning staff at desk was very pleasant and helpful.

No room service in 4 day stay! Had to get new towels daily, shower gel and conditioner ran out, no full garbage cans. We called the front desk that said no housekeepers were there!!!!?!???? Not to put dirty towels outside our room. Looked Like all other rooms just put them in the hall. For the cost and no housekeeping staying at motor hotel would have been much cheaper and a cleaner room! Front desk said th manager would call us and we gave them our phone, but no one ever called.

The one thing we liked was that it was conveniently located for what we intended to do. But the negatives far outweighed the positives. First, the floors in our room (especially the carpet) was filthy, as evidenced by the black footprints from our feet in the shower and stray hairs of a length and color different than ours. Second, the servicing of the room was infrequent and when it was done, the service was incomplete -- supplies that one would expect (e.g. in-room coffeee supplies) were not replenished. Third, two of the four days when we went to breakfast at about 7:00 a.m. there was no coffee in the breakfast room! The urns should be monitored to ensure a suitable supply. The last day, we simply gave up after waiting a good 20 minutes for the urn to be refilled. Finally, almost every hotel of this supposed caliber has free wifi. But to get "free" wifi at the Hampton Inn, one had to sign up for the Hilton "Honors" program, which after a certain period (I think 7 days) turned into a payment of some kind. Unthinkable in these times. Needless to say, we will not stay there again.

We spent one night here. Check in and check out were very easy. All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Only con I would say was that the bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a while. Perhaps nobody had spent time in the room we were in for some time, so the bed had been made and left for a week or so, but I bought Febreeze to spray on it. If you don’t have a super sensitive nose like me, then it won’t bother you (my son never noticed!) Other than that, we had a good stay and would recommend.

The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room had a pink light over the mirror. It was almost impossible to see at night and not possible to put on makeup. That needs to be changed. The room was nice and spacious. It would have been nice to have more than the two paper coffee cups. Maybe two plastic disposable cups for cold beverages.

The hotel is next to a Lowe's and a Sam's Club. The woman who checked me in was lovely. I found the mattress to be very uncomfortable. The bathroom mirror and the tables in the room showed a lot of wear. I was unable to block all light coming into the room because the blackout curtains stopped on either side of a central window that was covered with flimsy blinds and a sheer curtain. The floodlights from the Sam's Club parking lot plus the terrible mattress equalled a terrible night's sleep. There were red spots (blood?) on the soap dish and tissue box cover. Breakfast contained the usual hot and cold options. I didn't see anyone at the reception desk when I left around 8am.

When we checked in their system was down and they were unable to make keys, so they told us that as soon as it came back up they would deliver them to our room. Hours later they had still not delivered anything. Upon finally walking down to ask again for keys they seemed surprised by our request, and then made keys. In addition, the hotel didn’t have the correct reservation information, and instead of offering to reach out to Hotels.com to clear up the issue they told us to figure it out ourselves and insisted on having us pay for a night that we had already paid for through hotels.com. They actually beat on our door, and entered before we were able to respond, telling us that we needed to check out. Upon showing them our confirmation from Hotels.com that proved we had the correct information and they didn’t, they still told us that we could either pay again for the night we had paid for already through hotels.com or get out. They could not have been less accommodating or helpful. Even after showing the confirmation and receipt of payment. No way I’ll ever stay here again.

My stay was 5/29 to 5/31. I had an accident & chkd in by phone on 5/29, when I left the ER. Female clerk said a relative could use my room, and I could have the room the 2nd night.A male clerk at 10pm denied this, said I was a "no show" and wouldn't allow me to access the 2nd night of my stay. I never was allowed to use my reservation. My original receipt lists the dates 5/29 to 5/31. I think I should be refunded the 2nd night I was denied.

Check in was quick and easy, and they let us check in before the regular time. The room was great--very clean with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable--great bed linens and pillows. There was no fan in the bathroom, but there was pretty good ventilation because showers didn't create too much steam. Good location for restaurants and necessary shopping. Close to the highway for easy off and on. All in all, a great stay. We will definitely book here for future trips to Baltimore.

Was told credit card was declined for the incidental charges, it was not. The clerk then charged it again. I can back in a few moments once I was notified by the credit card company that the card was charged twice, she said it was only charged once. I now have to deal with the credit card company and determine if indeed the card was charged twice and then dispute it.

Great front desk service. That's what I'll remember about this trip. Bill was not just friendly, but he seemed to care about our stay and made some great recommendations. They also hooked us up with a much-needed toothpaste sample for free.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit the area. The shower didn’t work in one of our rooms this time and the breakfast staff was not friendly, but the front desk staff was wonderful and the shower issue was taken care of by allowing us to shower in another room immediately.

Breakfast was included in the rate however it was not offered on the first morning because “the person in charge did not show up”. No voucher or even a small symbolic discount was offered at checkout. A small goodwill gesture would have gone a long way but unfortunately this was not the case. Disappointing. Will choose a different hotel for our next stay.

Convenient location and A+ service. But the hotel breakfast was the worst I’ve had in years. Limited healthy options, bagels so tough you could just about slicecrhem with a hacksaw. And the coffee- other guests kvetshed about it and I had to dump my cup because it was so acidic.
