Fantastic stay for reasonable price. The location of the property was excellent for access to the metro and local Insadong area. Walkable to one of the main palaces and other tourist attractions. The metro is a five minute walk from the hotel so it’s easy to get to other areas. The hotel room is small but well fitted out. We really appreciated the fridge and washing machine and the staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful. There is hot water in the foyer but the chap at reception noticed we liked tea and gave us a kettle for our room. We liked the fact that the room wasn’t cleaned every day and that they asked us if/when we wanted the bedding changed - far more environmentally friendly! Towels were readily available in reception as was water and toilet rolls. Best of all worlds in our view. We had a twin room very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Great location, great facilities, friendly staff and great value for money. Would definitely stay there again

Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly, room has shower, hot water, full size fridge, countertop, washing machine and hair dryer. What makes this hotel stand apart is location. Close to several cafes, restaurants, bus stops, metros and shopping areas as well as a less than 20 minute walk from palaces. This was my second time staying here and I would stay again.

Had a great two-week stay. The proprietors were lovely and so helpful. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to have a clothes washer in the room, and there was a dryer on the main floor for a small charge of W5,000 (about US$4). Bottled water was provided daily. Location is so good. Very short walk to Jongno 3-ga subway station, where you can get the 1,3 and 5 lines. Area is vibrant, especially in the evenings, but the noise doesn't reach the hotel. Slept great every night once the jet lag wore off.

Extremely convenient to subway lines 3 and 5 and short walk to bus stations. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Room had small cooktop to do some light cooking if you prefer to dine indoors, but with the assortment of dining options we didn't use it. Room has a laundry machine also which was a nice touch.

床が絨毯でないのが清潔感があってよかった。連泊したがゴミも外に出しておいたらOKで部屋に入ってこられることがないので自分の部屋のように過ごせた。ミネラルウォーターが必要な分だけ自分で持って行けるのが助かりました。

Really lovely staff. However, I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and they do not change the bedding. 8 consecutive nights is completely unacceptable. Otherwise, the hotel is fine for price.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff speak English and are very knowledgeable about the area and are willing to go above and beyond to help you and make your stay better. My room had full size fridge, washer and counter top. Bathrooms were good, had hot water, amenities, rooms are about the size of your typical NYC hotel room. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Staff was lovely. When I arrived I did not have any towels, they gave me some the next day. There is a kitchen but you have to pay to use kitchen utensils. The washing machine did not work. Wifi worked really well though.

Läget var fantastiskt och rummet hade allt man behöver. Dessutom så var alla som jobbade där jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Temperaturen på duschen växlade lite och det blev ganska fuktigt i rummet men utöver det så hade vi en jättebra vistelse.

1月に泊まりました。部屋は最低限の設備ですが、清潔で問題なく使用できました。強いて言えば、シャワーにカーテンがないのでトイレの便座まで濡れるのと、床全体もびちゃびちゃになるのでビーサンなど持っていくことをおすすめします。後はドライヤーの風量が弱くなかなか髪が乾かなかったです。 受付の男性はとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 ちなみに、朝早くの到着時(10時前)やチェックアウト後の荷物預かりは、適当にフロント周りに置いておく感じになりクローク等があるわけではないので、スーツケースの管理は自己責任で。 周りのエリアは、夜は飲みの屋台が沢山出て楽しく、すぐ真横の益善洞でおしゃれカフェも楽しめ、安国エリアも徒歩圏内で最高でした。 最寄りの鐘路3街駅は3路線通っていますしソウル駅へも一本なのでアクセスもよいです。また泊まりたいエリアです。

The weekend receptionist was really nice. The hotel is super convenient but not all uber taxis would meet at the hotel, so we would have to walk a block or so. I was charged for an extra person and there was a lot of miscommunication when It tried to fix it before we left. On arrival I tried again. The receptionist said they don't charge an extra person in a 3 person room if there are 3 people in the room. I showed her the receipt. She said she'd tell the manger and that he would come talk to us, and that never happened. We had 2 people in a 3 person room and I was charged $60 for an extra person.

Awesome location and helpful staff. Kept rooms very clean as we moved rooms a couple times due to extending a stay. So many restaurants near and the closest train station was 2-3 minutes away. I also left something behind when switching rooms and the receptionist was kind enough to bring it to me. Overall great place best bang for your buck.

Staff was excellent, kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and staff was very helpful in my looking for an outlet converter that I forgot at home. I asked if convenience stores would sell them but the staff directede to their vending machine which carried everything from converters, soda, and laundry detergent. The prices are very competitive and sometimes bettee than the convenience stores. Close to the nightlife but also in Insadong which has its own unique historical character.
Staff was excellent, kind and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and staff was very helpful in my looking for an outlet converter that I forgot at home. I asked if convenience stores would sell them but the staff directede to their vending machine which carried everything from converters, soda, and laundry detergent. The prices are very competitive and sometimes bettee than the convenience stores. Perfectly situated to get to all neighbouring areas with ease by transport or walking. Facilities are great for laundry and the option to cook in the comfort of your own room. The staff are very attentive and make sure you are comfortable, great service by Sean, Brandon & Sharon, the domestic staff work very hard too. The hotel is inside a very ugly looking street but just a few feet after it gets very cool. The rooms are smaller than I expected and the sheets makes noise when you move. Go figure. The staff is only available from 10 to 10. The hallways are super noisy echoing with the slightest movement. The microwave is in the hallway next to them elevator. Nothing to have breakfast around except coffee and bread. All the places around open at 11am.

Great spot for a hotel down a quiet street. Near by is a busy drinking street full of food and locals. The metro is a short walk away as is the palace. Room was clean and hotel staff were very welcoming and kind.

Room was clean, staff was extremely friendly, room has shower, hot water, full size fridge, countertop, washing machine and hair dryer. What makes this hotel stand apart is location. Close to several cafes, restaurants, bus stops, metros and shopping areas as well as a less than 20 minute walk from palaces. This was my second time staying here and I would stay again.

The location this is in is top notch. Historic streets filled with restaurants and shops are right outside the hotel. The area felt very safe; the hotel is sufficient, rooms are very small but that’s not unexpected in South Korea. The staff were all super friendly. I would stay again.

Had a great two-week stay. The proprietors were lovely and so helpful. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Very convenient to have a clothes washer in the room, and there was a dryer on the main floor for a small charge of W5,000 (about US$4). Bottled water was provided daily. Location is so good. Very short walk to Jongno 3-ga subway station, where you can get the 1,3 and 5 lines. Area is vibrant, especially in the evenings, but the noise doesn't reach the hotel. Slept great every night once the jet lag wore off.

Great location. Walkable distance to main attractions. Hotel is located in an Alley which is a bit hard to find. But they have a video installation that is highly recommended. Room is a bit small but pretty clean.

Extremely convenient to subway lines 3 and 5 and short walk to bus stations. Lots of good places to eat in the area. Room had small cooktop to do some light cooking if you prefer to dine indoors, but with the assortment of dining options we didn't use it. Room has a laundry machine also which was a nice touch.

The staff was friendly, location was AMAZING! A little challenging to find at first but once you do you’re going to love it. Walking distance to the train station and airport limousine bus stop! Food places are walking distance. Room was small but cozy! The washing machine was a plus! Figuring out the heating was tricky but once you do all is well! Fresh towels, water daily downstairs. Would stay again!

Hotel is on the edge of a very fun neighborhood, close to 3 major subway lines and walking distance to beautiful parks and temples. There are lots of shops for food, clothing, whatever one might need. Rooms are small but beds are comfortable and you have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. This was our second stay and Would stay there again.

Central location, lots of restaurant choices and close to the metro station. Easy in and easy to get around. Second time is Seoul. Get your shop on and delicious salt bread at local cafe near by. Location is key when you come here and the hotel is right in the heart of many convenient places. Enjoy!
