Lovely stay at Robinsong. Tasty big breakfasts (fresh fruit, homemade muffins, egg dish - eggs Florentine, eggs Benedict, etc.) Full run of the main floor (enjoyed reading in the sun room on a rainy day) and the pool outside. Everything was top-notch - nothing overlooked. Especially liked that we were able to store our e-bikes securely in the garage and the nice pitcher of ice-water delivered to our room each evening. How nice, at the end of a long, hot day! Very close to Welland canal bike trail. Would highly recommend if you're in the area. Well done Dale and Terry!

We really enjoyed our : day stay at the Robinsong B&B . Great room, quiet , beautiful garden and pool and as many other traveler mentioned an over the top breakfast! And outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend it

Dale & Terry were very welcoming:) Breakfast was amazing and it was so sweet they found a perfect place to park motorcycle!

Dommage le temps nous a pas permis de se baigner. La maison est propre, chambre confortable mais suffisant pour une nuit. Bed and breakfast bien pour une nuit mais l’hôtel est mieux, plus indépendant. Nous sommes partis très tôt le matin, la dame nous a gentiment proposé deux fois qu’elle nous déposerait des muffins et café sur la table pour nous mais tellement déçu nous n’avons rien vu…

Be sure to read through the listing and notice what's NOT there. I was really surprised to realize there was no television inside the house, not even in a common room. Not that I NEED one to pass the time, but as I didn't pack my book my options were limited. Also didn't realize the bathroom was shared. Another guest staying in the room next to mine kept me up all night long shouting, having loud conversations (with himself??), and going in & out of his room. Add in the outside noise (boats in the Welland Canal, cars racing up & down the street), footsteps from the 3rd floor overhead- and did I mention it was about 90F inside the room with no AC? Made for a very uncomfortable and, almost, sleepless night. You expect these things in a motel but B&Bs are usually quieter & more private- one of the reasons I booked here. Dale & Terry were very accommodating about a vegetarian non-dairy breakfast which they served to me the exact minute it was promised. The food was delicious and filling. Conversation with both hosts was pleasant. Off-street parking was convenient and it's a short walk to a few restaurants and a 7-eleven if you need anything. The only other hiccup is that if you are a US citizen they do NOT accept credit cards. I don't travel with a debit card or checkbook so it was a very stressful evening trying to figure out how to pay them the $$ they were owed. I really wish that had been stated in the listing as I feel it was almost deceptive to not be included.

This was our third stay at Robinsong. Dale and Terry are terrific hosts who treated us like family. Breakfasts were delicious and so filling we didn’t stop for lunch. We shared stories and laughter, then relaxed by the pool, in the Tiki bar and under the trees in the beautiful garden. Dale even drove us to the drop-off location for our wine tour. That’s exceptional service. This home and grounds are lovingly maintained. Sit back, relax and pretend you’re at an exclusive spa.

I enjoyed my stay immensely at Robinsong Bed and Breakfast. I was staying with Dale and Terry for over a week and they made me feel very much at home and also went far above and beyond what was necessary for my comfort. The were so kind to me. The house itself and gardens are beautiful, the rooms spotlessly clean and pool is a perfect size for laps and was excellently maintained . The breakfasts were amazing and so well presented. No need for lunch after one of their breakfasts. I cannot recommend Robinsong enough!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons eu l’impression de déranger ou de ne pas être attendus. la maîtresse de Maison s’est montrée agréable, par contre son époux s’est montré irrespectueux et désagréable. Nous avions convenu de déjeuner à 7h, Cela ne posait pas de problème, et pourtant rien n’était prêt, nous avons dû partir au milieu du petit déjeuner. D’autres Personne, personne avait réservé une chambre et personne ne les attendait pour les accueillir, ils ont dû attendre plusieurs heures pour avoir leur chambre, le couple étant absent. Par ailleurs, il est indiqué sur le site qu’il est possible de payer par CB, en fait cela n’a pas été possible. Il a fallu trouver un distributeur pour aller chercher du cash. Par contre la propreté est irréprochable, rien à redire. Nous reviendrons plus, c’est certain, nous avons trop été mal à l’aise.

The owners are extremely friendly, professional and polite. The house is immaculate, spacious and comfortable. All the stay information was explained efficiently. The owners are very well versed in the history of the area and gave suggestions for places to visit and local eateries.

Zeer gastvrij stel dat hun huis als B&B beschikbaar stelt. Heel nette slaapkamer en gedeelde badkamer, maar omdat we de enige gasten waren geen probleem. Een heel uitgebreid en vers klaargemaakt ontbijt. Al met al zeer goed bevallen.

Our entire stay at Robinsong was first class. Our hostess and host were outstanding and very personable. Their suggestions on where to go and what to do ended up being the highlights of our trip. Breakfast was outstanding each day. Place was extremely clean! They even iron the sheets! Highly recommend for somewhere quiet, but within easy driving distance of the wineries and Niagra on the Lake.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay from arrival thru departure in the historic town of Thorold! Our lovely hosts were both welcoming and friendly. We loved our very comfortable and cozy room filled with old world charm. Breakfast was sumptuous and served in a sun-lit elegant dining room! We highly recommend this venue and look forward to visiting Robinsong B&B again soon!

Terry and Dale are exceptional hosts. Their B & B is well-kept and beautifully maintained. My room was very comfortable and fully stocked with amenities (towels, robes). Breakfast was wonderful fresh fruit, muffins, tea or coffee all prepared and served in the sunroom. I definitely recommend this B & B.

It was a lovely bed & breakfast, owners were wonderful. They were friendly, great recommendations and the breakfast was amazing.

The hosts were lovely. Chatty and engaged their guests yet gave guests lots of privacy. Very knowledgeable about the area and history of the area. One of the highlights was the gourmet breakfasts.

Robinsong B&B was a beautiful home and our stay with our charming hosts, Dale and Terry was delightful. We felt warmly welcomed and very comfortable in our second floor en-suite master bedroom. Our plentiful gourmet breakfasts were amazingly prepared and presented with style. Although the town is very small and does not have a lot to offer with entertainment/restaurants, Niagara Falls and all it has to offer, was a mere 20 minutes away. For sure, if you are coming to see the Falls, the Canadian side is the place to be! We would not hesitate to book with Robinsong again!

Great place to stay when exploring the Niagara region.

Fantastic place to stay. Very quiet neighbourhood, easy to locate. Dale and Terry were a joy to visit telling us the history of the region. Breakfast was really delicious. Made our weekend special.
