Lovely hotel in a great location. Upon arriving the staff member that checked me in was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean but has a lot of some sort of flies that are always there and you have to walk. Room was comfortable. They don’t have a bar you just have to ask at reception to get a drink. Yesterday I asked and 40 minutes later still nobody had come to see me. I went back and asked again. There was no apology, the receptionist just rang through again. When he did I wanted for about another two minutes and someone came out and took my order which was a simple vodka and coke. There was nobody else at all there but still 5 minutes later I was waiting. The guy at reception was just sat there starring into space. I asked him to cancel my drink order and he said no he’s doing it now. I told him I didn’t want it anymore and went to my room. 3 or 4 minutes later there was a knock at the door with the drink. I told the gentleman thank you but I don’t want it. He told me I could have it for free but I still declined. Service was terrible. Breakfast is ok but there was no eggs left and just two slices of bacon in the hot lock. They don’t seem to have tablespoons so I had to eat my cereal with a teaspoon.

An excellent hotel. Staff professional and welcoming, went above and beyond in their service. Good breakfast. Lots of charm in the architecture, unlike many of the souless Stalinist places we've been to in the past.

Room smelled really bad (toilet sewage water), breakfast was disappointing, our room was on the ground floor in front of the reception so we could hear people from outside which was quite annoying. Location and staff were really good. Overall not worth the price tag
