The is a well maintained motel. It is not fancy or pretentious. Our room was small but perfectly maintained with a comfortable bed. There is a shared grill, dining table, and outside shower.

This is a great motel for a low key, no frills experience. Very close to the beach, walkable to the major shopping and restaurants in the center of town. Has its own parking lot. The rooms are somewhat small. The walls are thin (you can hear your neighbors). TV, WiFi, mini fridge. Just the basics, but cute and clean.

Without a doubt our room at the Sun 'N' Sand Motel was clean and tastefully appointed, and the motel itself is conveniently located both to the beach and downtown. That said, the room was quite small, and lacked various amenities which are included with rooms at other local motels for less money -- e.g., no pool, no coffee maker in the room nor free morning coffee at the motel office, no ice dispenser, unpaved parking, etc.

My only complaint was that the bed was a bit worn on one side, but for only a few nights it was manageable. The location was excellent only a few blocks from the center of town, and 3 blocks to a lovely beach. Would definately recommend, and plan to return to again.
