Hello, the welcome was perfect, very nice people, friendly and smiling. Subsequently, any request was made as soon as possible and always with the same kindness. If I had to come back to Kobe, I would not hesitate to contact them again for a new stay at the Sea View Court Kobe.

This was not a hotel but an apartment. The location is practical, the balcony view is gorgeous, and the owners were very receptive and generous to requests. The structure is, however, old and the bedroon windows made a terrible rattling sound every time the door was shut, or the bus went by- definitely could use an upgrade. The washing machine and dryer were life savers. The place does not have a functioning fireplace, contrary to what's advertised. The set up is suited to families with young children, as it's got a playroom full of toys. The amenities like towels and kitchen ware could also use an upgrade.

眺めはすごく良いのでそこは◯。 部屋はペイントするなどリフォームされているが、建物や設備ははかなり古い。 ベッドも私好みではなく、マットはスプリングをすごく感じる構造だった。 エアコンのリモコンが使えない部屋があったり、ドアノブが壊れているところがあったりとかなりガタがきている。エレベーターも相当の年代物。 コンビニは歩いて5分くらい。バス停は目の前だが、車だったため、あまりメリットはなかった。
