Perfectly placed Hotel for access to key areas of Copenhagen. Close to the bars and restaurants on Nyhavn, but still quiet by the hotel. Easy, friendly check-in, with nice reception area with sofas and free coffee machine. Our room was perfect for a short stay.

Were very pleased with the corner room with a fabulous view of Nyhavn. Room was good sized and comfortable. We were lucky enough to be assigned the one room with a narrow wrap-around balcony. A small table / chairs would be a good addition. The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and adequate. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast attendant seemed a bit stiff. Downsides were greatly overcome by the positives. But be aware that the elevator to the rooms is VERY small. Also, without air conditioning fresh air from open windows can be a necessity. With its outstanding location, street noise can continue late into the night and maintenance work on the street / sidewalk during our visit started promptly at 7 am. Closed windows helped, but did not seal out noise completely. That is the price you pay for being in the middle of it all. Highly recommend opting for the corner room with view if you can get it.

This hotel has a great location - close to many restaurants, cafes, great for walking out into the middle of the actiion. Staff are super nice - friendly, welcoming, helpful. The lounge next to reception is comfy, offers free coffee, and is a pleasant area to relax. Excellent value for the money.

This is a very nice hotel and it is in a great location with perfect views of the canal. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has luggage’s storage available if you happen to need it before checking in or after checking out. We did notice a cobweb or two in the corner of the room near the high ceiling, but the room was beautiful beyond that and the bathroom was very clean.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Good breakfast, clean rooms. Only issue was elevators were often not working which may be an issue for anyone with limited mobility.

Couldn't have picked a better hotel for my stay in Copenhagen! Situated right in the heart of Nyhavn, you have quick access to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is very well kept and remodeled with modern amenities. For being in such a busy section of the city it's amazing how quiet and tranquil the courtyard area is. We didn't order the breakfast option, but judging how everything is run we are sure it is a great experience. Best of all the staff was very accommodating with early check in for luggage and also held it after check out, allowing more time to freely explore the city before our departure.

This is an outstanding hotel, with a perfect location within walking distance of the Metro. Scenic views of the nearby canal and old sailing ships. Many restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. Hotel desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We wish we could have stayed there longer.

Accommodations were clean, comfortable and great for an overnight stopover. Right in the the heart of a tourist area close a all points of interest. Great irish pub cross the street. Free coffee in lobby area. Would recommend.

Location great. Easy walk from to/from train station. Lots of dining options; go away from the tourist trap places. Walked to many interesting sites. Train got me to others pretty easily. Room comfy except for the teeny tiny shower. It was v claustrophobic! There was shampoo and soap but no conditioner or body lotion. No electric jug or fridge. Cleaning done daily and to a high standard. View out to canal was great. Windows opened. Also great. Staff at front desk helpful. Breakfast was good selection of breads, cheese, meat, cereals, pastries. Glad to have oat milk and decent coffee from a machine. Coffee in lobby appreciated.

Not sure if other building better but room in connecting building extremely small. Non std depth sink, shower enclosure approx 24”sq (not quite elbow room), full(?) size bed. Everything feels very sparse and constricted in a roadside motor coach way. Lobby and sitting room comfortable. Location/view good. Zero ambience or comfort after lobby.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfy and the view overlooking Nyhavn with old style windows that actually opened was great! We added the breakfast which was very convenient. There wasn't any hot food, but still offered a decent selection. The convenience of the location is fantastic. The rooms are very small and the shower is ridiculously small, but had a lot of hot water. I would stay again if ever in the area.

Our stay was excellent overall. Our check was fast and friendly, Glen was very helpful, other staff were always attentive. The breakfast was excellent and great value for money! A great way to start the day, a fabulous staff member there every morning to help at breakfast. Rooms were compact and always very clean. Fabulous location. Less than 10 mins walk to nearest train station. Lovely foyer overlooking Nyhavn.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. I am a bit dissatisfied that they charged me for an extra key for my wife and also for a toothpaste and toothbrush because my luggage was lost. I was not told about these charges and found out when the final bill was presented. These are usually complementary. I thought maybe it’s a Denmark way of business, but I stayed in two other hotels and none charged for an extra key.

Miriam at the front desk was very helpful. The coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. It would have been nice to be able to refill a water bottle to reduce plastic waste. Location was awesome - especially for the St Lucia kayak parade.

Vi var der i forbindelse med Ironmann Copenhagen. Så det var skønt at ha base lige midt i løbet. Personalet i Reseptionen var super søde og hjælpsomme.men den Kvinde som stod for morgenmaden. En meget sur kvinde som stod for morgenmaden, anklagende vores datter som havde løbet Ironmann for ikke havde ret til morgenmad, selv om det var betalt for den. At hun ikke kunne få den, selv om hun lige havde betalt. Kun ham i Reseptionen kunne forklare den meget sure dame at det altså var rigtigt. Så da vi andre møder op for at spise, var hun så sur og knotten, man ikke havde lyst til at være der

I really enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Bethel, I had a single room which was a nice and cozy, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Copenhagen, it's a perfect location.

Great location. Dropping off luggage in a car was a challenge. No safe parking for a short term luggage drop off. City parking is safe and covered but is a longer walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are clean and current but a bit difficult and staggered buildings are a bit challenging. Nice and helpful front desk staff

The location is just perfect, right at the Copenhagen popular colorful houses. Our hotel room window has the same view of colorful houses. Breakfast was average but the prices is good comparing to the pricey tourist foods in the area. The location is 10 minutes from Station and shopping. very convenient.

Super Location in der City, tolles Hotel, schöner Innenhof, lädt auch zum Verweilen ein. Einzig: Frühstück kaum Vielfalt, Auswahl nicht so top, aber vermutlich Geschmackssache. Am Morgen um 7 Uhr etwa wurde auf Innehof Müll gelehrt. Unser Zimmer ging auf den Innenhof, was wegen dem Stadtlebem eigentlich gut ist. Aber Müllabfuhr kam uns ewig vor. Sehr laut.

An excellent small hotel. Our room was a perfect small size, enough wardrobe and drawer space for our 4 nights. Immaculately clean and one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. Hot showers and a wonderful view over Nyhavn restaurants but no noise at night. The continental breakfast, juices, cereal choice, yoghurt, cold meats, cheeses, breads, boiled eggs, salad, tea and coffee was well presented and efficiently replenished to provide a great start to the day.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Nothing hot to eat and wasn’t really what I expected. The bed was just two small beds shoved together with very small blankets rather than a single blanket. The pillows were very flimsy. Didn’t sleep great but the location was excellent and the staff was friendly
